Impact, fun, profits. This triangle is the Bain Company statement of values. This is what they aim for, their North Star in their business. And actually, they sequence them. It's not just a triangle, it's impact comes first. Impact is the change, is the increase in profitability or benefit, what have you, they have on their clients. The fun is that they need to be enjoying the work. It needs to be intellectually stimulating and help move everyone forward. And then the profits, it should be making them money. These 3 things drove their business. And I think it's a really reasonable way for you to start if you don't yourself have a value statement. What change, what is the impact you're going to have on your customers? Because when you start with that, you create good profits that are going to compound. You'll get clients who are loyal. When you are enjoying doing it, it is sustainable from a psychological and physical point of view. And when you are making money, well, you know, you're making money.
