Record what you say. I think it's a great idea to record meetings. There are lots of great tools for doing this on a relatively automatic basis. Things like Krisp and Rewind automate kind of the capture almost everything that you're doing. You can be just recording your meetings. You could also, you know, turn on something like, you know, Whisper or MacWhisper, just to start capturing locally what you are, what you're doing over the course of the day. The big value here is if your day is captured, if your words are captured, the things that you're saying to other people are probably things that you you need to hear for yourself. Now you've got this big torrent of words, right? How do you boil them down and make them valuable to create insight reflected back to you that happened to stumble out in the course of all these meetings or mutterings to yourself or what have you? And that's where AI becomes super, super helpful, right? Because you throw all those words in and you're saying, sift them out. What are the distinguishing ideas? What are repeating patterns? There's some nice simple prompts you can use for that. And when you do that, you're able to see what you are telling yourself. You just haven't heard it yet.
