No-code lets you pay people more. I think that one of the great things about no-code and our ability to increase automation throughout our businesses is you can hire fewer people who act in a more senior capacity. That's not the same thing as saying you need to go hire people who are senior on the existing market. It means they can have jobs that are going to have more impact on the rest of your business because you're affording them the longer levers of automation, of all these wonderful tools. So if you can use them as more senior, then you can be paying them more than they would have been paid previously and still well south of what you would have had to pay someone who came in with a traditional skill set looking the way it otherwise does in the market. This means that you can afford to pay people better. That means you can, for your contractors, be their absolute best client. For your employees, be the absolute best employer they ever had. Take that opportunity. Treat people well, compensate them well, and you will find it all returns in the, in the growth and success of your business.
