The two keys to marketing are attitude and brand. I think brand, most people are familiar at least with the idea of it, and I think the best definition of brand is what people say about you when you're not at work. It's your reputation, and that reputation is what's going to drive people to do commerce with you or not do commerce, what kind of commerce, what kind of people are going to do business with you. But the second I think is really important is your attitude. Like, how do you express yourself into the market? How do you see yourself in the market? This sets Your self-vision gets reflected subconsciously through your actions. And I find that people who, for example, suffer from a lot of imposter syndrome will have a much harder time conveying confidence and reliability among their customers. It's like, how do you see yourself and how is your thinking? When your thinking is aligned, then you're in a great position to be able to express that to others. When you express it to others, you have positioned yourself, and that is how you create the brand that leads them to talk about you after you've left the room.
