Two steps to sales. First, find the need. Second, fill it. I think this lesson sometimes gets overcomplicated. People talk about the kind of work they want to do. They talk about structure. They talk about wanting to make money while you sleep. But what I have found is that you really need to focus on what does the customer really need? What is their, one, need that you can find? And two, what is the mechanism by which you can fill it? You're going to find there are multiple ways to fill a need, particularly if you're working with, well, no-code, low-code. There are all sorts of clever ways you come up to fill their need in a way that's going to be higher value to them while being lower cost to you. Look for that as being the place you actually create profit and you create extraordinary value for that. You'll get better reputation and all that will be because your focus on finding that need and filling it, the core to sales and to business success.
