Hi, welcome at the House of Body Language. I would like to share an experience I had the other day during a coaching session. I asked somebody an emotional question, and normally when you ask an emotional question and you know that they should recall a memory, they normally— people look to the left. What happened, the person looked up to the right. So instead of recalling a memory, that person was making a construction of somebody, of something, and for me that is a red flag. Now, in terms of coaching sessions, what we do as a coach, we ask questions and multiple questions. But when you have too many of these red flags, that means the person might be lying to you.
