No-code and low-code platforms shift power from developers to the whole organization, letting more employees design the systems that deliver products. This turns workers from machinery operators into creators who generate equity value for the company.

No-code is a cultural phenomenon. I mean that in terms of corporate culture. I found that when you introduce no-code and low-code, what you're really doing is enabling a broader swath of the organization to take responsibility for both how the system works as well as what we're producing for our customers. Because now instead of they are the just turning the crank, they're taking more responsibility for the creation of the crank itself and of these systems on which the company operates. And of the products that the company is actually delivering. The idea of like, you know, sys developers versus engineers or what have you, I think is missing it. Big opportunity here is that the whole company becomes engaged, or much more of the company certainly, becomes engaged in the creation of value for the customer in a way that creates equity value for everyone. We go from being blue collar, that's just working in the factory to build these factories to sell.
