Don't go cheap with no-code. I talk to a lot of agencies and I've seen some agencies that basically are going to be like an agency that was doing developer work, say 5 or 10 years ago. And they are just doing it using no-code tools now, which allows them to move a lot faster and really cut their costs. I think the classic example of this is like the 80/20 agency out of Canada. And they've done a really good job with that. But as you pay more closer attention to their success, You're going to find that's not about just driving down costs. It's really about being able to focus attention on the business part of the engagement, really understanding what is customer needs. This creates a phenomenon where you're actually getting a higher effective rate because you're able to spend more just working with senior talent to solve problems rather than having to hire a bunch of coders, right, to be stitching it together at the other end because you get the longer lever thanks to the tools. When you're considering what the economic model of your agency is, don't go cheap, go big.
