Antifragility in business is about positioning, not tactics. Place your company where chaos and client frustration naturally push customers toward your solution, rather than fighting in crowded markets. The best position benefits from disorder.

Antifragility is about positioning. I've talked before about the importance of positioning and the idea that like where you put your feet on the court is going to be a lot more important than the actual swing. Because the better you're positioned, the more likely it is you're going to have your win in whatever the context is. But I think this really relates to the issue of antifragility because you will benefit from situations that like send the ball in the direction where you're more inclined to go. And where the business world is going to work the way that you want it to work. And that's necessarily going to be where like everybody else isn't having this benefit because otherwise you're competing with everybody like everybody else and you are, you know, in the scrum as opposed to being strategically differentiated. So when we think about that in terms of being antifragile, we want to be basically where, where's the world when things go wrong? Where's the world when things are, you know, more chaotic, when the situation is not exactly what the client would want on day one? Because if it were what they wanted, they would continue doing whatever they were doing before. What's going to cause them to want to change? And therefore, where are you? Antifragility is positioning.
