Build product and deliver services. The idea behind software as a service was both a question of packaging back in the Salesforce days, but it was also the idea that you sell the upside. What is the result that this thing's going to function for the client? There is an evolution we've seen over the last few years, something called software with a service, where people would deploy the software and they would be providing some significant amount of service to go along with it to help the client realize the value. But now, especially in the world of no-code tools, I think there is a remarkable and somewhat underutilized opportunity for service professionals to be making use of tools to be giving them greater leverage and then turn around and still sell it as services to their clients. Their clients like this because they get to have that trust relationship back with the service provider, which is more human to human. And the vendors can like this because this is going to increase their margins and also increase their consistency and their scale and their ability to provide better results to their clients. That is where I think there's a tremendous opportunity.
