Create studying KPIs and metrics and track them. You know, that which gets measured gets managed. And if my theory is that studying is the most important thing you can do as an intellectual entrepreneur, someone who is involved in knowledge work and is trying to create more equity value with that, then it stands to reason you should be managing that investment. And how do you manage that investment? And I, you know, super simple way of doing it: write down things you read. You've read articles, you've read books, you've read whatever. Like, if you keep track of those things, you just sort of see that list, you are going to go, wow, I have done quite a lot. Or maybe, hmm, I could do even more. I could, you know, I read 10 things last week. How can I do 15 this week? You're going to find that it becomes a little bit more of a game for you. So I'm just going to encourage you to track, measure the question of what you have been studying this week, the investments you've made in terms of things you've read, watched, what have you. You will find that you are creating an asset that allows you to do even better and rewards you. For the hardware in W.
