Working in technology demands constant learning because the field changes so fast. Best practices become outdated, tools shift, and what worked last year may not work now. To reach senior roles or build something real, you have to experiment with new methods and stay current.

To work with technology, you must continually learn. You're going to find there's some, like, truths that are fundamental and unchanging in science. But in a lot of technology and a lot of engineering, our understanding of the, you know, limited world around us and the way that we make changes with that, particularly when we talk about, like, the world of software, keeps on changing. And that means the person who has, like, so-called best practices, you might find, no longer has the practices that are correct for the moment. Continuously, or at least on a frequent basis, experimenting, trying new tools, trying new methods, reading the latest in the literature and moving your understanding forward is a way that you're able to get the most value from an unstable environment. Right? It's not that you're going to become the source of wisdom and you're building an unassailable asset of information. What you're building is a supple mindset that is able to take in information in context and be able to make much better decisions with it. When you elevate to that next level, that is how you become senior. That is how you become the true definition of an entrepreneur.
