MIT's Lifelong Kindergarten group, led by Michael Resnick, teaches people to create with technology rather than just use it. No-code and low-code tools extend this idea, letting anyone build and teach without writing code.

MIT has a LEGO professor. Seymour Papert, the late professor at MIT, had a chair named after him that was donated by the LEGO Corporation. And in order to encourage the use of play and of creativity in technology. And there is now an endowed LEGO chair and other people have it. Right now it's held by Michael Resnick, who is most well known for his Lifelong Kindergarten initiative about taking technology and making it into a creative pursuit so that instead of we use technology to teach people things, we're teaching people to interact with and to teach technology things. This is a really exciting idea. And I think really plays into the best of what no-code, low-code as a demographic phenomenon can be. That we all can build, that we can all create, that we can all teach and therefore all grow.
