AI and no-code platforms work best when they talk to each other. You write a prompt, refine it visually, then prompt again. That seamless back-and-forth is where real value lives in 2024, even though building it is technically hard.
There's a huge economic opportunity in getting AI and no-code or visual development to play well together. I talked to AI development tools. I talked to no-code development tools. They all want to be at the center, which is really weird because no-code is all premised on the idea of composition. The, the, the opportunity here, I think, is that you want to have something that can weave together prompt-based development and visual development so that I can Express what I want using a prompt. I can dial it in using visual tools. I can then re-express using a prompt. By being able to go back and forth between these things, I think that's how you create a maximally fast and high-value operation. The— but I also appreciate this will be very technically challenging, but that is the kind of tool that I'm looking for as I look at what the landscape's going to be in 2024.
