Ship in hours, not days. I often talk about short and sharp engagements, but people get really surprised when I talk about the number of hours I think an engagement should be. I think that like a done-for-you engagement should be measured in hours you can probably count on your hands. The, uh, my accelerator programs are usually measured in roughly 10 hours to do something that is pretty big. And when you're focused on each hour and have a limited number of hours to work with, you can do a huge amount. This is why we like these no-code, low-code tools, right? Because it gives us so much leverage on our time. Focus on that leverage. Do big things with small amounts of time. Ship in hours and not days and have that reflected not just in the number of hours you work, but also in the elapsed time and how quickly these things turn around. Getting back time is going to be a favor and value you deliver to the client they can't get anywhere else or anytime else.
