In the vast majority of situations, the customer is more valuable than the product. The relationship with the customer is what can lead to follow-on revenue from that customer, but also of course follow-on value that you can be delivering to that customer. Asking more broadly, who is it that you want to work with? You want to spend time with and spend your energy creating useful resources for? Because if you're able to double down on a given customer, customer segment, you're going to be able to provide them with more and more value, be extraordinary within your market. Especially as compared to most of the people who just want to create a product, sign up for it, and then they don't have to think about them anymore. You want to think about your customers all the time. If you are thinking about them and how you're going to provide value for them, they will remember that. Value will accrue to them and you will get brand equity. And that is a trust that your clients have in you. If you can do that for your market, I think there's no limit to what you could accomplish.
