Create assets, not just cash flow. I think there's a habit among a lot of entrepreneurs to think in terms of monthly recurring revenue, or MRR, which is the flow of cash that's coming into the company. And certainly you need cash to survive, and that's going to be very important. So it's like, it's important if you choose a place to live to make sure there's oxygen. But in order to create value, right, and you as a founder or an entrepreneur or whatever, you are above all an equity investor in your own enterprise. You want that equity value, the value of the assets minus liabilities, to be great. In order to do that, you need to build assets. You need to build exceptional assets. You should look at what you're building and which of those things actually are assets themselves. Some of them are going to be creating income for you and many of them will not, but understanding what you're creating that other people will pay for or that could be composed in things that can then create income, that's going to be how you really create assets and wealth for yourself.
