Most tech work is way outside of big tech. I talked to a lot of junior developers who imagine that their engineering career is going to look like the stories they've been told about what it's like to work at Google or Amazon or Uber or one of these other companies. And certainly they're very large employers, but the vast majority of technology work to be done is sitting in all of these smaller businesses, or even just non-technical businesses that are all around the country, that are all around the world. That is where the value is to be had. That's also why the no-code stuff is so exciting because it's not just about how do you do it at, I don't know, Microsoft. It's going to be how do you do it in the environment set about creating business value? How do you get more leverage and how do you create more equity value as a result of your participation there? So when you're looking around, the way that we get greater diversity and the way we create more value is going to be looking further afield than just the FAANG companies or just the big tech companies. Look around the world. Tech is everywhere.
