Compress your founder story into two minutes by anchoring it to one memorable moment. A concrete event sticks with people better than a decade-long narrative. That's how you land the pitch.

you always wanna hook a story on a moment. Like for example, right now I'm working with a bunch of entrepreneurs and quite often, you know, we're doing their founder story. So a founder story might encompass 20 years for some of these people. Like how do you encapsulate a powerful 2-minute video? 'Cause we do it in video. How do you encapsulate 20 years into 2 minutes? And the way to do that and the way to stick the landing, as I like to call it, is you hook it on a moment, maybe 2, but you always take a moment and there always is a moment and stick to a moment because that way someone will remember a moment.
