Focus on secrets. Sometimes I talk to people who are involved in no-code space and they focus on things that are relatively easy, like working with Zapier or working with Make or working with these relatively widely used platforms in which you can plug in a whole bunch of stuff. But the truth is using those platforms is relatively easy. What's hard is one, understanding businesses, and second, intersecting with the weird technologies that really these businesses use and depend on. And the more expert you are in the weird parts that work for those businesses, The more competitive advantage you're going to have in the market. And you, instead of being paid based on knowledge of table stakes stuff, you'll be paid based on knowledge of the very specific stuff that drives a lot of value. And this is where like Salesforce training, this is where HubSpot training, this is where probably a bunch of technologies I couldn't name today, but are very specific to the industries that you might be serving, are worth knowing about. Know the weird stuff, figure out where the secrets are in your particular market, become expert on those, and you will deliver massive amounts of value to your clients.
