No-code platforms deliver value through speed and ownability. Speed lets teams build and release software fast, unlocking creativity across the workforce. Ownability means users jointly own and maintain the software themselves, not distant specialists, fostering continuous growth and deeper integration into the organization.

Implemented successfully, no-code is about two things: speed and ownability. We start with speed. You will find that engagement never goes faster later. It starts fast if it's going to be successful because we're able to create value for the organization quickly because that's something the tools start to do. It allows us to release, right, this latent pool of creativity and opportunity that's inside your— some fraction, right, of the workforce or of the market. But the second part is where it really creates enduring value. And that's in the ownability means that instead of the software being something that somebody else takes care of, the people who manage giant machines are somewhere in some other room. It's us together who are going to be making the software continue to run and grow and become a bigger part of what it is that we do. It is through that common ownership and ownability that no-code reaches its highest value.
