The most important part of goals is the person that they do become. I'm part of a fashion line group and every week we set out the goals for the coming week. And they can be things that we're trying to hit, see how you're doing, and it's a good debate thing, so that you're the same person. I find the most valuable goals, and hence I strive for them on a daily basis, are the ones that cause me to be a better person, to be the most maximally version of myself. So whether I hit them or not, I am becoming greater. The idea that you are a person who does these kinds of things is really rare to great. And it is hard to maintain. And this is why goals can help us on that goal, on that quest to become person, these better and greater than who we are today.
