Keep your camera on in meetings. Visual presence builds trust, lets people read body language, and gets others to turn theirs on too. Low-code platforms work the same way, improving how business and technical teams talk to each other.

Turn your camera on when you're in business meetings. I found this makes a tremendous difference in the trust that people have when they are talking with you. It doesn't really matter that your background is not necessarily perfect or you have the ability to sit outside with the idyllic trees like I am right now. It is the most important thing is just being able to see you and connect with you and be able to read your body language and how you are reacting to what they have to say. I'll tell you one more, which is if you do it, the other folks are more likely to do it too.. And if you can show that you are willing to put yourself out there in terms of being able to share who you are and the way that you're interacting with them, they will do the same. And that increases the trust and increases the bandwidth of communication between the two of you. When that happens, you're able to unlock a whole lot more value. One of the big things about low-code/no-code is that it allows much better communication between the business side and the technical side. Everything you can do to further enhance that bandwidth of communication is something that allows you to unlock more value much more quickly.
