5 AI Prompts To Instantly Create Your Coaching Offer That Your Dream Clients Would Borrow Money For

Richmond Dinh presents a workshop on building coaching offers using a psychology-first value ladder and reusable AI prompts. He outlines an ascension model: content (awareness) → free training (build trust/filter "good-enough") → core paid offer (deliver results) → high-end (access/proximity) → unicorn (exclusivity). Buyers are segmented by mindset (Dabblers; Good-enough; Quality; Best; Only-one), and offers must match these mindsets. Key offer mistakes to avoid: charging for time, selling features, and claiming "caring" as a point of difference. He gives three principles for offers: sell outcomes (who it's for, what it does, what it means), create certainty of success through a clear pathway ("blue line"), support (reroute when clients stray), and accountability (to break habits). He provides verbatim AI prompts: (1) generate an outcome statement (who, what it does, what it means), (2) create a 12-week offer stack detailing pathway/support/accountability, and (3) pricing guidance (beginner: ~$1,500–2,000; intermediate: $3k–5k; advanced: higher/shorter timeline). He recommends promising progress ethically rather than guaranteed specific results.

Would it be okay by explaining to you the psychology and the thinking behind offers? Because once you understand the thinking and psychology, then you can understand how to offer it and when to offer it. So this is a $10 million business ladder. We've generated nearly $20 million online in our business since I started. And this is an eight figure value ladder. So everybody here who is okay that when you're growing your coaching business, you got to produce content, give me a thumbs up if you're okay with that. Like you just got to do that. If you're not prepared to produce content, then I don't know what you're going to do to get attention because you're not going to be able to open up a website and wish and pray that tomorrow everybody's going to book in a call. It just doesn't happen like that. Now I'm not saying you need to post five times a day on five different platforms. We don't teach that. We teach you on how to post three times a week only on one platform to grow a six figure business. Because I get that many of you are busy, multiple responsibilities and, and I don't know about you, but I don't even have the time to post every single day on multiple platforms. I personally only post three times a week on one platform. But it's doable and it's manageable and it's allowed us to get to multiple seven figures. So who'd be okay posting three times a week on one platform? That's all you need to do. But you do need to post. You do need to post. So that's the first form. Like you must post some sort of content to put yourself out there. The second thing is you've got to have some sort of free training. I'm going to explain the thinking behind all of this, but everybody here, you must have a free training. The next stage from a free training is then you can sell your core offer. This is your paid offer. It could be your $1,000 offer, $2,000, $5,000 offer. Ours is a $2,000 offer. That's the underdog academy. And then from the core offer, you may have a high end offer. A high end offer is something in the realm of a $25k offer. Like our 0.1 inner circle. It could be 10, 15, 15, 25, 50k. And then I don't think there's going to be many in the room here, maybe not any at all. But at some point, as you grow, as you expand, as you increase your brand, some of you may eventually have a unicorn offer and in our case it's my 100k offer. Now this is an eight figure ascension model. This is what's worked for us. This is very similar to Russell Brunson roles, very similar to most of the biggest names that you see out there. But I'm going to share with you why this works so well. The purpose of content, the purpose, and this is why you must do it, is to create awareness. If people don't know who you are, then they're never going to buy from you. The purpose of having a free training is to create trust. This is why people are like, oh, I don't want to do a free training. But then people won't buy you if they know, like and trust you. This is an example of a free training. This is an example. And the whole purpose of this is to establish trust. Now, the whole purpose of you now selling your core offer, your paid offer is to deliver results. When people pay you, they do expect a result. And so that's the purpose of a core offer. Now, the purpose of a high end offer is to give them access and proximity. And this is why people will pay 10, 15, 25, $50,000. Because it's like now they get access, now they get proximity to things that it cannot get in your core offer. First of all, give me a hands up if this is all making sense so far. This is the purpose of every level. This is why we've got to have these levels here. Most people mix it all up together and hence they stay broke. They try to give access and proximity on a free training, they try to deliver results. On the content part, it's just all mixed and it's all really weird. And then the unicorn offer, the purpose of that is to give exclusivity. Now I'm going to explain the psychology behind each one and once you get this, now you know why this works. So in content, we need to know who we're marketing to. Keyword who, people who consume content and don't do anything else. For example, in this training right now, right, there are 95 people in the Zoom room. And for me to get 95 people in the Zoom room, we had to get over 500 people registered for this event.
Now there are people who didn't come to this event for certain reasons, but there are some people who didn't come to this event because they may have registered, but they're not really that committed to invest three hours of their time to attend this event because they're what we call Dabblers.
So content is really designed for awareness and your marketing to dabblers, people who just maybe just want to learn, just want to dip their toes in the water, just get a feel for what personal development is about or what you're about, whatever it is. But there are people who are not dabblers who want to transcend that and say, you know what? I'm done with dabbling. I'm done with dipping my toes in. I want something a little bit more because I'm a person that wants something that's good enough. And so the reason why we have free training is now we're marketing to people who want something that's good enough. Let me give you an example of this. So every single person in the room right now, I want you to imagine and think and go back to the last time you went to a supermarket. It's probably in the last seven days. Show of hands. If you went to a supermarket in the last seven days, like a Woolworths, Costco, Kohl's, you know, Trader Joe's or something like that. Like, cool. Show of hands again, let's say the room. Show of hands, you went to a supermarket. Cool. I want you to think about what you bought or what you normally buy or what's on your shopping list. Because I know that on that shopping list probably there are things on there where you buy and you buy it because it's good enough. So for example, when it comes to. For us, like for us, for example, when it comes to buying cheese, you know, I will go into the supermarket and my kids want some cheese and I'll buy cheese that's good enough. Like, I don't need to buy the best cheese or the most expensive cheese. For me, I just buy regular cheese. Because to me, that's good enough. For some of you, it's like, no, I'm really protective with cheese. I need something better. I need to buy the best cheese. And so even good enough is not good enough for you. You need to buy the best. Who's following this right now? So there are things on your shopping list that you buy. Oh, you know, that milk. I don't need to buy the best brand milk. That milk is good enough. But for some of you, you need to go one level higher. So there are people out there who just want things that are good enough. They're not a dabbler, but they want something good enough. But after good enough, there's a next level of person that. And that's what we call our buyers. The buyers are over having things are good enough, they want something that's quality. And now our core offer is for someone who wants results, but someone who wants something quality. And there's something on your shopping list that you say, you know what? I don't want the most basic cheese. I want quality cheese. I want really good quality cheese. Because I don't know, it's my background, I don't know what it is. For me it's not cheese. But for me, when I buy bread, I actually, I don't want to buy the cheapest bread. I do buy quality bread. Who's got something like on the shopping list where it's like, you know what? When it comes to that, I buy the quality stuff. I like to, I don't want to skimp on it. I buy who's got something like, yeah, 100%. Who's understanding the psychology now? This is why we have this. Because there are people who are dabblers, there are people who want something good enough, there are people who want quality. But there's one level above quality where you would relate to and many of your clients relate to. And this is why we have a high end offer. Because there are people out there say, you know what? Good enough is not even good enough. Quality is not even good enough. I want the best.
And so when it comes to the supermarket example, when I go and buy rice, I always buy the best rice because I'm Asian. So I never ever buy the cheapest or good enough or quality rice. I buy the best. And even if it's not on sale, I will spend the most on rice. But when it comes to bread, I just buy quality bread. When it comes to cheese, I just buy good enough cheese. But rice I always buy good enough. Now that might not be the case for you. Maybe for you it's pasta. When it comes to pasta, I only buy the best pasta. When it comes to bread, I only buy the best bread. But when it comes to rice, I buy that's good enough rice and it's okay for me. Who's getting this right now? There's a different psychology we need to market to and that's why we have offers for different levels of thinking. Who's following? I'll give you another example. It was around about six years ago for our 25K1 students where we did a black tie event for them and end of the year black tie Christmas party. And I didn't have a really nice tuxedo. The only suit I had at the time was the one I got married in. And the suit that I got married in was a custom made suit that I got from Vietnam for $110. Yes. I paid $110 for a tailor made suit for my own wedding because I was broke back then. And so that. And for me, that was good enough. And I got to wear it multiple times. Everyone is more than good enough. And so fast forward, you know, years later, started my own country business, create our 25k mastermind. And then I wanted to get a new tuxedo because I thought I don't want to really wear my good enough tuxedo that I got from my wedding that I paid her in $10 for. I want something better. And so I walked into Hugo Boss and I said, hey, look, I'm doing this black tie event. These students, they pay me this much money and they're like, what? Can you show me your most expensive suit in Hugo Boss? The guy's like, okay. Took me to a private fitting room, sat me down, gave me some sparkling water and showed me his most expensive suit. I tried it on, I felt like a million dollars. And I said, I'll take that one. I didn't look at anything else. Why? Because for me, I just wanted the best. I didn't want quality, I didn't want good enough. I wanted the best. Who's following this right now? I just wanted the best. Now there's one level high and there's another market out there who just don't want the best, but they want to be the only one. I'll give you a real life example. This only happened around about two months ago. We walked into Dior, who knows who like Dior, you know, the high end luxury brand Dior. I walked in there with my wife Penny, and because I wanted to get some new shoes. And.
It'S funny because I walked in for myself and as soon as we walked in, we got served by the sa. And then they walk in and they say, and then Penny turns around and is like, oh my gosh, that's this Dior something something sequence bag. And they only made like 22 in the whole world. And I think that's like the only one or two in Australia or in the southern hemisphere. Like, you can't get that anywhere. It's so rare. And she looked at, she asked sa, when did this come in? And she's like, oh, yes, this came in yesterday afternoon. And I go, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. And it's the only one in Australia. Like, oh, babe, babe, it's the only one. It's the only one. She's freaking out. I'm like, I don't know. It just looks like a normal bag to me. It's like this is all over social media. It's like she couldn't believe that it was actually there.
Ten minutes later, $14,000 later walked out with a bag. Why? Because she wanted to be the only one.
So that bag was selling to a psychology of person that wants to be the only one who's getting this right now. I would never try to sell 100k offer to a dabbler. I would never try to sell 100k offer to even someone that wants something that's quality or the best. I'd only sell $100k offer to someone that only wants to be the only one who's getting this right now. The reverse is also true. I would never even try to sell a free training to something that wants someone that wants to be the only one. And so once we understand who we're selling to now, we can craft an offer to that psychology. Who's getting this right now. This is key. And the reason why people don't take up your offer is because you've mismatched what they want to what you're actually offering.
Once you understand this linkage, you'll never have to worry about your offer mismatching the marketplace at all. Are they dabblers? Are they good enough? Are they quality? The best? And maybe identify. Who are you when it comes to coaching? Are you what? No one here is a dabbler, otherwise you wouldn't be here. That's very, very. That's extremely clear. Who gets that? None of you are dabblers right now because otherwise you're not here. You are either the person that wants something good enough, you're either a quality person. You might be wanting the best. And maybe there's a couple of you. There's 160 people in the room. Maybe. My guess is just from percentages. There's maybe one or two of you in the room who's like, no, I don't even want the best. I want to be the only one. I want to be just from sheer percentages. Just from sheer percentages. Who's getting this right now? Who's following? Show of hands. If you guys are following. Cool. Is this useful? Is this useful? Is this useful? No one's teaching you this. I can guarantee no one is teaching you this. But once you understand this, then it works. So what are we going to cover in today's training? I could cover all of it we don't have enough time. I want to focus on what's most important to you and where you guys are at, which is this section here. What's going to be the free thing we give out? What's going to be the paid thing we give out? Is that okay? Give me a thumbs up. You guys okay with folks? These where most of you guys are at? Definitely. I'm not going to talk about high end offer, I'm not going to talk about unicorn offer, but I want to talk about this because that's most relevant to you. And when it comes to this, I want to start with the end in mind. I want to start with your core offer. So what do you give as a paid offer? Because once we clear on that, then it kind of reverse engineer we know what to give as a free offer to sell it. So when it comes to your core offer, here, this is your paid offer. Here are some examples of what you can give as a paid offer. This is what our students are doing right now. But I want to share with you what is going to be best for you and what to think about. So here are some examples of what you can do as a paid offer. You can definitely do one on one coaching for sure. You can definitely sell group coaching. You can definitely sell courses. You can sell masterminds. You can offer single breakthrough sessions. If you're nlp. You can sell other people's courses and programs as an affiliate. You can offer memberships. You can offer done for you services. You can offer events, workshops and trainings. You can offer certifications 100%. You can offer a paid challenge. Like here are some examples of what to offer. So whoa, it's pretty overwhelming. That's probably why you're here. It's like, oh geez, that's really, really, really overwhelming. Who gets this right now? It's like so much choice out there. And you may even do a combination of all of it. Maybe do a combination. So let me give you the mistakes first and then I'm going to talk about AI and how AI can help you. So I want you to understand the thinking because, okay, if I do two things. Number one, if I teach you how to fish and then give you the fish, is that okay if I do both? I want to teach you how to fish and then I want to give you the fish. I could give you the fish, but I wouldn't serve you because I want to teach you how to fish so you can make income consistently on and on and you can troubleshoot and that I Think would be more valuable skill set if you understand the thinking. That's why I told you and shared with you the psychology of every offer. Because now you understand how to fish. And now I'm just going to give you the fish as well. So here are some offer mistakes.
Want to get this clear so you don't make it so you end up making more money. Mistake number one is trading time for money.
Thinking that you're selling time. Do not sell time. Sell outcomes.
Trade outcomes for money, not time for money. How much do you charge for your offer? It's $80 a session. Okay. Or it's 10 sessions to $600. Or X, Y, Z. Who's heard of something like that before? Show of hands, per session, per hour, per call, per. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Bump, bump, no charge outcomes for money. Why is that important? Because people don't want your time. People want the result. I'll give you an example.
There was this man, and this is not a true story, but it really will bring it home for you. He had a really bad toothache. And sometimes, you know, when you get a toothache, you think, maybe I'll just leave it for a day or two, get better on its own. And so the toothache, he just left it for a couple of days. And it wasn't getting better. In fact, it was getting worse to the point where it started to become really painful when he was drinking cold water or having hot food. And then he thought, maybe it'll get better, but it didn't. Bitter. But the next day it got even worse to the point where now he couldn't even eat. And now he's struggling to even chew anything. And I thought it might get better, but didn't. He waited for another day, and the next day it was so painful. Now he couldn't even sleep. He had this raging headache. It affected his sleep. And now he's exhausted from the pain and the lack of sleep to the point where it's been a week. And he said, wow, I really need to see a dentist. And so he caught up all these dentists and no one could fit him in. And he said, this is an emergency. I can't eat, I can't sleep. I'm in so much pain from my tooth. And so this dentist fit him in. Fit him in. At 6pm after all the patients, he came in, sat in the chair, dentist had a look, opened the mouth and looked at it, Put out some tools in two minutes, fix the toothache, all gone. Walks out and says, that'll be $1300, please. And the guy's like $1300. You're a rip off. What the. This is, this is for two minutes. That's a ripoff. And the dentist says, okay, sir, let's bring you back to the chair and I'll do the same thing and I'll take four hours.
Hey guys. Alright, let me tell you.
Who gets that now, right? Don't charge for time, charge for outcome. People don't want to spend four hours in a chair if they can get done in two minutes. And it should be worth more. Who gets it? It probably should be worth more if you can get the result faster. Who gets that right now? So the mistake you will make is that charging time, not outcome. The other thing why this doesn't work is because if you want unlimited income. Who wants unlimited income? Like there's no cap to how much you can earn, then you must charge for outcomes because it's unlimited. Outcomes you can provide, but the time is limited. If you charge per time, you'll be limited on how much you can earn because time is limited, but outcomes are not. And so do not charge time or trade time for money. That's offer mistake number one. This is important because it's going to lead into the AI prompt that I give you now. Second thing is selling features and thinking features are the thing that makes your offer sell. Like it's got a, B, C, D, E Feature 1, Feature 2, Feature 3. It's got this and this and this and this. Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. People don't buy a brand new car because it's got Bluetooth and a seat heater and electronic windows.
They buy a car because of the future the car represents for them. People buy future, not features.
Sell future, not features. Sell outcomes, not time. Give me your hands up. Give me a hands up if this is landing for you guys. Want to make sure. Just look in the room. Cool. Excellent. I want to make sure you guys are resonating right now. Sell future, not features. But how many times have you seen someone present their offer and it's like feature A, B, C, D, E, F, G. And they're like, I don't know what is my future going to look like when I have this? I'm going to give you some examples of this. And here's the third biggest mistake people make is thinking that your point of difference is caring. Oh, what's your point of difference in your offer? You know what, Richmond? I care so much for them. I care so much for them. That's my point of Difference. I care more than anybody else. Now, I'm not saying you shouldn't care, but caring is not a point of difference. And I'll give you a real life example. So raise your hand if you actually care that your clients will get a great result from working with you. Raise your hand if you actually care. Cool. Look at the room. Everybody cares for their clients. So caring is not a point of difference.
Because everybody cares.
So you got to stop thinking your point of difference is caring.
It's not a point of difference because everybody does it. So how are you different from everybody else? Because I care. No, everybody else cares. And you can't say you care more than someone else because you actually don't know because they all say the same thing. Everybody else cares. So that is not a point of difference. And now that we know that, I want to give you three principles of creating an offer that sells like crazy that you can deliver with confidence. Three principles. Number one, sell outcomes. Remember, sell outcomes. And the principles of selling outcomes is the three things you must know is who is it for, who is the offer for.
What does the offer do.
And what does it mean for them? Who is it for, what does it do and what does it mean for them? Those are the three things when it comes to selling outcomes. I'll give you three examples so you really understand this. In our Underdog Academy, this is our core offer. Who is it for? It's for coaches not yet on 100,000. What does it do? It gets consistent coaching clients and generates full time income in less than 12 months through tiny challenges. What it means is you can finally do what you love, full time, impact more lives and achieve location and time freedom. So people ask Richmond, what's your Underdog Academy program for coaches of less than $100,000 to help them get consistent coaching clients and generate a full time income in less than 12 months. And what it means is you can finally do what you love, full time, impact more lives and achieve location and time freedom. That is my outcome statement for my offer. The end. That's it. I'll give you another example. This is our example. Offer statement or outcome statement for our inner circle. Who is it for? Coaches not yet on a million dollars. So we've got coaches starting on zero who are in our 25k program, but they're not yet on a million dollars scale faster from transitioning from one on one to one to many. This allows them to scale faster. And what does it mean? It means that they're able to live their dream lifestyle in your Dream home in your dream location where money is no longer an obstacle for the majority of your expenses. What does this mean? $100,000 offer or a six figure income in your coaching business only changes one thing in your life and that's your occupation.
Most people think, oh my gosh, I'm going to create a six figure income member coaching business. But the only thing that changes in your life when that happens is your occupation. You're actually now doing what you love full time. It will not change your lifestyle. Who gets that? Once you earn six figures in your coaching business, you're probably not going to be able to buy a bigger home or a bigger car or go on more expensive holidays. That's probably not going to happen because you're just replacing income with a new job. Who gets this, by the way? So that's good to do. That's your first step. But what actually changes your life is when you make a million dollars because that's when your lifestyle will change. Your occupation changes, but your lifestyle changes at the million dollar mark. Because then you can live in a bigger home, you can live in your dream suburb, you can live in your dream location, you can send your kids to private schools, you can do all these things that you can't currently do and you don't have to worry about money again. So $100,000 income changes your occupation, which is awesome. A million dollar income changes your lifestyle and that's what point one does. That's what it means to be in point one. Now this is our offer statement for $100,000 offer. Who's it for? Coaches are over a million dollars. What does it do? Helps you become the category one, the only one in your space. And what that means is you make lasting impact and a legacy beyond the span of your life and your career. So why are all these things important? Because this is going to be the ChatGPT prompt that I'm going to give you. And please take a photo of this. So what I'm about to give you, take a photo. So pull out your phone, take a photo. Don't try to write it down. You won't get it down in time and if you miss a keyword, it'll affect the answers that it gives you. So now I've explained to you the thinking behind it. Teaching you how to fish. I want to give you the fish. So get your phone ready or you can just screenshot it but don't write it down because you won't have enough time and I don't want you to risk Making a mistake. So here's the prompt. The first prompt you need to put in to create your outcome statement for your offer. So here it is. So take a photo, take a screenshot, and this is an example. I'm a life coach for single moms. Who is it for? And would like to create a coaching offer for them. Can you please produce an offer statement.
That would allow me to pitch this in a clear and concise manner? Please include in a statement, who is it for, what does it do for them, and what does it mean for them when they have this result? Do not include features, time frame or pricing just yet. So basically, do not include the mistakes. That's important. So that's the prompt there. Who wants to see what the answer came out as? It is ridiculously awesome. I wish I had this when I started, but we didn't. But you guys do, which is great. The answer. This is the answer that came out. Here's a clear and concise offer statement for your coaching program for single moms. I help single moms rediscover their confidence, create balance in their lives, and build a future they're excited about so they can feel empowered, fulfilled, and proud of the life they're creating for themselves and children. Wow. Sounds pretty good to me. This statement clearly identifies who is it for? It's for single moms. What does it do for them? Helps them rediscover confidence, create balance, and build an exciting future. What does it mean? It means they can feel empowered, fulfilled, and proud of their lives. I don't know. If I was a single mom, that would sound pretty good to me. They're like, wow. Tell me about your coaching offer. Well, I'm glad you asked. I'm glad you asked. Claudia. I'm glad you asked. Bob. I'm glad you asked. Vicki. I'm glad you asked. Rebecca. This is for single moms. It helps them rediscover their confidence, create balance, and build an exciting future for themselves so they can feel empowered, fulfilled, and proud of their lives. Wow. Sounds pretty good to me. Who's loving this, by the way? Show of hands. You guys are loving. This is the outcome statement. This is the outcome statement. So I want to show you the next prompt because that's. Now we're going to build on that. The next prompt is this. The next principle when it comes to offer creation is number one, we've got the outcome statement. We're not selling time, we're not selling features, we're selling outcomes. So that's the statement of our offer. The next thing we must consider when it comes to offer. Is the primary goal for your offer when you present it is to give your prospects certainty of success?
When you can give your prospects certainty of success, they're going to be more likely to buy. And so what are the three things that allow you to give your clients certainty of success or your prospects certainty of success? So when you present your offer.
Your offer must give them certainty of success. And there are three things that give your client certainty of success. So I want you to imagine this for a second.
Actually. When was the last time type in the chat screen. When was the last time you used like Google Maps or Waves or something where you needed like that blue line for your gps? When was the last time you used it? I used it yesterday. I definitely used it. Or if you caught an Uber, you see the Uber using it, right? Like, when was last time? Yesterday? The weekend. Yesterday? Yes, Joe, Yes. Paul says yesterday. Dale said yesterday, today. Spam. Yeah, Pretty, pretty recently. Like, we use it quite often and I travel a lot, so I use it a lot. I use it a lot. And so what does that blue line do for you? It gives you certainty of success. It gives you certainty that you're going to get to where you want to go. Who's following this right now? Now imagine you put in an address in Google Maps and they didn't come up with a blue line. You probably freak out. Who gets this right now?
Now I'm feeling uncertain. So every coaching offer must have a blue line to success. And I call that a clear pathway.
The blue line. Every offer must have a blue line. Must have your version of blue line. When you have your version of blue line, they have increased certainty of success. I'll give you an example. So in our core offer, in our underdog academy core offer, we have our version of a blue line to success. And this is what it looks like exactly as is. So to go from 0 to 10k, your first 10k, we have 36 steps. To go from 0 to 10k, all they need to do is tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, boom. And it's like, next, next, next, next, bang. Suddenly they tick all this. They got on 10k and some of the steps are really easy to do. They take a couple of minutes, but they know exactly what the next step is all the way. That's our blue line to your first 10k. Once they hit the first 10k, then we have a blue line to go from 10 to 136 steps. Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick. They get to 100k boom. They always have a blue line. Now once they go from 100k, they want to get to a million. So they change their lifestyle. 36 steps to a million dollars. Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, boom. Gets to a million dollars. And that's the exact pathway. And we all must have that in our offer because we need to give them certainty of success. Without a blue line, everybody's going to freak out. But a blue line is not enough. The awesome thing about Google Maps is how many of you have turned down the wrong road before? Who's ever done that before? Like, turn down the wrong load, Turn, left turn 200 meters or 200 yards? Turn left, turn left, turn left. They're like. And you didn't turn left. Maybe you were daydreaming. Maybe you've got. Maybe there's three different left turns and it's so ambiguous. And you didn't miss the exit because it's like, I'm not sure which exit it was exactly. And that's okay. Now, 100%, it's frustrating. 100%, it's super annoying. It reroutes for you. And now it goes to the ETA from 26 minutes to now 34 minutes. And now it's going to take you longer to get there. But you know the good thing about Google Maps is it reroutes.
It always reroutes for you. And so even though it takes you longer because you missed a turn, you're still certain that you're going to get there because it always reroutes. Who's getting this right now? So, yeah, it's frustrating. It's annoying. It's annoying when you miss the turn. It's annoying when you miss two turns. It's annoying when your Uber driver missed a turn because you're thinking now they shouldn't miss a turn. And it's going to take you longer, but at least you still know you're going to get there because it always reroutes. Always. Who's getting this? And that's why when you're in a tunnel and there's no Internet, you freak out because now there's no Internet for it to reroute. Who's getting, like, who knows? Like, when you're in a tunnel, like, there's no Internet and you freak out because now you lost the reroute function. Even though you got the blue line, you don't have any more certainty because you know it's not going to reroute until you exit. And you might exit the wrong one. Finally. Reroute. So frustrating. Who gets What I'm talking about here, who's been in that situation where they've been in the tunnel, there's no Internet and you're freaking out because there's no reroute function anymore. So every coaching offer must have a reroute function. And to reroute your clients when they go off the wrong path, because they always will, you must have support.
Must, must, must. Support is the rerouting. So what does the support look like? Because when you get lost, when you turn off the wrong road, this is how we support you to get you back onto the blue line.
Who's getting this right now? The support could be. In our case, we got support, we got group coaching. We even got onboarding calls. We have the Facebook group, we have the library. We have so many avenues of support. We have trainings live and recorded, we have replays. So this is all these areas of support. We've got a team of head coaches that come in, We've got a concierge. We're all these things that support us in our underworld. Camry coat. So they always stay on the blue line or get rerouted. So they always have keyword, certainty of success.
Who's getting this right now? This is important because I'm about to give you a prompt and now you're going to understand. Ah, now I get it. I get why I have to sell it this way. Because when I do, they get certainty of success and when they're certain, they buy. Who's loving this so far? Is this valuable? Right? But support is not the final thing, because now we're rerouting, We've got a clear pathway, which is awesome, but people are people, which means people are creatures of habits. How many of you have things in your day where you just habitually do them without even thinking, who's got something like that where, I don't know, you get out of the same side of the bed every single day. There's maybe you've got three bathrooms in your house, but there's only one that you go to the most. Like, you have a certain cup that you drink out of. Who's got a cup that they drink out of? Like, that's like, this is my cup. Even though you got 20 cups in your house. But I drink out of this cup. I do that. I have a cup that I drink out of. It's just a funny thing, but people have habits. Now, here's the problem with some habits is that they don't really serve you or they don't get you to where you need to go. And so you may have got these habits that got you where you are right now, but they're not going to be the habits that you need to take you to where you want to go. So how many of you understand that when you want a new result, you probably have to break some habits? Who gets that right now? And in order for you to break habits, it's not an easy thing to do because you've been doing it for a long time without even thinking. And I'll give you an example. In my old home when I used to drive out the road, 99.9% of the time I always had to turn left. Why? Because my kids schools was left, my gym was left, the city was left, my in laws house was left, the shopping center was left, everything was left. Now for Penny it was 50, 50 because yes, her gym was actually right, but kids schools left, parents house left, shopping center left. But she used to go to work and had to turn right. And so it was about 50, 50 for her where it's left and right. For me it was always left. Now there's occasional times where I had to go to the suburb called Chatswood and which I know at the end of the road I have to turn right and I have Penny in my car and I put in the gps. I've got the blue line, I've got my support Penny, she knows I need to turn right. But the end of the road she's like, remember to turn right. The GPS says remember to turn right. And what do I do? I turn left. Who's done something like that before where it's like, oh, habit. And I turn left and I have to do a U turn or go around the roundabout and go back around and it reroutes for me. Fine, it reroutes and. But even with the support I had made a habit to turn left. And you may have habits in your coaching business right now where you've been told that you should post five times a day, five different platforms and that's the way to get clients. And I don't believe that is the case. It's not about quantity, it's about quality.
Maybe some of you have got a cold DM before in your inbox because you did a program and they taught you how to cold dm. And I don't know about you guys, but I feel I don't like being cold DM. I don't think Heidi, a person that cold DM's me who would agree, right? But someone's teaching that Someone is teaching that. And so some of you might be like, oh, Richmond said don't call DM, don't call DM. Don't call DM. Don't callDM. And we got the support says don't call DM. And suddenly you call DM. Like what did you do? I just couldn't help it. I've been. See, we have habits. We have habits that don't serve us in our business that we need to break in order to take us to the next level. And so how do we help break habits? We need to have accountability.
But not like the nagging type mother in law type, nagging you. Accountability, more of accountability, saying, you know what, you're better than that. Accountability to hold you to a higher standard, saying, you're better than that. You're better than that. You're better than cold DMing. You're better than trying to post every single day. You're better than just pumping out volume. You mean to pump out quality like you're better than that. You're better than your excuses. You're better than. You have more potential. How many of you feel like it's valuable if you surround yourself with people who believe in you more than you believe in yourself? Who thinks that will be a valuable thing to do? 100%. And that's what accountability does. And when you have those three things, a blue line to reroute the blue line, but then accountability to hold your high standard, that is an offer that's going to help you give your clients the maximum certainty of success. Go ahead, type in the chat screen if you had these three things and you'll present an offer where it's like, here's the blue line to get you $100,000 in your business. Here's the support to reroute every single time. So no matter what, you always have a blue line to your destination. And here's some accountability to hold you to a high standard because you're better than that. Type in the chat screen. Score out of 10. How certain would you be you personally be if you had those three things in a coaching program, how certain would you be? Go ahead, type in the chat screen. 10 for Jesse, 11 for Paul. Thank you, Paul. Sue says 10. 10 for great. This is amazing. Right? And so here's the prompt. Now you understand how to fish. Here's the prompt again. Take your phone out, take a photo. Don't try to write this down or take a screenshot. So same thing for single moms. If I was to create a 12 week offer. If I was to create a 12 week offer on this, can you please create an offer stack that clearly and succinctly states in two sentences or less the clear pathway to get them from where they are to.
Their desired result? Kind of like the blue line you get when you enter an address on Google Maps.
Can you also include in this offer stack what kind of support would be included to complement the clear pathway? And please also include what accountability looks like to ensure they implement and get great results. Type in the chat screen if you love this. By the way, this is. Now you understand it. Now you know how to fish. I've given you the fish. Type in the chat screen if you love. Just love, love, love. Type in love, love, love, love, love. If you love it. Thank you for the love heart. Thank you for the thumbs up. Thank you Joseph. Thank you Sue. Appreciate you. Thank you, Cheryl. Thank you. Great. Who wants to know the answer? Show of hands. Who wants to see the answer? It's spat out. It is.
You're going to fall off your chair. I fell off my chair. This is AI. Here's the answer. Here's a clear pathway. Over 12 weeks, you'll follow a proven step by step roadmap to rebuild your confidence, create balance for your daily life and design a future vision that aligns with your goals and values, giving you the clarity and tools to make it reality cool. To support, you'll receive personalized coaching sessions, access to practical resources like templates and tools, and a supportive community of like minded single moms to share wins and challenges. Accountability, weekly progress check ins. That sounds awesome. Tailored action plans. That sounds amazing. And a gentle but firm guidance will keep you on track, ensuring you take action to see real, tangible results. Whoa. Because after you deliver your outcome statement, when you present your offer, people are like, can you tell me more about what it looks like? Great. There are three things to help you get a result. Here's a clear pathway, here's the support and here's the accountability.
You guys see that right now, right? That's. And then when you deliver, they're like now what are they thinking? They're like whoa. How certain they're going to feel after that? They're like, all right, here's my credit card. And you haven't even revealed the price.
Who's getting this right now? Right? And you haven't talked about features all time. Like how many one on one says no, that doesn't even matter.
Doesn't matter. Outcome, clear. Pathway, Support. Accountability. If you do want to know price though, here's the prompt. What price would you recommend charging for the above offer? What price? What price? If you're not sure, this is what Chatterbusy came up with.
Pricing suggestions. A beginner. This is for single moms example. Single mom. But you put in your hoop, whatever it is, beginner level, 1500-20. Who thinks that's pretty fair? Like a $1,500 program, 2,000 for that, 12 weeks support, accountability, clear pathway, outcome, show of hands, you think, 12, $1500. Like, wow, that's pretty fair. Look at the room, right? That's beginning. If you're just starting out now, which many of you in the room are probably just starting out now, if you're an intermediate, like, you've been doing this for a little bit, you got a little bit of experience, you could charge three to $5,000 for this. Why? Because you can probably be that dentist that doesn't need four hours on the chair with them, but you can do it in maybe an hour. And so you charge more because you can get the job done faster. Now if you're advanced and you're that dentist can get it done in two minutes, boom, you can charge even more because you get the outcome quicker. And so it should be worth more because people will pay if you can get the result for them faster than someone else who's getting this right now. And so if you're advanced, boom, maybe you can get the outcome for them in six weeks. It doesn't matter, but it's all good. So here's a pricing guide, and you just pick whichever you're most comfortable with. There's no right and wrong. It's what you're confident in charging. But when we deliver it this way, then we can actually justify within ourselves. Now, these offer principle number three. So when someone does pay you 2, 3, 4, $5,000, it's like.
What if I don't deliver on my promise? Who's ever felt something like that before? Or like, now it's real. Oh my gosh, it's real. Or when you increase your price so you, maybe you've already made 10, $15,000 in your coaching business, but it's you. And you've been selling a 1500 a program and you know you need to charge 3000 and it's that first time you offer 3000 and someone actually paid you 3000. When yesterday you charged 1500. Now you're, now you're freaking out. Is it actually worth, oh my gosh, what did I do? Did I just rip them off? Can I deliver? Can I Justify or the same story goes on. Anyone been in that boat before or think that might be a problem? 100%. And so you have that problem. You have that thinking, oh, my gosh, what if? What are these what ifs? All these what ifs. Here's my ethical approach to promises in offers. Here's my ethical approach.
I believe in building your brand for the long term and doing the right thing. Who's in agreeance with that? Like doing the right thing by your clients, 100%. So you want to offer something and promise something that you can actually back up.
So for everyone here, and this is what I still do today, even though I don't need to, because we've got hundreds of student results, but I still do it today because I know it's an ethical thing to do. And it's. I know I can back 100% of the time. Here's what you promise. Progress.
Promise progress.
Here's what I know.
That when you have a blue line, or at least you have support, someone rerouting you on the blue line, and you're held to a higher standard through accountability, you will get there faster.
Than you could ever get on your own. You will move forward faster than you can ever get on your own. And that's what I know for sure. How you can promise that? How could they not, if they're working with you, that you maybe don't have the exact clarity on the blue line, but you actually have more clarity than they do, but you're supporting them and you're holding them accountable to a higher standard. How could they not progress faster than they could do on their own? It's impossible. It is impossible. Now, they may take five wrong turns and they may need to be rerouted five times, whereas someone else, the first time, they don't take any wrong turn at all. And they get there in 20 minutes. And that's awesome. And they needed no rerouting. And they're like a dream client because they didn't need any support from you. They just followed the blue line and got it right the first time, which is rare, but that might happen. And so we don't know when they're going to get there, but we know that we can promise progress. How many of you can promise progress? At the very least, it is impossible for them to actually go slower with your help. And so if you're ever feeling imposter, if you're ever feeling like, oh, my gosh, what did I just do? Oh, my gosh, can I justify this? Well, justify progress and here's one thing. I know people love outcomes, but they appreciate progress even more. And that's when people feel alive. Think about it. When you're chasing a goal, it's the chasing of that goal, which you love. It's not getting the goal. It's that chasing of that goal you love. Who's getting this right now. That's when you feel most alive. When you got to that goal and you stop and it's fleeting. You want to set the next one because it's not so much setting the next goal to grow, it's because you love chasing the goal. You love that journey of progressing. You love the journey of growing. You love the journey of taking this off and saying, wow, look at where I came from. And that progress creates fulfillment. And when you promise progress, you can ethically, you can ethically be the coach that they need and they want. And that's how you build your personal brand. Who's okay with building the personal brand this way? And so promise progress. Type in the chat screen. What's been most valuable so far? I want to stop and check in with you guys. What have you loved so far? What's been most valuable so far?
Pam says this is my eighth hour on Zoom Calls today. Wow, you're amazing. Eight hours. You're amazing. Everything says Julie. Appreciate you, Julie. The prompt says Derek. Seeing the mistakes later. Yes. Thanks, Dr. Macri. Yep. Just everything. The value ladder. Yeah, 100%. The prompts. Yes. Very cool. So that are the. Those are the principles of your core offer, your paid offer. Now we're clear on that. And we have more than enough information to kind of guide us right. Then we can think about, how do I. How do I sell and market that? Because now I'm clear on that. If someone said to me on the phone right now, richmond, what's your offer? You can. Here's the offer statement. Here's the three things. Clear pathway, support, accountability, and here's my price based on the price. Where to from here? Like, that sounds amazing, whatever it is. And then you. But how do you. How do you. How do you market and sell it? And so we are here, we're talking about this. We just talked about your core offer, which is your paid offer. Now I want to talk about how you market and sell through a free training. So you're not going to. This is. You're not going to open up a website and have your offer there and launch the website and Tomorrow you got 20 sales. How many you get? Who gets show of hands? That. That's not happening. And you're not going to open up a business page and have a link here. Book a free discovery call and Tomorrow you got 20 calls booked in your calendar and you're booked up. That's not happening. You have to actively market yourself via some free trainings. Now this is important because there must be things you need to offer as paid, but there must be things you need to offer as free. We need to understand both. Why? Because free trainings are for people who want something that's good enough. Free trainings are to filter the good enough to people who want quality. Free trainings are to create trust. And then our core offer is for people who want quality and for people who want a result. And so if we don't offer a free training, then we're missing this step of the ascension model, the middle step here, and we miss that person and we don't have a filtering process because you may be told, oh, Richmond, never give out your stuff for free. You're worth more than that. Which is total bs. That's the dumbest thing I heard. Why? Because it's not about self worth, it's about understanding psychology.
Tony Robbins is doing a challenge today. I don't know if many gates came from Tony Robbins today. And it's free. Now, does Tony Robbins have self worth issues because he's giving away his three day challenge for free? I don't.
Because he knows.
The psychology. Now at the end of his three day training, he's going to be making an offer for people who want quality.
Who gets this right? But even he does things for free. This training's free. Now, do I have self worth issues? I used to. Trust me, I used to, I used to tell my story all the time, I'm not good enough, blah, blah, blah, all this kind of stuff, I look too young, blah, blah, all that story. Right. But no, because I understand why we have to have this in the whole grand scheme of our whole model, why we need to have content, free trainings, this. So give me a thumbs up if that's clear and that makes sense. It's not about self worth, it's about being smart. There you have it. I trust that was super useful for you. I look forward to seeing you in the next video.
