Whenever you have all the resources and you're resourceful enough, you don't have to think of, "I have a lack of confidence." What I see and hear a lot, again in Belgium, but I think it's in all of Europe like that, or worldwide even, when people are not organized, they're feeling without confidence because they have so much things to do. And today it's normal. We have loads of things to do. Everybody has like an agenda, like full. If you want to see mine, it's like, wow. Anyway, but whenever you're not organized, you're, you're like messed up in your head, like, oh, I can't forget this. I have to do this. And your confidence goes like your self-confidence goes so low and then all of a sudden the most severe thing that could happen is burnout or depression or whatever. That's coming from a lack of confidence. Yeah, that's the beginning. And if you don't watch out, it comes like very slowly and all of a sudden it attacks, it attacks. So thing is that, can body language be of any help in self-confidence? Yes, because if your body language is right, if you have the right posture and you say, "I have resources, I'm resourcefulness because ting ting ting ting ting," it's a combination of certain things, not only body language. It's like 3, 4 things together will do grow your self-confidence.
