Hello everyone. First of all, welcome to Mentor Cloud. Welcome to our V movement around the world. And welcome to the very exclusive Technopark V community. Exclusively for women entrepreneurs and professionals from Morocco. By the way, I am coming to Morocco for the first time in my life. I'm so looking forward to it and to meet you all and to really establish a framework and a platform for all of us to stay connected, to support one another and help each other achieve our dreams and goals in life.

You may be wondering about the background in this video. It is the famous landmark in San Francisco Bay Area. It is the Golden Gate Bridge. Now, this Technopark V community happened because someone's story started on this very bridge. Yasmeen El Bagari had a dream as a young child to really reach for the stars.

The story goes she came to the US when she was 15, walked across the Golden Bridge and felt a sense of awakening and a new spirit to achieve, to dream big, and to do something that will impact humanity at large. It is that story that eventually led me and Yasmin to meet and really collaborate to launch this incredible women empowered movement. So I welcome you all. I am Ravi Gundlapalli, the founder and CEO of Mentor Cloud. I started this journey with a mission to impact 100 million people with the transformative power of mentorship. It is really so exciting that you are bringing the Mentorship and Mentor Cloud to Morocco and through you, we'll reach the whole world. So I welcome you all as mentors and mentees because a community, in my words, means common unity. The common unity we all have is we all dream big, aspire for bigger things in life and to impact humanity.

And in this community, it is all about giving as much as getting. So I welcome you all to be both mentors and share your wisdom that you have gained during your life journey, as well as seek help from others who have been there, done that, and try to learn from their experience.

You know, they say hindsight is 20 20. That means your hindsight. When you look back, you probably feel, oh, I wish I did something different. But imagine using other people's hindsight as your 2020 looking forward. That's what mentorship is. When you work with other entrepreneurs, other professionals who have gone through the path that you are aspiring right now, and they sharing the lessons that they have learned along the way, the tips and tricks that worked, the networks that have really helped them, and opening those networks to you, imagine how empowering can that be. So this V platform and within that V platform, this Technopark V community is extremely Unique.

In the sense that it is only for women to mentor and share with other women within the Technopark family.

I've heard so many good things about the entrepreneurs and the women leaders and I'm really looking forward to being there and kicking off this incredibly exciting and what will be incredibly impactful. The Technopark V Community on Mentor Cloud When I started this journey about 10 years ago, I did not know how far we will go on this journey. I just had one desire to connect humanity, to connect and to facilitate knowledge transfer. I did not know where I will go, I did not know who will come into my journey to empower me, to teach me, to guide me, to mentor me, to coach me, to fund me, to believe in me and to work with me. But just that, that inspired moment and the mad desire and passion to scale mentorship in a way that will reach a lot of people. Because I felt that nobody's location or their zip code or where they are situated should be a limiting factor in their ability to achieve the stars, to achieve their goals in their life.

I envisioned a world where there are no boundaries when it comes to wisdom, when it comes to access to human wisdom. So my mission back then was democratize access to human wisdom. There are plenty of amazing mentors, tens of thousands of people all over the world who want to give back, who want to share their stories with others. And then there are equally millions of people who are seeking guidance, who have big dreams but may not know exactly where to begin, may not know exactly how to navigate their career journey or the entrepreneurial journey to achieve their goals. With Mentor Cloud we are bringing those two sides together and catalyzing conversations and mentoring interactions.

Technopark V Community. I welcome you all and really thank you for welcome, for making me a part of your movement and you are now part of a global women empowered movement. You know, when women are empowered there can be significant impact in the overall well being of the planet and the world because women are naturally inclusive, are naturally nurturing, naturally multi talented, always thinking about you well being of others. So it is part of how, you know, women are sort of designed in a way. You know, I've studied gender intelligence and that is why I'm able to say this, that when millions of women are empowered and given the resources and mentorship to achieve their true dreams, then the world will be a better place.
