Price so that you can be generous. I have found that the pricing I have for my consulting puts me in a position where I'm not like arguing with a client over how many hours something was billed or what have you, but rather I'm aligned with the idea that I want them to be massively successful because the way that they are going to view their investment in working with me and probably working with you as well is going to be how much return they got. That's not a question of how much they spent. It's about how ridiculously awesome the upside is. And so as a result of charging a bit more, I can be generous with that use of time. Meeting goes over, that's fine. A, they've got some additional questions on the side, that's fine because that's all in the service of giving them that experience of having a completely amazing result and output. If you can focus your attention on the result that you're trying to create for the client and the outcome, not just the output, the profit you're generating, that is the key to great pricing.
