Combine your core with trends to maximize revenue. What I found is that certain people have skills, they have understanding, often a technical understanding of the world, and that is their core. They've been building that up over the course of their careers. It's going to add value to a lot of folks. And then they say, "Hey, I know this thing. I should be able to bring it to the world."
