Who are the customers to, to talk to? Particularly in the world of no-code, the key differentiating skill is, I've often said, sales, but it's also going to be connection. The more you understand the needs of your customer, the pain, how they think and how they feel, the better, more successful you're going to be. You're going to be able to apply whatever the tools are, that's what you've got the neighborhood for, to actually solving their problems. Now, if you are doing well at solving their problems, you will be more successful. And that's largely going to be a function of your understanding, which is largely going to be a function of your listening, which in turn is going to be a function of how much time you're spending understanding their issues, right? And how much time you're spending communicating with them. So in order for that business to be successful, that's going to be one where you are eager to have more conversation with the customers. If you are trying to say, oh, how I had not talked to that person, that's a sign of a customer that you don't want to have and maybe a business that you don't want to be in. Do the opposite, communicate more.
