In low-code environments, mastery means finding the ten lines of JavaScript that transform an ordinary app into something extraordinary. A customer-success colleague at Fourier does this routinely, adding critical features and deep customization that deliver substantial value to clients.

I think one of the secrets of being at the high end of a low-code environment is figuring out what are the right 10 lines of JavaScript, or sometimes right 10 lines of Python, that are going to take the app from being ordinary to being extraordinary. Sometimes this is about connecting it with some additional feature that is going to be the thing that makes the app extraordinary. Sometimes it's about customization. A good friend of mine works in customer success, and his job a lot of the time is to take their complex environment and be able to create the right 10 lines of JavaScript or Taylor code that's going to make the app or the platform that his client's using super, super helpful to them. And his ability to identify that is tremendously value-giving to the clients, and therefore also tremendously value-giving to Fourier. So I think there's a lot of strategy and value is figuring out how to express what you're looking to do in the right 10 lines or right 20 lines or just a small amount of code. And that is the secret of low-code.
