Be smart and be positive. I find this is a really challenging thing to do because it's very easy to look smart while saying no to things or talking about why X, Y, and Z won't work or why it's bad. Because the truth is most things in the world are bad and it's true that they're probably not going to work. But what's really interesting is when you put some energy behind these ideas and ask, what if they did work and what would be the possibilities? And how does this change my thinking, cause me to alter my priors? When I do that and I have to ask, okay, this thing seems dumb, but what if it weren't? And I start talking about those kinds of ideas. I find that I'm able to find the good in these things that's both helpful for my thinking process, but also is energizing the people around me because they start looking around the world and asking what's good in here too. But we're able to do that together. We're able to discover a lot more possibility and adventure. And that I think is a core of entrepreneurship.
