Results Review ™ Kate, Norelle

A solo YouTube results-review where the host audits ad accounts for clients Kate, Norelle, and Steph. For Kate (launchs/courses) ads show very low lead cost (~$2.50), CTR ~2.98% and CPM ~47; host recommends significantly increasing daily ad spend ($100–$200/day) to capture ~80 leads/day and simplifying forms. For Norelle (HR for health leaders) ads and lead magnets are solid (CTR ~1%), but lead-to-sale follow-up and backend alignment appear to be the main weaknesses. Across accounts, the speaker emphasizes that sales process (what happens after a lead) is often the key issue rather than ad creative alone.
Welcome to the results review. So I asked about six clients of ours if I could review their ads account for educational purpose for you guys. I promise I wouldn't on them too badly. And we've only had to say yes. So I'm going to show you the very brave ladies we have today and their ads accounts for education purposes. So we'll go through Kate's. She sells launches done for you. Launches. Had some courses, stuff like that. Haven't had a look at this. So this is the first time I'm going to be seeing this at the same time as you. So firstly, $2.50 leads. Crazy cheap. $10 a day. She should be spending way more than that CPM 47. So a little higher than we want. But it's Cyber Monday today, so that would indicate what that is. Click through Rates 2.98%. If this were me and digital, my ads account and I know Kate's doing some good money. Let's work out how much Kate should be spending on this actually. So. So I'm going to put in her revenue and then I'm going to multiply it by. Yeah, so Kate should be doing about 100 a day on this or more. That's on the low end. So 200 a day. Then she would be getting 200 a day divided by 250. Let me do this. 202.5. She'd be getting about 80 leads a day. So how good would that be for Kate for 80 leads a day? Um, that's based on the data that I send or I've given you guys through here. So let's go into this viral launch. So same again, let's have a look. So she is doing dynamic, creative. Great. So this is a structure I want you guys to get set up with. So we've got video, video and then we've got like a walkthrough video. Then we've got two other videos. Okay, so you can see here. High quality. I've been working with Kate for a while and probably shooting on her content for a while as well. So she stepped this up. So viral launch content for course creators. So she's very specifically calling out who that's for. Then launching an online course steal the content strategy. I used to grow hot audiences and generate 70k first launches. So like, who doesn't want that? Okay, what's in, what's inside is what it is. Okay, so this is good. Let's see what is next. So she's got a few different text variations, heaps of hooks, display link let's see where this takes us. She's got a form. So let's see the form. So she's got a form, but she's also got a download. Right. Let's get instant access. So name. Tim Fray. Instagram handle. Real temporary. So you saw there on that. Thank you. Or the. The page, it was very low info, which is epic. You don't want to put too much on there because heaps of stuff could essentially deter people. I think a lot of people put too much on landing pages. It's on the way. I know your time, Paul. While this document is insanely value, if you want the shortcut to your first multi five figure launch feedback for Kate, I wouldn't assume that they haven't done a five figure launch before. Okay. Because if I had done a five figure launch, I'd be like, oh, this chick doesn't even know what's up. You know, like I'm, I'm a baller. I've done this already. Book in a call with me and I'll show you how. Click the button low. Let's click through launch lab session. So that doesn't make a heap of sense. So launch labs lab session. 30 minute zoom with Kate. I'll probably have like launch strategy session would make way more sense. So she's got a good amount of bookings here. Welcome to the launch queen. So yeah, so launch queen launch lab. I would have like launch strategy session. This is your free strategy call. Let's book in. Which she would already have my Instagram bio. So I wouldn't ask that again. How'd you find me? Do you want to launch? Yes. Yeah. Cool. So probably a little much in here. The most I would have is about five things. Five to six. That would be some changes from there. And let's go back to our ads. So I'm just confused at why. Yeah. So she's got fascinating. She's got link to the lander and then the ad in here. So free launch content for five figure course. Course launches into details. Cool. So the Instagram messaging thing doesn't work as well anymore. We've actually taken that out. So name email, get the phone number, submit final step. If you like free stuff. Cool. So we can see where this takes us. This is pretty good. So I'll duplicate this. So it's taking us through Instagram. If you like free stuff, go to my Instagram link in by to get other free resources. Like, this is pretty good. This is a good ad. I think. You know, if you guys just watched my Video on maximization and optimization. Kate needs maximization versus optimization here. So let's see what other stuff she's got. Results reels, Top of Funnel. Change it to maximize what she spent on this. 30 bucks. So she spent $3,000 ever. That's not a lot of money. And I think she's made a shitload more than. So, yeah, she's not. I would say sales would be Kate's issue, not marketing. So this is all good. So if you can see, like, doing launches is a blue ocean because not many people are doing them. Okay. Probably thinks there's heaps, but there's not many people. I've never seen many. Which means that. And they're probably not doing ads either. So she's in a blue ocean. And I would be turning up if I were Kate. So $19 brainstorm tool. Let's see this Topper Funnel. Let's see what this Topper Funnel is. Yeah, so it's not really. So this top of Funnel was not really educational at all. So it's kind of just like bragging. So someone would be seeing this, being like, who the fuck is this? Like, why would I care about her results? I don't even know this person. So top of Funnel should be calling out course creators, giving them value and then retargeting them. In my opinion, that's the issue with this. Let's see what else she's got. So not much. So. So her ads are getting better. This is great. I would scale this up, like, hard, like 100 a day, 200 a day on this, and I'd be turning into a sales warlord and selling as many of these people as possible. So that's Kate. And we'll switch over to Norell. All right, so we're on the rail. She does HR for health leaders. It is not a sexy niche, so a little bit harder to market. So she most recently ran a post, and it was a messaging post. 11. A message 11 is not much if you're converting. So once again, I feel like this may be a sales issue versus a marketing issue. So 35 lifetime go through the moth. So she had 42, $42 leads at $7 each. So 0.91 click through cost per thousand is pretty good. Cost per clicks a little higher. So this would indicate that her creative needs some work here. So let's have a look through this. 17. 17. So we'll go into this one V2. It's a lot cheaper. So we'll check out the ad itself here. So swipe my free wages and profitability worksheet calculator for allied health businesses. Cool. That's good. Yeah. So this is good. This is a walkthrough video type thing, so this is great as well. So I think Narelle's issue here is, is the sales. So is she texting them? Is she calling? Is she emailing? What's the offer? How does this relate? So in terms of the ads, she's got it down pat and dialed in. Let's check this out. Yeah. So you can see the CTR is good. 1%. 1% CPM is. Is good. That's pretty low. Lead cost is good. So for me, the specificity or the angle about what she does, what she's selling. So what Narelle does, what this lead magnet is about and what she's selling on the back end, is there a flow between all of them? Does it make sense for the prospect? Okay, so you kind of need a balance. So we do this. We're usually giving away marketing or ads or something like that. So marketing strategies, ad strategies. And that's basically what we do in successful. So it's a really easy kind of transition between. Kate's is really good. So, like, the launch stuff, and then she sells launches. So there's a good transition between the two. So really important to do. But in terms of ads, I kind of want to find a stinker just so you guys can see what good, what good, what not good looks like. So we'll just go into this post. We'll see what this is. Huge fucking novel. Yeah, huge novel. It's pretty cool. It's, like, kind of catchy and flashy, but if you'd see this on a story, you'd be like, what is this? Why am I saying this? Because you don't. They don't follow her. They're seeing this in ad, so top of funnel. Usually educational talking is what I would do here. So these are good. I'm, like, seeing if we can go to my old gym account. We can see some absolute terrible ads in here that I used to run. So barbell, beginner buff. I'm on 23 a lead. Gym ads will used to be super expensive. Barbara. Let's check it out. Oh, I can't even see it. It's probably because this doesn't exist anymore. Yes, there's a before and after barbell. So, like, I had a before and after of a girl, and then it was a barbell program, which doesn't make sense. Yes, it is the outcome. If I'm advertising a barbell program wouldn't I show barbells being used. That makes sense. So cost per clicks, cheap click through rate is good. Actually it's like in terms of like clicks it's good. But I think that the issue with this ad is I was advertising a barbell program and I had a before and after of a check on here. So not great. Let's have a look at Steph's ads. Let's see if we can see any stonkers in there before I used to when I maybe before I took over the ad account. Maximum. Let's have a look. Let's see if we can find some. You'll know before the naming. So mini course. Let's see what. This is complicated with all the different setups. Lla. Yeah. So we have a mini course. Steph used to love doing this. Just like random photos of her. I have nothing to do with what she was actually selling. So it was like just a random photo of like her looking pretty. Ladies want to hit 10k a month. Every single month is how to identify driving into a landing page. Yeah. So the photo just kind of has nothing to do with what we're actually selling. So 0.74, you can see that's kind of bad. CPM is higher. So this would have been years ago, but that's a high CPM because it was a look like audience of 5%. So I kind of just want to give you a few examples here of what good is and looks like and what bad and bad looks like and how to evaluate your statistics. As you can see here, the clients that I did bring out, they're killing it. They're smashing. It wasn't too bad. Hopefully yours can get there as well. But the sales piece is usually the issue where you go wrong. So once you generate the lead, what happens with them? That is the question.
