Don't Miss This All You Can Eat Brunch at STK Las Vegas

In this 20‑minute YouTube episode, hosts Josh and Rachael Fillbrandt visit the STK restaurant in the Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas, to sample its $49 per‑person all‑you‑can‑eat brunch. They walk through the menu structure—four cold dishes, five hot dishes, three sweet dishes, and a pastry basket—while noting the 90‑minute time limit and unlimited drink options (mimosa, Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, gin & tonic) priced at $12 each. The hosts comment on the low‑key Sunday morning ambiance, quick service, and the limitation of only one 3‑ounce steak per guest. They detail each dish they try, highlighting the beet & burrata salad, Cobb salad, tuna tartare, charcuterie, skirt steak, mushroom tagliatelle with black truffle, pork belly Benedict, chicken‑and‑waffles, and various desserts such as panna cotta with seasonal fruit, tres leches pancakes, and French toast. Their favorite bites are the chicken‑and‑waffles, mushroom tagliatelle, and the panna cotta. They conclude that the brunch offers strong value, especially with the $12 drinks, generous portions, and the ability to repeat dishes, though the single‑steak limit is a minor drawback. They recommend the experience and encourage viewers to subscribe.

Hey everybody, I'm Josh.
And I'm Rachael.
And today we're excited to bring you to a new experience for us. It is an all-you-can-eat brunch at STK at Cosmo.
Yeah, very excited to try this. We've tried some all-you-can-eat brunches other places, so we're hoping for fresh dishes and a little bit of variety. Let's go!
All right, Rachael, we've always been nervous to come to STK because it's too loud. We went to the one in Miami.
Yeah, it was so bumping.
Um, but luckily at 10 AM on a Sunday, it's not.
It's not loud. There's a nice— I can hear the music, and this is a very, very pretty restaurant.
Yeah, check this place out. All right, if you're interested in drinks, this is great to hear. So happy hour pricing during brunch, which is until 2:30.
$12. Thank you.
We were thinking about doing the unlimited mimosas, but for $12, some craft cocktails seem very good to us. And those top 2 look great. Spiced watermelon and cucumber.
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's where we're going. On the other side, we do see some weekend cocktails. That must be more brunch forward. Not sure what we'll go with there. But this is the reason why we're here. All-you-can-eat brunch, $49 per person. There are 4 cold dishes, some sweets, looks like 5 hot dishes, and some sides. We're probably going to try to eat everything, right?
I think we should try. Yeah.
Yeah, that's the point of these kind of things. Does also say that it comes with a pastry basket. Um, one thing I did notice is that the steak frites, you can only get one per person. So that's the only downside I would say so far looking at the menu is that at a steak restaurant you can only get one 3-ounce steak.
Which is probably absolutely fine for brunch.
It probably is correct, especially when you're gonna try a bunch of other ones. Yeah, yeah, I think that this is a gorgeous menu. And I almost missed it. There is the unlimited drinks. So it's mimosa, house Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, or gin and tonic. Gin Blossom for $35 per person, 90-minute time limit. Yeah, are you?
Yeah.
Alright, we were just talking about these pastries coming out and I was thinking I wasn't going to eat them because it is all you can eat.
I'm gonna try the chocolate one. Ooh, it's warm.
Alright. So these just automatically come out. You don't have to order. We did order the 4 cold dishes first.
Look at the layers. It does— it is warm as well. Mmm.
Is that chocolate?
Mm-hmm.
Okay. I like it. Yeah.
Good start.
You can see there's also one with probably some fruit and then just a croissant. But yeah, we're starting off with the 4 cold dishes. They did say that they prepared them all. You just notify your waitress and then they'll bring out more. So let's see if we can make it through all— what is that? 12 dishes?
12 dishes with the possibility of sides. Alright.
Alright, first course. This is a big portion. Yeah, the salad especially is a big portion. So this is the Cobb salad. It looks like a really good salad. It does.
I'm excited to try it.
Also our drinks are here and you can see nice— we were talking about these and these are at $12. Yeah, I think online they're over $20 per drink.
Normal pricing.
Yeah. Here is the tuna tartare.
It looks pretty fresh.
You can see some nice pretty taro chips. Yeah. And then the charcuterie.
It's just beautifully presented.
It is.
It's really well done. I'm excited for the salads because that'll be our vegetables for the day.
Exactly, which is better than normal on vacation.
Yeah.
And then we've got a beet and burrata, um, I can smell the balsamic.
It's super yummy.
Yeah, it looks good. All right, first course.
Yeah, I'm gonna start with the charcuterie. It looks like some jamón. And some salami. I don't know what kind of cheese. It's a nice soft cheese.
Nice white soft.
Nice white and soft.
Yeah, it did look like there was like some craisins, some pistachios, some soft cheese, a couple meats. Only like a salami, prosciutto.
Yeah, but for all you can eat, it's very refreshing start. It also has some stuffed green olives if you can see them in there.
Stuffed with blue cheese?
I think so. Oh, I love green olives. Very nice, refreshing. This would be I mean, I think that's a great starter for any meal.
I like it.
Yeah. It's not something we would order off menu by itself, right? But when it comes with as an all-you-can-eat, why not give it a try? I think it's worth it.
And also these came out really fast.
Really fast.
Yeah. Okay, so I don't think— like, I was kind of wondering how the timing would go. Like if you have to wait a while, which like I said, it's 10 AM on a Sunday morning. There's not a ton of people.
Yeah. Beet and burrata. It looks like there's some pistachios on there as well.
Some arugula.
Okay, let's take a big bite.
Yeah.
Wow. That's like a flavor explosion.
Yeah. Mhm.
Ooh, the beet gives it some nice earthiness. The burrata is so creamy, but they add the pistachio texture and then the balsamic glaze. If you don't want any of that, I'll eat that whole thing. That is delicious.
Well, and we were joking about it, but this is probably the only way we're gonna get a salad because a lot of times in Las Vegas salads are like $15 to $20. Yeah, and I just cannot bring myself to spend that.
It does have the reminiscence of a caprese salad, but the earthiness of those beets instead of freshness of tomatoes.
Good call. Okay, so there aren't tomatoes?
I don't think so. I think it's beets.
Okay.
It's good.
It is called Beet and Burrata, so that makes sense.
Yep.
All right, next salad. All right, this just looks like a good old salad.
It's an enormous salad.
There's some avocado, some chicken, some tomatoes. You got red and yellow. You got a lot of blue cheese.
I think I even see bacon crumbles over there.
There's some bacon. Yeah, it's a good Cobb salad.
This is something we would make at home. Yeah, but again, wouldn't order.
I would guess that this is probably about half portion of like a dinner salad.
I really like the portion size. Because it— and that you can repeat order them.
The blue cheese is not overwhelming. The chicken's good. You've probably had a lot of these ingredients before, so I don't need to bore you with that. But no, I think this is— it's a great start. And like I said, we would never pay for this on its own.
Yep. I think that's what's cool about at least these first 3. We would— we've ordered tuna tartare multiple times, but these first 3 we would definitely not order separately. But I think having that option on the all-you-can-eat like a buffet, you would eat it.
Now this one, yes, we would order.
Yeah, we love tuna tartare. It's one of our favorite appetizers for sure.
Consistent. You can see there's some tuna, some soy sauce, some avocado on there.
Oh, it's very creamy looking avocado. Yeah, no extra fluff on that. Are you going to take that whole bite? No.
Oh, okay. Should I though?
No. Okay. I was worried you were going to. I was like, you should probably make that a couple bites. So as we've mentioned before, simple done right is okay. And that looks simple. It looks like soy sauce.
I would argue simple done right is great.
I agree. And then tuna because there's no extra fluff on that, right?
No, and it's not heavily seasoned. You just got that little bit of soy and I didn't Pick it up. You know, I'm not spooning it on, but I thought this was great, and it is going to be a good starting course for us.
Very fresh.
All right, the next order is in. We have ordered the five hot dishes. Rachel, what is your favorite cold dish?
Oh, it was the beaten burrata salad. Yeah, I'd order that again right now.
For me, I think it would be the tuna tartare. I'm a big sucker for tuna tartare, but that one surprised me the most.
It was so. It mixed everything, like some sweetness, some creaminess, some crunch. It was just like the perfect bite. I just ended on that and I'm drooling thinking about it.
Well, and it's always good having a nice ball of burrata. I was surprised how tender the beets were.
Yeah, they were really good.
Because, you know, I've seen The Office before and Dwight biting into a beet was really hard like an apple.
Yeah, I think he takes raw out of the ground.
Yeah, so apparently these are not raw. Best beets in the state. Drinks round 1. My strawberry cobbler was a little too sweet for me, I think.
Yeah, I would still drink it. It's just very sweet. My spicy watermelon is the perfect blend. It is really a great cocktail.
But we figured we could easily have 3 drinks for the price of the unlimited mimosa. So that's what we're probably gonna do.
I would say minimum 2.
One per course. Bye. 6 dishes just came out.
I mean, it looks delicious. Thank you so much.
So it is a skirt steak, which we did at medium. Yeah, because I normally— we do medium rare for like ribeyes and fillets, but skirt I think is better with medium.
I like it. Comes pre-sliced, which works for me as well.
Yeah.
Wow, nice tender skirt steak.
Nice.
I don't I don't taste much of a sear on it, but it is cooked to our liking.
Yeah, we both got our steak, which you get one of these per person.
Which I assume too, as a steakhouse, it should be tender.
Yeah, I would hope that the steak is really good. Yeah, but this is the only steak that you get on the menu, so be prepared for that.
French fries— again, basic steak cut fries. Really good.
Probably frozen.
Nothing to write home about.
That's fine.
And then we got some mushroom tagliatelle. Okay. Wow, got some great earthiness. There's a drizzle on there that adds a skosh of sweetness.
Okay. Um, I mean, it kind of looks like balsamic, but yeah, it's really a good flavor on there.
The earthiness of those mushrooms really comes through, and the noodles are cooked There is a shaved black truffle on there even.
Kind of surprised to see that.
I am too. That's really good. Really good dish.
Okay. Yeah, that one does say pecorino, shaved black truffle, and braised mushrooms.
Okay, how about this little thing? What is it?
That is your breakfast slider.
Okay.
So it is English muffin, sausage, egg, and cheese. Again, that is a breakfast slider for you.
I don't see egg. Oh, maybe.
Yep.
Okay, egg is between the sausage and cheese.
So a little bit of scrambled egg under the cheese, huh?
Mhm. A lot of flavor in that sausage that really stands out. I love all of these dishes.
That's a good thing.
And this is like hot. Yeah, I think it was cooked fresh.
It definitely does seem like it's fresh. At least today. I don't see that a lot of this is all sitting back there under the heat lamps. So that's a good sign. But we got 2 more hot dishes for me to try.
This will be a filling course.
Oh yeah, I think so. First up, I have a pork belly Benedict right here. Nice looking bacon.
That's what I was going to say. That pork belly looks beautiful.
And I did crack the egg on the back side here. It is doused. You can see there's a nice English muffin at the bottom. Nothing too unexpected it seems.
Also as a side for the steak, if you're a steak and eggs person, you can add eggs to your steak and eggs.
Yeah, there are side dishes that you can get. We're not sure if we have enough room for it all, but you can get like some bacon, some sausage, some eggs, some broccolini. Okay, there you are. You can see some— I don't know if they're like sweet pepper.
Mm, okay.
Yeah, it doesn't say on the menu, but it kind of looks like a sweet pepper under there.
They do have it on multiple dishes, so I wouldn't be surprised, like as a garnishment on a couple dishes.
That's very good. It kind of fell apart on me.
Yeah.
But it's nice and tasty. I really like the thick-cut bacon on that. All right, so this one is fried hot chicken, buttermilk waffle, pickles, coleslaw, chilies, and maple barbecue. It feels crispy already.
It seems like a great combination.
I'll admit that chicken is better than I thought it was going to be.
Really?
It's got a nice crispy but thin crispy skin.
Yeah.
It's not as hot as you get with a lot of hot chicken, but maybe you don't want it.
Yeah, as spicy.
It's probably easier this way to not go too hot.
How's the waffle?
It's nice and crispy.
Good.
I actually like it. It's nice, fluffy, crispy, like buttery flavor.
Yay! I think— I mean, like, round 2, I can already tell you we're gonna inhale this. It's going to be filling, but we're gonna try it. And then we got a second round of drinks. Josh got a Fade to Blueberry? Blackberry?
Blackberry. So it is some blackberry mint And Jack Daniel's.
Oh, and then I just went with a simple tequila sunrise. I needed some orange juice in my life.
That's right.
Okay, let's eat.
Alright.
Okay, Josh, I just think we finished the main course round.
Yes.
What do you think? What was your favorite bite?
I think it's a surprise.
I think it is too.
My favorite is probably the chicken and waffles.
I'd have to agree.
Yeah, the chicken— we believe it's a thigh. It's uniform. It was nice and moist. But the crisp—it was like super thin batter, but very crispy. Yeah. Very good flavor. The waffle was nice and good texture to it also. Yeah. I thought the steak was good, but it wasn't like outstanding, like set apart.
No, but if you want a good steak and add an egg on it for steak and eggs, you're good to go. Yeah. Like why not?
Now what did you your surprise dish?
My big surprise dish is the mushroom tagliatelle. Mainly because of all these courses, we would have definitely ordered all of the dishes minus the mushroom tagliatelle, because if anybody's been watching us for a long time, you know Josh is not a huge fan of mushrooms. And I'm really glad we got to try that because I just want to keep eating it. There's a sweetness to it, there's an earthiness to it, similar to that, um, beet and burrata salad. It just— all the notes work together and I love it. And I think Josh even took a bite of it, just the sauce.
I did.
He can taste the mushrooms. He doesn't hate the taste of mushrooms. Yeah, it's the texture. So he still can taste that mushroom forwardness. I think that's the big surprise, but I'm with Josh. The chicken and waffles is the surprise dish.
And I think that this is my— I like this drink better. It is Jack Daniel's. It's whiskey. It's more alcohol forward. Yeah, and it'll probably be my final drink of the day though. Or of the meal.
Oh, I was like, of the day?
Of the meal.
Calm down, Rachael. Not of the day.
First of the 3 sweet dishes. This is the panna cotta with Seasonal fruit.
Yeah, fruit plate and panna cotta. And I love all those fruits: watermelon, pineapple, and cantaloupe.
Alright. You were thinking it was gonna be nothing. I did.
And I thought it was like a buffet fruit plate. Yes. The fruit's very fresh. I tried the pineapple. It's delicious. The standout is the creamy panna cotta. With this strawberry glaze on top of it. Wow. That's all I gotta say. Wow. If this was just our dessert, I'd be very happy with that.
Okay, so don't sleep on the panna cotta.
Don't sleep on the panna cotta.
Okay, so I'm gonna say that panna cotta was shockingly good.
It was so good, right? But again, don't sleep on the panna cotta.
Don't sleep on the panna cotta. And the fruit was nice and fresh. The panna cotta had just this nice rich creamy smooth Smooth, um, but we've moved on.
It's now time for breakfast desserts.
This is some tres leches pancakes. I'm just gonna go right down the middle.
3 silver dollar-sized pancakes. Not overly huge.
No, but like the right size.
Yeah, it's a little dark in this spot, but— oh, there we go. That's a better shot.
I will say I've been pretty happy with the, uh, portion sizes.
I agree with you.
It's enough to get a good flavor, but not too little, not too much.
Yeah, in saying that, it does say on the menu that the entire table must Yes. Participate, which makes sense because they've not brought out like 2 orders of pancakes and 2 orders of steak. Like, the only thing we got 2 orders of was steak and eggs, right? How's those pancakes?
Delicious. All right, if you've been to Texas Roadhouse, this is like a cinnamon butter.
Yeah.
I freaking love it. We're big fans. Um, it's nice, light. It's got a little bit of crisp, not too much though.
Tres leches. So do you take— are they like moist Like the free milk type thing. Okay, I'm excited.
No, I think it's delicious. All right, it's French toast.
French toast time.
It needs some, uh, maple syrup.
I was telling Josh that when this French toast came out, I appreciate the fact that it's not the same fruit that was on the fruit plate. Yeah, you get strawberries and blueberries in this again. Well, and it's one piece too, so one piece split up 4 ways.
Even though it's a full plate, it's Yeah. It's not too much.
Mmm. Wow, that's a good French toast. It's got a nice crisp on the edge, which I don't think you always get.
Mm-hmm. I know it is a brioche bread.
Yeah, it's really light. It's not heavy at all. The fresh fruit adds a nice— I hate to say this, but it adds a nice freshness to it. And I'm sure Josh will try that. Cream on the side, but the maple syrup works. This is just another— it's a good way to finish this dish.
Yeah, I think this would probably be the way— I'm, I'm— I think we ordered the right way. So we just said we'll take the colds, we'll take the hots, and then we'll take the sweets. That's really good. This has been a very good surprising meal.
I agree. Would definitely recommend. Yes. That was good. It was delicious.
And I think that was good value.
I was gonna say, I think we I think we just found the best value.
It was a great value. Yeah, I thought the food was good.
Those drinks at $12, man, you can't beat that.
Very nice drinks. Um, let's be brief. We already talked about our favorite cold and hot dishes. Favorite dessert?
The panna cotta.
I think so too. The panna cotta, especially when you're doing all you can eat, you want something nice, nice and fresh, light. Um, great flavor on that. I did enjoy all of them, but yeah, the panna cotta just And then favorite bite overall?
The beet and burrata salad.
I'm going with the panna cotta. I don't know why, it's so simple, but it was just good.
It's not even the main courses. What I really enjoy about this is you don't have to do all the courses like us because it was all you can eat. You can order 3 beet and burrata salads if that's what you want. If you want to order 3 sets of pancakes, go for it.
But now you can only order 1 steak though. Yeah. That is the one item that you can only do that. But, and, and I also think it was worthwhile to do the $12 drinks instead of the all-you-can-drink because they're fast.
They are.
Um, it's less than 90 minutes that we were in and out of there. So I mean, how many Bloody Marys you want to chug in that time? That's gross. Anyway, I think the value was good. Yeah, you know, you're talking— yeah, and you're talking under $150 before taxes. For 4 drinks and all you can eat. If you're enjoying our videos, don't forget to hit that like and subscribe.
