You don't need CEO approval to drive change. No-code and low-code tools let anyone at any level build and ship work that spreads on its own, through peers, managers, and the quality of what you make.

You don't need the ear of the CEO to make a difference at your company or as a service provider. I have heard a number of people who got canned and then they said, oh, this only works if the CEO is totally aligned. Because they said that basically they were too far down the tree to go make a difference in what they were doing. One of the things that I find to be great about the no-code tools and just generally all of our increased technical sophistication is that you can make a tremendous and outsized difference from wherever you are, because you don't need to have influence on the top person in order to get your ideas to trickle down. You can send them out laterally. You can send them out up the tree. But not only can you convey them directly via your voice, but also by your work product and the way that you can, and therefore you have many more ways to create influence within your organization. That is the way that you can make a tremendous difference. It does not require the CEO.
