Is be genuine. Number one is, you know, be willing to trust in your mentors wisdom and be willing to take action. Don't doubt when you come. When somebody comes to me and say Ravi, what should I do? And I give them advice, if they don't act on it, that means they don't trust me. So that means I don't want to work with such people. Now I can't force somebody to trust my wisdom but if they do decide to come and ask, I want them to be willing to take action. That's why the role of a mentee is to trust and to act. Because trusting is not good enough, you also have to act on it. Only then if I tell you, hey, here is a great book to read. If you read and come back to me and say oh my God, that changed my life. That's what I mean by trusting in that advice and then taking action. So trusting, taking action, being genuine and keeping your mentors updated are all the good qualities of being a good mentee. So that great mentors sort of, you know, come into your world.
