To be an entrepreneur is to embrace instability. You're basically telling your clients that they're going to have a more stable, better life as a result of you taking on risk that they previously had. And you're going to convert that risk into smart risk. That's how you make money at it. You're going to hire employees. Your employees will not want to share in risk with you. When you're looking to do that, they're looking to stop being an entrepreneur and move to some other kind of role. Maybe you want to be an advisor or an investor or, or an employee. In those cases, look around. What do you really want?
