My spiky opinion is that SaaS is dead. The idea of SaaS is you have an app, people are going to come use your app, they're going to put their data into your app, and then they're going to get value from having put data into your app. That's like the classic sort of CRUD structure. The agentic aspect of what you were just describing is what really changes things up. I don't want to go to your app. I want your app to come to me.
