Do more small things. I often talk about experiments and I talk about making innovation bets or what have you, but I find that a lot of times people say, I don't want to do X, they procrastinate it. And then all of a sudden they feel like they have to make a very big step, that big step of things they then don't want to do. Take the initiative to do something small early. Help your friends do something small early. I talk about raising rates frequently. You should raise your rates early and frequently and do it small. This makes it easier to get into the habit. Say it just becomes part of what you do all the time. The more you take something that was previously scary and you were avoiding doing and turn it into a habit, the more you get to internalize its value. And that is where I find the greatest opportunity is. It's one that most people don't avail themselves. It's very hard to start that wheel turning. So start it small, do it frequently. And I think you have the best opportunity to really realize the opportunity in front of you.
