Authentic connection is about service. It's about you saying that you feel your customer's pain. And that's such the most important thing in the world, you know, like the customer cares about their pain, they don't really care about you. But even more, when they're talking to you, they want to know that you— that they should believe that you're gonna be able to take care of their pain, that you will have an impact on them that is going to significantly outstrip by multiples, the investment that they're about to make in terms of their time, their attention, and their money in working with you. So how can you be conveying that authenticity? It's not going to going to be about like wearing your heart on your sleeve. It's going to be about showing you care about what they care about, that you care about their issues, and even being able to offer like good counsel for free. I find like 80% of my best ideas are sort of out there in public, and that is fine because people will get them. And people can profit from them. I think that's absolutely delightful. Um, it's going to be where people are looking for more help because I built up that trust, that that's going to be the basis for them purchasing, you know, products, information, services from me, whatever it is. It's trust that builds it.
