Business is better with friends. I've been in 1, 2, 3 masterminds over the course of the last 3 years. One of them lasted about 18 months, one lasted about a full 3 years, and another one's still ongoing for the last 2 years. They are super helpful to meet with other senior executives who are also working on, you know, building out their own businesses and that have, you know, overlapping, not exactly the same business ones and not exactly the same stage, but you're in a position where you can both serve them and also learn from their experience Business is just better with friends. The people who you are, who you work with, your colleagues do not have the same kind of relationship. And to be able to open up and be able to utilize that alliance and be able to get that wisdom applied to your business. And sometimes just getting your own wisdom out of your mouth when you're applying it to their business, but realizing you need to use it for yours is just a tremendous opportunity. I completely recommend joining a mastermind.
