In this YouTube vlog, Rachael Fillbrandt and Josh, who are staying at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, investigate whether a cheap breakfast is possible at the hotel. They visit the Bellagio Patisserie and order a sweet strawberry‑cream crepe and a savory bacon‑egg‑cheese crepe, describing the textures (chewy crepe, gooey cheese, fresh strawberries) and visual details (powdered sugar, cheese pull). They note the overall cost of their breakfast—about $80 for their group—including a friend’s omelet, concluding it is not cheap. They also highlight the patisserie’s convenient location next to the Bellagio Conservatory, praising the beautiful balloon displays. The vlog then points viewers to an alternative spot, Paleo, located by the pool, which offers the same pastries and coffee at a lower price, and they sample an almond croissant there. Throughout, they share personal preferences (e.g., coffee danish) and give practical advice for budget‑conscious travelers staying at the Bellagio.

Hey everybody, I'm Josh.
And I'm Rachael.
And we are staying at the Bellagio, and sometimes it's kind of hard to find a cheap breakfast, so we are trying out the Bellagio Patisserie this morning.
Grapes and coffee, let's go! Here we go! Everything changes. All right, they have sweet and savory crepes here at the Bellagio Patisserie, so we have to get one of each.
So that's strawberries and cream, and then what's this one over here? So this one is— I think it's bacon, egg, and cheese?
I think— oh, I hope so. There looks like cheese.
Yeah, I see a cheese right there. So this one looks a bit more boring, but Rachael's gonna start us off with the strawberries.
Yeah, I don't know that it's gonna be boring on this one. It looks pretty tasty. We've had these before. I think before we were YouTubers.
Is there anything inside, you think?
Uh-uh, it's just a crepe.
Okay.
The crepe itself is chewy, but the strawberry sauce is very sweet. The strawberries are very fresh.
Powdered sugar over on top too.
And I'll let Josh have that whipped cream pile all to himself.
Heck yeah. All right, so I am cutting into the savory. So this is the bacon, egg, and cheese. Oh my gosh, you can see, like, look at all that cheese. Oh, that would be a good cheese pull.
Yeah, it would be.
If only we could.
You could totally grilled cheese me on that.
Yes. I think it's just cheese at this point.
That's true.
Yep, just cheese. Um, I do want to get a little bit of the egg though.
The bacon looks not too crispy, but it looks well cooked.
Yeah, and then the eggs are scrambled. I agree that with the chewiness of the crepe I think I'd like a little bit of sauce on it.
Oh, okay. Is it dry? Is it dry?
Just a little bit. I think that, um, the cheese just is so gooey that I think they probably think they don't need sauce, but I'd take a little bit of sauce. Yeah. All right, so we did just wrap up over at the Bellagio Patisserie. One of the great things is it's right next to the Bellagio Conservatory, which you can see.
Oh my gosh, One of the most beautiful displays I've seen since coming to Vegas. It is beautiful. I really like this one.
Yeah, they've been doing a lot of balloons in the last couple years, and I'm kind of glad. Yeah, so we'll show you a little bit more about this. But about the breakfast, I would say it was good. Um, it's quick.
Yeah.
Yes. Um, it's not the cheapest overall. Our breakfast was around $80. Yeah, and that included, um, a friend of ours was with us, Danny Vegas Introvert, got an omelet.
Yep.
So, but nothing, nothing extravagant. I will say I do like the coffee. I do like the danishes.
So maybe that's what we should have done is a coffee danish. We should have taken our own advice.
Yes. So maybe next time just stick with that. It'll be a little bit cheaper, tastes just as good.
I will say with the crepes, I thought the flavor was good. I just thought it was too chewy. I've had much more smooth— I guess it's a smoother crepe, not so chewy. That crepe to me was very chewy. Cutting through it actually was harder than I thought it was I didn't think you should need a knife to cut through a crepe, and you did.
I agree. Yeah, when I was watching you cut it, I was like, that's shocking, it's taking her that much. Anyway, the good news, if you are staying at Bellagio, if you go over towards the pool, Paleo is here where you can get coffee and the same pastries.
We'll give you $21. Oh, perfect.
A lot of small change.
Yeah.
Pretty darn good. All right, next day, because we do have, uh, brunch coming up, um, we did get an almond croissant. At Paleo, and we can look over the pool.
Get some fresh air.
Yeah, but we literally just got up, so we're not camera ready. But we have shown you pastries and coffee, very good here. If you're enjoying our videos, don't forget to hit that like and subscribe.
