Coworking and meetings can be a source of joy and energy. I think a lot of people treat meetings as things that they have to go through, that they're going to be a requirement on their schedule. There's— I've talked to lots of ICs and engineering types who view them as distractions, as context switches. And depending on what kind of work, I suppose they can be, but they have a wonderful opportunity to bring new energy into a room, to bring ideas in that weren't previously there. The opportunity to get to help people, to help them make progress, to be furthering their projects and their notions is something I get tremendous energy and joy from. Now, I appreciate that's not the case for everybody, but I would encourage you the next time you're scheduling a meeting to be asking, where is the joy to be found in that? And how can you be getting energy from the meeting and be contributing where you can so that your other participants can get energy as well?
