Technology should augment people, not just save time. Using cheap low-code tools and AI, organizations can turn employees into high-value contributors who generate substantially more value and drive greater market profitability.

Choose technology not just to create efficiencies with your people, but that which is going to develop them into being able to create more value than they could before. I think this really is like a crux of the value of like the, you know, no-code, low-code visual development, AI system development, whatever. It's all a multiplier to allow people to express themselves in a way that, you know, works for them, that allows them to be, you know, maximum genius and to create more value for their employers, for their clients, etc. And the more you are experimenting with that kind of tech, to figure out how you can take this person who you know has potential and combine them with technology that's remarkably cheap and put that together into sort of a cyborg that can be creating massive value for you, for themselves, for the clients. The more opportunity I think we have to do something that we just couldn't do before in terms of unlocking the potential of people and being able to create a lot more value in the market and frankly make more money.
