No-code platforms let everyone in an organization build software, not just specialists. This shared technical substrate, like email, reduces the need for deep specialization and changes how companies scale and create value.

No-code changes how we look at labor. A lot of times classical economics talks about the specialization of labor and different people have different jobs and that's really the way the organization scales. But I, what we found is that technology changes that a bit. There are work that we all do in common from the most senior to the most junior. Think about how many people are using email and using computers to just to communicate and do a certain substrate of work. We can look at no-code as like raising the level of that substrate on which everybody works and everybody communicates. Everybody builds, everybody is involved in creating the, the technology and the software that is the expression, right, of how the whole firm is going to work. In that way, it is reducing the specialization of labor within the business. It generalizes it. No-code changes the way that we can look at labor. And for that reason, I find it super exciting.
