Ladies and gentlemen, this is Richmond Dinh. So Richmond, you've helped thousands of people. Richmond, over $20 million online. I wanted to share a good friend of mine.
His name's Richmond.
Our guest today is Richmond Dinh. We've got none other than Richmond Dinh.
Today I have Richmond Dinh.
Richmond Dinh, thank you for being on The Department. I've got Richmond Dinh.
What's up? Today we're joined by Richmond Dinh.
We are here with Richmond Dinh. All the way from Australia. Let's go down under! We got Richmond here today. One of my friends and one of the greats, Richmond Dinh, is in the building today. The legend, the one and only, Mr. Richmond Dinh. Welcome to day 4. Wow, look at you guys. This is day 4 and the energy in the room is just as high as day 1. Who's loving the standard here? Everyone's camera's on, every kind of stuff. I guarantee you have not experienced a room like this in a challenge like this because most challenges you enter, most people have their camera off. Who's experienced something like that before? Yeah, very, very cool. And we got some cool messages yesterday, actually some people thanking us. for getting booted out and saying, thank you for holding the standard. My bad, I had my camera off, that kind of stuff. I didn't do the work, all that kind of stuff too. So we're gonna keep the standard high for the next couple of days, but congratulations for being here on day 4. It tells us that you're committed, but more importantly, it tells us that you're ready for change, that this is something that is a now thing for you and you're no longer ready to settle. And this is something that you wanna make real in your life right now. Would that be a true assumption? Show of hands.
Yes.
Yeah, very, very cool. And I saw all your comments there and posting and stuff. I look in the group there and I want to double down what TK said about being a message carrier. How many of you, if you can think of the most famous person that became a billionaire through just carrying a message and never shared anything of her own, let me give you a clue. Her name was Oprah. What do we got in the chat screen? Who is the first African-American billionaire female who was a message carrier. Go figure. What have we got, TK? Yeah, oh yeah, it was a tough one. You didn't give us very many clues. Yeah, we got Oprah, Oprah, Oprah, Oprah, Oprah, Oprah. Yeah, you guys have got it. Yeah, you can make a billion dollars just carrying a message. You can make a billion dollars sharing a message. Now, there was parts of the reason why she became so successful. I'm going to actually share parts of that today because today I'm going to show you the 3 secrets that's going to generate you more leads than you can handle. And these are the 3 secrets that nobody talks about. And it is not about mastering the hook. I'll say that again. It's not about mastering the hook. It's not about mastering the first 3 seconds. It's not even about mastering the thumbnail. Everything you see online is about mastering the hook, mastering the thumbnail, get their attention, hold their attention, and that's how you go viral. That's not it. There is something even bigger than that. And it's something that you're consuming right now. And most of the things you're consuming that you stop the scroll on doesn't actually have a great hook. So we're going to talk about that because that's going to be the cornerstone for you growing your business, getting leads. Now keep on sending those messages out. Get to 100, get to 200, get to 300. There's no limit. The more you do, the better it is. The better it is going to be for your content. The better it's going to be for referrals. I had some screenshots in the group saying, I know, I might, I don't, I may know someone that can help you, which is super cool. So that is going to be the foundation because they're going to be the people that Give your post energy and existence when you go online. When you say I've got crickets, well, you obviously didn't ask your family and friends to support you, or maybe maybe haven't been really a good person to be around you, and no one wants to like your stuff, even your brother. You know what I'm saying? So if that's the case, then step number one, just be a good person. And if that's it, just step number one, just be a really really good person to be around you. Cool. All right. So let's quickly recap before we go to those three secrets. Now those 3 secrets, I never say the word, when I say I never say the word, I'm very cautious of saying the word guarantee, but those 3 I will guarantee will get you more engagement on your content than anything you've heard, those 3. And that I know for sure. And I'm gonna give you some proof and demonstrate it to you as well. So let's recap on everything that we've done over the last couple of days. We talked about the first kiss. We're getting closer. What to say, how to say it, You guys even wrote that message out and did it your own way, which is super cool. We're getting closer there. The more messages sent out, the more opportunities you're gonna get. Today we're gonna talk about content creation and tiny challenges is the way. It is the vehicle to get your first kiss, especially when you don't have a brand, no name, no experience. But it's also the vehicle if you do have a brand and you do have a name and you have experience, kind of like Russell Brunson made $200K from 2 tiny challenges. Myron Golden, $700K From one tiny challenge, and then we got our students. We will share with you Tyrone Bray, personal trainer, 40k in six months working part time. Now Tracy Clark from corporate banking to full time coach, zero to 130k, 13k in about seven months. Corporate finance to full time life coaching, life coaching for parents Nicholas Liu and Cynthia Chen. Remember their story? Super cool, super inspiring story. Working full time whilst having three kids under ten. Then we had B2B Gila Wagner, who could have gave up. But luckily he didn't, and then he went to 180K in a very short amount of time inside point one. And we said that if your niche is saturated, always room for one more hero, and that hero is you. And one of the heroes we saw yesterday was Jian, completely saturated niche, life strategist. He called himself a life strategist, which is a fancy word for life coach. For high achievers, went from $2K, never actually sold a coaching program. He only sold a masterclass guest speaking spot to $136K in 7 months in a very saturated niche. And then what if my niche doesn't have money? Well, money's everywhere. How many of you now see it? How many of you see money everywhere? I see money. It is everywhere. That cup you're holding, Linda. There's hundreds of millions of dollars in that. Those glasses that Connie's wearing, think about it. The screw, the nose pad, the plastic, the frame, the picture frame before behind you, the window. There's money everywhere. And to prove that, that's how Andrea became the second person inside Point 1 to hit 7 figures. through tiny challenges. Tomorrow I'm going to share with you the story of the first person that did that, who hit 7 figures. Amazing story. You're going to see a very clear before and after. And this is not just our students here. It's— we've— this is just from this year, our students hitting 6 and/or 7 figures all through tiny challenges. But you might be thinking, but Richmond, I bet you they had a brand when they started. I bet you they had a name. I bet they had a following, but they were more experienced. But they knew what they were doing. They had everything all lined up in a row. I don't know if you guys heard, but we help beginner coaches. I don't know if you guys heard that. I don't know if you guys heard that this is called the First Kiss Challenge. Hello? Hello? We don't help Eight and nine figure entrepreneurs get to the next level. It just so happened that Russell Brunson and Myron Golden loved the framework so much that they said, "Can I do it?" I'm like, "Oh sure, I didn't make it for you. I made it for the no name, no brand beginner coach with no experience." But it's not your fault if you have that story because you know what? I had that story too. You know when I I remember, you know when I first of all when I started, let me share with you my brand when I started. It was this which I never posted about. I was an optom working my laundry, no name, no list, no brand. I I didn't even have social media. I joined Facebook because I started coaching. Started from nothing. Oh, but you had a brand, Richmond. Are you kidding me? I had no brand. I had no experience. I felt like the biggest imposter, but I did have a belief. It wasn't that belief to start with. The belief when I started was really funny. I remember the first personal development seminar I went to. This is before I became a coach because I was contemplating for 2 years. And it was one of those events where they had some speakers come on stage, they give you some value, and then they present an offer. I remember the first time I saw someone pitch something from stage. I don't know if you guys remember your first time, and they came up with all these testimonials. And I truly believe that every single testimonial was an actor, actor or actress, complete scam, no way. Anyone ever had that thought before? Like, I bet you they're an actor. I bet you they're an actress. I bet you it's all fake. I thought everything was fake. Everything. And then if I happened to know of the person, like, that was— oh my gosh, that's a friend of friends. Like, ah, nah, they had a brand. Ah, nah, they were more experienced. I kept on coming up with all these excuses as to why they were successful. And for a long time, for two years, I was in this line, only to realize that it was a long line, and I thought my excuses were making me special. But special wasn't getting me paid until I decided to. Choose a better way and ask, what if? What if it was possible? What if I could do that? What if that could work for me? What if they're no different from my situation? What if they just believe something different? The moment I open myself up To receive, that's when money started coming in. And I was telling myself that story to keep me safe. And all the stories we tell ourselves are to keep yourself safe. So it's a protective mechanism. So there's nothing wrong with it until you realize the story is putting you in danger. Because in order to fulfill your dreams, you need to become a version of you that you've never become before. Who's following this right now? And that story I kept because it was an out for me, so that if I tried and it didn't work, I could say, well, it didn't work because at least I didn't have a brand. It didn't work because I didn't have experience. It didn't work because I wasn't like them. It didn't work because I didn't know how to speak on camera. It didn't work because— yeah, it wasn't me. See, I told you the story was right. I told you it didn't work because it wasn't— because I didn't have the experience, because I was just a total brand newbie. And, and that's why, that's why it was— it's not me. Thank goodness it's not me. And it kept me safe for 2 years. Safe, unfulfilled, and broke. I'm not saying that believing something opposite is easy, but it is a choice. Now I'm going to share something that may be triggering for some people right now. Is that okay? Can I get your permission? Can I get your permission? So I'm going to be posting this next week. Almost a month ago, I was at my heaviest, my absolute heaviest. And you might be thinking, oh, come on, Richmond, you call that being fat? Like everyone's got their, you know what I'm saying? So please don't judge me. But I was at my absolute heaviest. I was 78.5 kilos, which I don't know how much is that in pounds. But for my frame and my height, it's quite heavy. And I, my clothes weren't like my, I had some fitted, you know, nice shirts when I go on date night with Penny. And I was sitting there with Penny and my gut was gaping out and my buttons were stretched open. And there was one photo she took of us and she did this little story and she put the text over my belly. So it covered my belly because it was embarrassing. And she gave me that look and she said, babe, you're becoming like Rob. Rob's my brother who's got really big. And it was a look of disgust. And I'm like, shit, you're right, babe. You're right. That night I said, "I'm going keto," which is basically just protein, protein and fats, and restricted myself on 1,300 calories a day. And since then, four weeks ago, I've never touched a carb. And I said to Penny, "This has been the easiest diet that I've ever been on." And so, are you hungry?
Not.
Do you feel like food? Not. Do you have any crave? Not. Why? Because I've made a decision. And I said, "I don't know why people complain about diets all the time." Because I now I know because they haven't decided. Still, should I eat that? I can't eat this. And it's a no. I'm not doing it. I'm going to lose it. And it's going to be easy for me because I've made a decision. I don't want to even look at any— like, I don't even want to feel like that anymore because it's just— I made that conscious choice. And that was in the most inconvenient week because that week I was seeing my friends. That week we were going to Epicurean, which is my favorite buffet in Sydney on the Crown. And I love Epicurean. And then we're going out with the family to celebrate my father-in-law because he's basically about to get his license and they're feasting. And I'm like, I care, I don't care, I decided. And they're like, oh, don't you feel like this? Or don't you want this? No, I don't want it because I made a decision. And I learned that the reason why it's so hard for people, because they don't decide. They don't say, no, that's it, I've decided, I've decided, no, I don't want it. Why would I want to decide it? I don't want it. And since then, I've lost four kilos of lean fat. I got this you know high-tech body fat machine thing at home, and it's been crazy. And I took a photo at the gym yesterday. I'm like, man, I took off my shirt, got the six pack back, and it's look you know I'm gonna I'm gonna give myself credit. I think I look pretty good right now. It's like pretty awesome. I'm gonna do a post next week on the before and after. Like it was bad. But please don't don't think Richmond. You don't know what fat is. Like I get it. I totally get it, right? I've never been obese in my life and blah blah blah. But for me, it wasn't good enough. Like, for me, it wasn't good enough. Who's following this right now, right? And everybody here, yeah, it could be worse. But for you, it's not good enough. And you should get to that point where it's like, you know what, it's not good enough for me. I need to raise my standards. I thank Penny for giving me that look of disgust, and I said thank you because I feel energized. I feel better than I've ever had, and it's been the easiest, easiest sustainable diet that I could do because I figured out a way to do it that, that I love now too. And so I share that story with you because you are literally one decision away from completely changing your business, and that decision I made was not ticking that box again. I'll never tick that box again. I'll never allow Penny to look at me disgustedly like that again. Ever. Ever. So quickly write this down on your page, whatever first comes up to you. What are you no longer willing to tolerate? What are you no longer willing to tolerate? Just whatever first comes up for you. What are you no longer willing to tolerate? And then go ahead, type in the chat screen. Such a powerful question. We've got here from Art, playing small. I see James says a boss. Yet Hero says fear. Billy says being broke. Yeah, indecision. This is from Leslie. Wow, that's a, that's a great one. Just gonna make some decisions. Being broke, excuses, instability, tardiness. This is from Carol. Yeah, hiding. This is from Catherine. And I'll bowtie it with Daphne who says lack of confidence. Yeah, and that's why I created Point One about 7 years ago. That's why our logo is called Never Settle. What is Point One? It is the fastest way for you to go full-time, but most importantly, for you to step into the person that you need to be so you no longer settle for the version of yourself that's not going to get you where you want to go. And so today I want to talk about, yes, marketing and engagement and content creation, but in order to do that, I really need you to convince yourself— not for me to convince you, but for you to convince yourself that this is all possible for you because you won't post content if you don't believe it's going to get you anywhere. Is that true? Like, what's the point of doing this? Like, you're not going to go on a diet or exercise if you don't believe that's going to get you anywhere. If you believe, oh, I'm always going to be big-boned, or my lifestyle won't allow me to do that, or my cultural family, like, they will have big feasts and everyone eats a lot, and if I don't eat, they're going to judge me. And like, you won't do those things if you have a belief that says, I'm not special enough, I'm not experienced enough, I don't have a brand. Like, you won't do it. You won't do it. You may do it for a week or two, but you'll stop because there's no point in doing something you don't believe is going to work because of a story that's holding you back. So I want to share with you one more story to help you have this belief so that you can do the work that allows you to get the results. Would that be useful for everyone here? Yeah, this is from Ray and Patsy. Beautiful, beautiful business partnership they have. They coach midlife women, but you should check out their page. They are as woo-woo as you can get. If you're thinking woo-woo people cannot make money, well, it surprised me too. I mean, you're woo-woo though. How do you make money? Like, you're woo-woo. You know that story, like woo-woos are all broke? You know what I'm saying? Wow, they're crushing it. Like legit, look at their page. They're doing things with like frequency bowls and crystals and all this kind of stuff. And it's very fascinating. And, um, but because this is the way, right? Because Tiny Challenges is the way. So this is Ray and Patsy, one of our P1 Superstars, on receiving their 6-figure award. And they did it in about 18 months. Really cool story. Well, congratulations. I think I gave your award at SFS as well. And then, but I've got this one here so we can do a photo as well. This point one. Very cool. Very cool.
I haven't got one.
Because you guys live in different homes. All right. We've got to get you one there too, Patsy. Right. So let's try to take a photo. Hopefully the reflections. Very cool. Very cool. Okay. So you guys all the way from New Zealand, like that's down under, down under business partners. How long you been in P1 for as well?
Yeah, we're about the same as Cynthia and Nicholas. We're about 18 months as well.
Yeah.
Very cool. Very cool. Well, you guys are just crushing it, particularly in recent times too. So well done on that. And congratulations on hitting 6 figures too. Super proud of you guys and your journey of growth and how far you've come. Also, now you're in Splats and then, you know, you came over last time and then I bombed on the meditation thing, but not because I don't love you or anything like that. It's just the timing. So that being said, Ray and Patsy, the floor is— do you want to tell everyone who you serve as well? And then the floor is yours.
Yeah, absolutely. Well, firstly, I just want to basically say to you, Richmond, and to Tony, and also the entire PointOne team, and you know who you are as well, just a massive thank you. We're still in the space and we can't believe we're actually standing 1800, you know, 1800 months later, it feels like that. 18 months later, um, accepting our award. So, uh, and we serve midlife women who are at a crossroads basically, that have, you know, maybe the kids have left the nest or that they're in that middle age life, um, where things are changing. They're at a crossroad and they're stepping into that next version of their higher self. So we help them to create consciously what it is that they want, you know, moving forward. So, but coming back to this room, right, it really represents to us growth and leadership and, and really, you know, the, the people who genuinely, um, committed to building something meaningful but doing it together. So business, you know, Patsy and I are business partners, um, and we build together and we lead together, um, and like many of you in this room, we're highly capable, but for a really long time Um, our way of operating was very lone wolf. We'd, um, like Michael touched on before, you know, we'd figure things out ourselves. We'd push through. We'd trust our own instincts. But what Point One really showed us was that capability isn't its own, you know, it isn't— what am I trying to say? Its own— it, it isn't its own only thing that gets you so far. It's really community and structure that turn effort into momentum. So I'm going to hand over to Patsy for a bit.
Beautiful.
Thanks, Ray. Um, yeah, thanks again. Thanks to everybody. You, you, Richmond, TK, Shane, Tony, Caitlin, Jenny, all of you, you know. Um, such a beautiful team. And as Ray said, you know, we got so far doing it on our own, but what we realized was to really get going further, we needed We needed to be in the right room, but we also needed some structure in place. And so sometimes when we felt stuck, we did generally need some more clarity and some framework. But sometimes we just needed a little bit of shift of perspective. And that's something that we get regularly in the Point One community is we're always looking at just those little quarter-inch turns, little things that can really just help us make a big difference. But what really changed it for us was having that beautiful system that we could trust, a known system that had been proven that we could trust. And just having that beautiful sense of community that we could reflect back on. And it's already been talked about today, but borrowing that belief from someone else when you don't have it in yourself is just such an amazing thing, you know. And also just being in a room of giants, it really normalizes success and it normalizes— and I've seen it sort of rolling through the chat today— some of those bigger numbers that come up, you know, they seem scary, but when everyone's talking about them, it's like, oh, well, that's— People do that stuff. So anyway, just wanna say the Point One community, there's such a beautiful collective wisdom in the room. Everyone's got their own lived experiences. They come from different walks of life. They support different people. But one thing that I really wanna touch on, and I think it's a real testament to your leadership, Richmond, is the generosity.
Yeah.
The generosity in the room just can't be matched. And it will make me feel quite upset, but you know, the emotion of it, because you really are truly very generous. So yeah, thank you so much. We're so grateful to be in this room.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Means a lot. Ray, Patsy, congratulations again. Give it up for Ray and Patsy. Give it up for Ray and Patsy one more time.
Ready?
Beautiful, beautiful. Um, yeah, beautiful. I was going to say couple. They're not a couple, but just, just 2 beautiful people in our community right now. They're just awesome. And so how many of you believe— who believes now that it's all possible for you? Yep, you have to. You have no choice. But to believe it's all possible for you. Really think about it. You have no choice. It is a must. It is a must. Cool. So that being said, let's talk about, uh, actually the first thing's Kevin Doan. Are you in the room, Kevin Doan? Kevin Doan, are you here? No, mate, I am not seeing Kevin in the chat. Very cool. All good. He also made an application to P1. So he might be on Team Replay. If you're watching this on Team Replay and you'd like to make an application to P1, it is p1interview.com on Team Replay, p1interview.com. This is a QR code. And I'm not going to see, you know, when you go to one of those presentations, they go through a whole 30-minute, 45-minute value stack and you're You get this, this, I'm not gonna do that. There's not gonna be none of that today. I'm just gonna trust that you guys are smart enough to know that if you feel like this is gonna be your next step and you feel like you wanna move faster, then book in a one-on-one conversation with our team and make an application and have all your questions answered. It's kind of like Connie, I was speaking to Connie yesterday. She's like, I'm ready for this. I'm a little bit scared, which you should be. Like that feeling of excitement and also, oh my gosh, things are about to change is a really good feeling. Lean into it. And then she said, but I do have a lot of questions as well. Great. And I'll put on to Cassie because Cassie is like so thorough with everything. She's one of my most thorough, if not our most thorough representative. And so, you know, but she's got questions, so that's awesome. But we know we're going to be able to support her really well. I see you, Connie. Good to see you. And she's going to get all questions answered too. So we're just going to trust that you guys are smart enough. I'd rather save the half hour to continue delivering value to you than going through a whole pitch deck and slide deck and all that kind of stuff about what the P1 offer is. You guys just book in a call and get your questions answered there. Is that cool for everyone here? Show of hands. You guys up for that? Yep. Very, very cool. All right. That being said, that being said, massive congratulations. I read this homework. It was crazy. Those of you who did it, who did it messy, who maybe sent off a couple of texts and said, oh, I don't know how that sounded. Maybe I should try a little bit different. Who took action. Action precedes clarity. But when you did that, you got some amazing results. And these are some of the screenshots. I didn't get all of them, but oh my gosh, like for example, Sharon was like, oh, day 3 homework, I sent 14 DMs. Wow, this feels so good. The support of others, commitments for my success and encouragement. I did my first 14. Just imagine when I send 100. I know, imagine when you send 200, you are going to get your first batch of Tiny Challenger leads from this alone. Yet alone from them referring you because now you are top of mind. Responses like love this. Did you post this on social media? If not, are we friends? Can we friend request each other? Congrats, Sharon. We do what I can to support your post. We got one person celebrating your next step. This is process. Unfortunately, I don't have teachers in my circle. Just a suggestion. Okay, cool. So asking for referrals—that's so cool. Claire, proud of you. Happy to support in whatever way. And we got I wanted to share something with you. Da da da. Absolutely will do. And the response has been amazing. So can we give it up for our superstars who sent off those DMs? Well done.
Ready?
Continue doing that. That could be your first $100,000. Just continue doing that. You'll be so surprised on how willing people are to help you. The moment— and I know you wrote this down, but write it down again— the moment you open up yourself up to receiving, that's when everything changes. I remember when I came to my father-in-law for help because we were doing it tough financially. Get this, Asian culture, he's a very proud Chinese man married to his only daughter. I'm going to him asking for financial help, to ask him if we could live in his tiny 2-bedroom unit apartment that he owned for half the rent because we were struggling because of my financial mistakes. Here I am thinking he's going to beat me up. He's going to throw me out the door metaphorically. He's going to disown me saying, you failure, I knew it. Never approved of you anyway. Made up all these stories only for him to do the complete opposite saying, well, I didn't know you were in that situation. How else can I help you? And just continually offering to help. And then the next group of people I told were my brothers, which was even harder for me. And the first thing they said was, well, first of all, thank you for sharing. How can we help you? It is wild when you just put your hand up and be vulnerable and just ask for help. And that was the first time I really opened myself up for receiving. Tony said yesterday, we are all so good at giving, but we're not so great at receiving. And here's the irony: the more you receive, the more you can give. Who's following? Right? It's it's the irony of it. It's the irony of it all. So that being said, I want to go through the very first secret that will dramatically increase the engagement on your content. And that's having a brand, more so a personal brand. Now, who's your favorite kind of celebrity online right now? It doesn't have to be in the coaching space, but like, I, I don't know if you guys love The Rock. I love The Rock. Anyone who thinks he's really likable kind of guy, but type in the chat screen who's your favorite, who's one of your favorites right now. I really love The Rock. Oh, Art, my favorite celebrity is Richmond Dinh. Oh yeah, come on, come on. And that was quick too, Art. That was, that was quick too. All right, we've got Mel Robbins in the, the chat. Uh, we've got here, uh, Tyler Perry. Okay, yep, everyone's jumping on the Richmond Dinh bandwagon. I like it. Says here, uh, Jordan Peterson. We've got Tony Robbins. We've got Mark Wahlberg coming through. I see Myron Golden getting a shout out as well. So cool. So cool. Well, you wouldn't have liked me a month ago. I was at my fattest. I was fat Richmond Dinh back then. Penny was like— I was gonna say hater, but she— man, that look of disgust. When you have someone in your life that's gonna hold you accountable like that, count your blessings. Because it's very rare. Who agrees? It's very, very rare. So I love The Rock. Who cares about whether he's lying about whether he's on steroids or not? But it doesn't matter. I just like the guy. Now, when his content comes up on my feed, I always stop it. I always stop and watch it. And the hooks are— he doesn't even think about hooks. He just goes on, hey, what's up everyone? Just sharing my thoughts for today. I'm trying to do The Rock, but I can't. But you know what I'm saying? Yep, enjoying the, the sunset with my tequila. Have a blessed Friday, everybody. And he takes a shot of his tequila. I'm like, man, this guy's so cool. How cool is he? But what kind of hook is that? And that's got millions of views because he's a recognizable brand. Recognizable brand. Will get more scroll stops than any great hook. Who's following? It just takes the pressure away. Everything is downstream from your personal brand. Everything. If I went online and I gave the same advice as a no-name coach, I'm going to get way more views. If Tony Robbins came online and gave the same, same advice that I did, he's going to get way more views because he's got a bigger brand than me. Everything is downstream from your personal brand. Everything. That recognizable face, that recognizable name, that recognizable voice, whatever that look is, that you, you, your personal brand, that recognition there will get the, get the people stop scrolling. You don't have to use any wizardry or magic. And so what is the fastest way to build your brand, and it's the most surest and guaranteed way. It's called borrowing authority. It's called association. When you associate yourself with another brand, you are borrowing their brand equity, and that then brands you. It is the reason why People buy luxury brands. If I wear Gucci, which is an expensive brand, it means I'm expensive. If I go wear Chanel and I've got a Chanel handbag and that's a classy brand, it means I'm classy. So you will associate— when you associate yourself with the brand, you borrow that brand's equity and what that's positioned as. Does this make sense? This is the reason why people would drive a Ferrari. It's a reason why people drive a Tesla. It's a reason why you would drive even a Toyota. Like, you know what, I just want to be an everyday person. Anytime you associate yourself with another brand, you become that brand, period. Even if you're just renting the Ferrari. Does this make sense? Right? And how many of you know of this guy here? Right? James DeMoulin, School of Hard Knocks guy. I'm sure you've seen his stuff online. He comes up to the street and says, hey, how did you get rich? That kind of stuff. Have you ever been broke before? He calls it authority hacking. And if you watch his interviews, he's a very smart guy. You should watch his interviews. He calls it authority hacking. The reason why he grew so fast was because he leveraged other people's brands. He leveraged celebrities, he leveraged billionaires, he leveraged millionaires, and that's how he grew his brand. He did it all through brand association because he's a young guy, nobody knows who he is, but all through association. He didn't do it from being an expert. He did it through purely association. He had no credentials, all through association. Who can see this? Show of hands. Now, I knew this when I started, and James wasn't around when I started, and that's why I made an early decision that if I'm going to get attention online, I need to brand myself through association. Yes, some of these people I personally know, some of them I do not know. But it doesn't matter. The fact that you're in proximity with the people just raises your credibility, period. If I went to a nice dinner and did you know, like, there's a— you can, you know, particularly women, you probably know this, like, you can rent really nice dresses. Because some dresses cost $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 and you only wear it once. It's a waste. And so there's a really good rental market for like high-end dresses and bags and stuff. Who knows what I'm talking about, right? Because like, I see women who wear— buy these dresses and they only wear it once and it's like, it's such a waste. I get it. Like, you can't wear that sequins again. It's like this, you can't wear it again. And so, and so there's a market for dresses where you can rent For a night, you can rent the bag, you rent the shoes, rent everything, and then return it for a fraction of the price. But guess what happens when you wear a rental Chanel dress or Chanel bag, whatever it is? You are, you are that brand, and no one cares if it's a rental. You become that brand for that day. Does that make sense? And if you've got that photo, then becomes a brand for a long time through association. It's not It works a little bit. It works all the time. All the time. When you do that, you become the brand. Nike and Jordan, Pepsi and Michael Jackson, Weight Watchers and Oprah, George Foreman and the George Foreman Grill. These are brands that are still lasting today because of that association. It's the reason why who you spend time with is who you become, because it's the 8th wonder. Proximity. Who you spend time with is who you become, because proximity creates your brand. Jason Statham said, my best advice I got from a friend, Cristiano Ronaldo, you're only going to be as good as the people around you. Surround yourself with people who are going to take you higher. Show me your friends and I'll show you your future. If your net worth isn't changing, change your network. This is not just a saying, this is a branding element to it. Branding by association. It's the reason why we blew up so fast last year, because I was on so many podcasts and I borrowed their brand equity. Because when I'm on their podcast, I become their brand, and to the point where my brand becomes so big, then when people come to me, then they get branded by me. Does this make sense? Kind of like Oprah, kind of like James DeMoulin, through association. Now, what did I speak about on this podcast? Most of you probably don't even know, but I was actually on their podcast. And I'll tell you what, some of those podcasts were crap because I wasn't that good. Because I didn't know what to say. But it didn't matter because the branding worked. And then opens doors to speak on other people's stages. And you get branding viralization from being a guest speaker. This is in Cancun. This is the largest marketing We met in Brazil, Funnel Hacking Live. We met people. This is just branding by association. Who's getting this right now? Right? And that's why people listen to my content, even though it's the same content as others that are in our space that don't have a brand. Is this all making sense? Right. But Richmond, sometimes you need to pay to play for that. Yes, you're right. If you're in a position to be able to invest in one thing, invest in this. It will grow your business faster than anything. Last year we invested $930,000 $5,000 USD in personal branding. That's about $1.4 million cash AUD into personal branding. That's how important this is. Everything is downstream from here and it starts via association. And this is why inside Point One I do the branding interviews because I know that I've got my brand to a level where I can start branding our students. And they get personal shoutouts from me, and it just works. Whether the interview is good or not good, a lot of people jump on and they go, Richmond, I think I stuffed up the interview. It doesn't matter. The fact that we were on this call for 20 minutes or 30 minutes means you've been branded by association because it just works instantly. This is an example of the shoutouts I give on these interviews. I'm here with the one and only Mike Duccio. I'm here with the one and only Alfonso Petty. I'm here with the one and only Nermine Zakri. So I'm here with the amazing Linda White. I'm here with the one and only Laura Andrews. But I'm here with the one and only Chris Hedford. I'm here with the one and only Kat Paez Deuce. Here with the one and only Jason Cummings. I'm here with the one and only Julie Vigor. I'm here with the one and only Jeanette Ko. Pretty cool. And they use that, they use that in their marketing, they pin it to the top of the page, they put it in their pre-homework for day 1 of the Tiny Challenge. But it just elevates the branding instantly through that interview. Who's following this right now? Who's getting this? If there's one message, brand yourself via association. It will fast-track your journey faster than anything else. Even if you have to pay for it, pay for it. That's completely okay because the ROI from that is huge. And right now it's a race for personal branding and it is going to be an ROI that rewards you for the rest of your life because once you're recognized, you never become unrecognized. Who's getting this right now? Gary Vee blew up in the late, like 2015 to 2020s, and then he kind of went MIA during the COVID period. But everyone still knew who he was, and now he's come back in the last 18 months with a vengeance. So he's still recognizable. It's not like he became unrecognizable because he stopped. Once you become recognized, it's permanent. And that's why the ROI is huge. I'll give you another example. I'm going to share a story of Sarah Ann. She came to us broke on zero, went to $292K in the first year. Graduated from P1 and then came back to P1. But watch what she says why she signed up with me. It's insane. She says she signed up with me because she didn't know who I was online. I posted some content. For some reason it popped on her feed. But the reason why she jumped into that first sale conversation I had with her was because she saw a picture of me and Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is exactly what she says. It is. This is how powerful it is.
I had very little money left in my bank account and I saw a post from you that said, who wants to make $20,000? And this is the power of branding, right? Because I knew nothing about you. I went to your page, there was a picture of you with Arnold Schwarzenegger and I was like, well, the dude knows something I don't know. So I made $292,000 that year and then came back and we got to 7 figures. And it's like 2 years now, right? And so we're making 7 figures consistently. I'd been through a breakup. I'd had a few months where I was just crying. I wasn't doing anything. I'd maxed out my credit cards. I spent money on mentors that didn't work and ad agencies that didn't work. So I wasn't really in a position to buy again either. And I'm sitting there going, is this like— is there even anything for me to learn? And I really just had to look and go, well, he kept growing and you didn't grow, right? You've been stuck for 2 years. You have haven't moved and he's moving forward, so he knows something you don't know, and just trust. You know, I think from the beginning of my journey, I always had that belief that if someone else can do it, I can do it too. But that being said, when I came into PLATS and came back to P1 the second time and people were putting up these numbers, like Kaylee was putting up numbers like $100K, $200K in a month, I was like, how the fuck is that gonna happen? Because I was pulling out teeth to do $20K or $30K in a month and I'm feeling like a small fish and I'm like, I just can't even see how it's possible. Like I couldn't work it out. And I think, you know, sometimes you just need to trust the process and be there on the journey and trust that if you keep turning up and you stay in the room long enough, eventually stuff will work out. And funnily enough, like our first 6-figure month was the easiest. It was the easiest. It was the worst event that I've ever run, the easiest sales that I've ever made, had like I don't know, a very small room full of people, converted like 90%. We made 10 sales for $10K. They all paid in full. It was so easy. It was just so much fun as well. And never would I have imagined that to have happened when it happened either. I just was like, just keep putting yourself in the room, just keep turning up, just do, do what they say, just trust the process, and eventually shit just starts to happen. You actually don't need to believe that you can be successful, and you don't need to understand why you're not successful. You don't need to get to the bottom of your problems. If you turn up and you put yourself in the right rooms and you take the right actions and the right behaviors, the results will follow regardless of your beliefs. It doesn't matter. And so even if you don't believe that you can do it, just fucking turn up anyway, because what else are you gonna do with your time? And then you'll believe it when you get the results.
All right, so that's Sarah Ann, which is wild from that one photo. That's the power of branding. She joined Point One when it was brand new. Back then it was like $12,000, and then she rejoined when it was $25,000 and re-signed again. Right now it's $35,000, and now she's a $100K client. So from that one photo She's invested almost $200,000 USD with us. Pretty crazy, right? Pretty crazy. Almost $200,000 USD because of that branding. Because that branding. And that's just one story. This is how powerful it is. Not only will get you more engagement in your content because people stop the scroll when they have a recognizable face. But then they will associate you with that brand. It'll make sales 10 times easier. It'll make conversions 10 times better. It just makes everything better from branding. I'll share the later video of now Sarah accepting her million-dollar award, and please take a lot of notes from this because she's going to drop some fire. And some gold. This is at our last event only a couple of months ago because there's some lessons here that I think will be super useful and valuable for you guys. So this is from Sarah and is this is this three million, Sarah? Are we at three million?
Am I mean or not? Yes, yes.
Yeah. Oh my goodness! Three million. Let's take a photo. Wow. Can someone get me the up and down?
My camera goes like this. I want the up and down one. Someone please get me the—
You can edit the photo.
I just hope someone—
We've got a few. Get your team to edit the photo. Just put it up and down.
Can you do that?
Very cool. I think maybe half the room knows a bit of the background story. The other half doesn't. Um, but well done, Sarah. 3 mil, that's insane. That is super insane for a girl like that started out in P1, graduated, then came back and just took off to another level too. But I'm forever grateful for our relationship and our friendship. We have a very special connection and you know what it is. And so super grateful to you as always, and just super proud of your achievements too, Sarah. You are just A superstar. Uh, all right, Sarah, stage is yours.
Thank you. Um, I have so much that I, that I want to say, and I also don't know what I want to say. Um, I'm going to start with, obviously, I'm immensely, immensely grateful. And in a non-creepy way, Richmond, Tony, and Point One has changed my life more than anything, hands down, more than anything in my life. This community has changed my life, my relationships, my friendships, my business, everything. Maybe not my health. I don't know how long I can keep blaming Richmond for me being fat, but I'm just saying, I don't know, like, how does he like party so much? And like, I think it's like an Asian thing. Like, if you're like a female, a white girl, like, just don't follow in his footsteps when it comes to that. I don't know. But everything else, you know, you have really, really truly changed my life and I'm so, so grateful for it, and I think that's why I trust you so deeply. And when you made that $100K offer to Kaylee, I was so scared. Like you guys saw the video yesterday. I was I was trembling, and I was so nervous to ask for it. Not because I thought he would say no, because I thought he would say yes. That's a lot of money. It's like $160,000 Aussie that I had worked my freaking ass off to save in that year. And until that point, I felt like everything just. Kept going into the business, into the business, into the business. Like, I remember walking to my day job when I first started this business, 5 kilometers. That's an hour, in case anyone doesn't know how long it takes to walk 5 kilometers. It's 1 hour. And I would walk in the rain because I didn't have $2 for bus fare. So I'd been putting everything into the business for like, you know, 5 years or 6 years, and I finally got to this point where I had some money in the bank. And then Richmond goes and says he has this thing, but I just I knew that I needed to stay close to you, and I didn't know why or what was going to come of it, but I really did believe that proximity was power and that I wanted to stay close to you. And so firstly, just thank you because I trust you so, so much, and this community has been amazing. And yes, usually I get up here and I talk about how I left and then I came back, and you shouldn't do that because the price went up and it went from like $12,000 Aussie dollars to $25,000 US dollars. And I had to have this whole conversation with myself, like, do I ask him for a discount? Do I not ask him for a discount? And I had to slap myself and be like, no, Sarah, you're just going to pay the price and you're just not going to be able to afford to eat for a little bit. Just freaking do it. And so I'm not going to do that whole spiel, but I did leave. I did come back and I did realize that there really isn't any other community or place like, quite like P1. And so I'm again like super grateful. Um, but what I wanted to talk about, and I don't know, I haven't really thought about how I want to articulate this, but I'm hoping that I can gift you guys this transformation that I have had. So I'm in this really, really beautiful place in my business. And when I say beautiful place, I don't mean that things are going well. I think I am failing and challenged more this year than I have been in the last 2 years, which if you're growing and you're doing new things and you're stretching yourself, then you're going to be failing and you're going to be challenged, right? And it's unforeseeable until you go through it and then hindsight and you get all the lessons. And so, you know, people have screwed us over. We've changed things that were working well and then realized we shouldn't have changed it. Lessons become more expensive at this level. You think, oh, it's fine. When I make more money, it's okay because I'll have money and then I can deal with the stress of business. No, the lessons are just more expensive and there's more people depending on you. And so the gift that I want to give you, the really beautiful place that I'm in right now is I've finally just accepted that I'm just on the journey and I'm just loving being on the journey. And Tony talks about this. He talks about how we are always in the trenches. But the trenches just change. You're always in the trenches. There is a new problem. There is a new goalpost. Tony Robbins said something at a UPW once. He said, "I have X amount of companies, and any minute I can open up my phone and something has gone wrong. Someone has cost us a lot of money. Someone has left the team. You know, someone screwed something up." And it's it's true. You know, I I look at my phone. I'm like, "Damn! We just emailed everyone." come to the event at the wrong time. We've been sending out for 1 month the wrong thank you page, landing page. Like, you know, all every day something and we're like, ah, something every day. But eventually if you get to this point of realizing, hey, I'm always gonna be in the trenches and there's always gonna be challenges. But instead of being stressed, instead of being anxious, instead of having this like emotional attachment to the outcome and me making it mean I'm a failure, I'm not good enough, I'm not gonna get there. People are seeing me fail. I look so stupid. Like you're attaching all these Meaning to it. Instead, if you can just accept that this is what you signed up for, by the way, like you don't you don't want the nine to five corporate grind. If you do, like off you go. But like you don't. So this is what you've signed up for. And if you can just accept that here, and you have like this peace and this childlike curiosity instead of stress and anxiety, it's oh why did that happen? Oh I would have realized that now. I see that in hindsight. Well, what can we do? to pull this back, or there's still something we can do here, or what's the opportunity here, right? You change your thinking process around it. And the gift that I want to give you guys is that that's just a decision. It's not an income level. It's not when I hit 6 figures. It's not when I hit $1 million. You can make that decision today. It's not when I make my money back so then I can invest again, right? It's not, well, when I've made more than what I've put into the business, or any of that crap. It's like, it's right now today. It's going, I'm in the trenches, I'm on the journey, I'm happy to be here. And even though every day you're in the trenches, you don't have to feel like you're in the trenches. It doesn't have to feel like that. That's a choice. That's a decision. And if you make that choice and you make that decision, then you get to this next beautiful place, which is something that Richmond said, not to me. He just said it when he was speaking and has been sitting with me. for the last few months. He said, I might say it not as eloquently as he did, but he said, there's the day that you find out your purpose or what you're put on this earth for, and the day that you find who you want to do it with. And it's just been ringing in my ears for months because I'm so, so grateful to be here doing it here with this community. There are so many masterminds that I could be in, mentors that I could be learning from, people that I could be partnering with. There is a lot of successful people out there, a lot of rooms that we could choose to be in. And I'm truly, truly choosing to be here. And I'm thankful to have you as a mentor, Richmond. I am thankful to have you as a friend. Anything else that comes our way, I'm just so happy to be here doing business with you. And so hopefully you guys can turn that into a nice little mindset lesson or something, because it is just— it's so good. It's so, so good when you can just get to this point of I'm on the journey. I freaking love it, and I love who I'm on the journey with. So thank you for giving that to me.
Wow. Give it up for Sarah Ann. Give it up for Sarah Ann. Ready? If you see coaching as your next chapter and you want to do it alongside us here in Point One, I'm going to give you guys the opportunity to go to p1interview.com. We'll come back in a couple of minutes.
Ready?
Ready? All right, all right, all right. Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back. Okay, who's seeing the power of branding when it comes to engagement on content? It is the biggest lever that you can pull, and that's why I'm personally all in on that. I wish I knew that sooner, and I knew intuitively, but I didn't go all in on my content about it because it would have changed the game for us both financially but also impact-wise as well. So whatever you focus on, that is the highest ROI activity you could focus on and pour your energy and resources on. If you ever have an opportunity to brand yourself, do it because it'll pay you dividends for your entire life because once you become recognized, you don't become unrecognized. Does that make sense?
Right.
It becomes an ROI for the rest of your life. So that being said, the next 2 secrets I want to bring up, first of all, is Thomas Strahler here? Thomas Strahler. And I've got a prompt for you guys today too, by the way.
I'm—
I am not— I'm not seeing Thomas in the house, but if you are here, Thomas, wave your hands around. I'm having a look for you in the, in the chat here as well. Thomas did a kiss and run. He did a kiss and run. Got what he came for and he left. Funny. Yeah. Came in, did a kiss, like, what the— where did that— where did my Prince Charming go? That's okay. What about Ian Della, um, Della Panna? Yep. What's up, Ian? Look at this, out and about on the phone. Let's go.
Good evening.
What's up? Good evening to you. Hey, where are you tuning in from? I'm in Canada, but I'm a Filipino. Very cool. Very cool, man. Very cool. Well, how have you found the challenge so far? What's kind of been the aha takeaways, breakthrough? You have all and everything. I, I seen you, like, the perfect— your personality, the way you talk, your frequency, your delivery, the way you stand, the way you present, the way you Teach the knowledge, the wisdom, the strategy, everything. Perfect. Thank you, man. Appreciate it. Means a lot. Hey, you made a cheeky application to Point One. I, I need it. I need it. I need everything. I have to learn. I have to good community. I need it. Why now, Ian? Everything in me is I have to let go. I need a boat. I need to ride the right road, right road. You have the right road, sir. Thank you, ladies and gents. Give it up for Ian. Okay, so that was secret number 1. That was secret number 1. Secret number 2 is this. So everything's downstream from personal branding. Everything is downstream from personal branding. You grow this, everything grows. The second thing that everything's downstream from is this. So some of you guys have heard this story, some of you haven't. But it's worth sharing again anyway. Um, who's your favorite music artist that you've been to a concert or you really want to go to the concert? Like, you like them, I've been dying. As you guys type that in, I watched Michael Jackson 2 nights ago with the kids and the family. I don't know if you guys have seen it, you know, the documentary Michael Jackson. And we had a movie night, paid $25 for it, which was, you know, cheaper than going out to the movies. Such a cool documentary. And I wish, despite all the drama and stuff like that, but I mean, oh my gosh, it wouldn't have been great to have been able to go to a Michael Jackson concert? Do you know what I mean? Who would agree? Like, I can see why, I can see why people faint at the concert. It's that, it's that insane. So, type in the chat screen, who do you want to see? Who have you seen?
Got some names coming through.
Van Halen.
I see Bruno Mars, Billy Joel, uh, Lenny Kravitz. Very cool. Yeah. Yep. Um, many years ago, Penny took me to a Lady Gaga concert, and I'm not a Lady Gaga fan, but I tell you what, after that, after being dragged to that, uh, I was a Lady Gaga fan. Like, it was amazing. It was amazing. And so she's into BTS right now. She's like like not even into it. She's obsessed. It's all she listens to. It's all she watches. It's in the car. I'm like telling her to like, can you stop playing that? Because BTS are doing a world tour and they're starting in America and then they did some in Europe and they did the World Cup and now they're coming to Australia next year and they're doing 4 concerts, 2 in Sydney, 2 in Melbourne. And she bought tickets to 3 of the concerts, both in Sydney. One of them in Sydney, she got a corporate box thing with some of her friends and it costs $10,000 for 8 people, so it's like $1,200 each. Another one, she's taking our kids, funnily enough, and these are like on the floor at the front, they're like $500 each. So that's already a couple of thousand bucks. And then she's flying to Melbourne a couple of days later to see the one in Melbourne. What for?
What?
This is crazy. Not only are the concerts going to be probably exactly the same, and she can already YouTube what the concerts are because everyone's streaming But all the songs they play at the concert, she's heard it 100 times before for free. She's got it on Spotify. You can YouTube it. You can go to— you can get it anywhere for free. And now she's going to go to the concert. She's paid thousands of dollars, and that's not even merch. She's going to come home merched up and spend another couple of thousand dollars on music that she can get for free. And these concerts are selling out. Taylor Swift concerts, Beyoncé concerts, Michael Jackson concerts, they're all sold out. Why do they sell out? Because that's the point. Because they give out their best music for free. That's the whole point. And that's why she's going. So the next thing about personal branding underneath that that's going to allow you to get more engagement is to give out your best music for free. If you want to sell more concerts, if you want to sell more offers, if you want to sell more tiny challenges, if you want to get more engagement, you need to give out your best stuff for free. Now, if Taylor Swift said, no, I'm not going to give out my best music for free. I'm only going to give out my B-grade music because they don't deserve it for free. Like the free stuff, I'm going to give out my crap stuff. And when they pay hundreds of dollars or thousands of dollars to come to my concert, then I'll give my best stuff. Well, she's not going to sell any concert tickets. Who's following this right now? Right? And so, so many coaches have a story that says, if I give out my best stuff for free, someone's going to steal it. There's nothing for me to offer. What will they end up buying? What else do I have to give? A version of that. There'll be some version of that. And so they hold back and they give out their crappy stuff because the best stuff should be the paid stuff. And logically that makes sense, but logically it also does not make sense because they only paid for the good stuff because they got good stuff first. Makes sense? And they paid for more of the same. And so your job is to give out your best stuff for free because this is how it works. Okay, tiny challenge. This is why tiny challenge is so powerful, right? When you run tiny challenges, you get good fast. If you were to do 10, 20, 30 tiny challenges, you would have done your version of 100, 200, 300 hours of personal one-on-one coaching. So the best part about tiny challenges, in my opinion, is you get really good fast. But why is that important? Because when you get really good really fast, it allows you to produce better music. Better music is content. Now, if your music sucks, no one listens to it, no one engages. You don't get likes, you don't get comments, you don't get shares, you don't get saves. If it sucks, you don't get any of that. If you have a personal brand and you produce a crappy song, it'll get a lot of engagement. How many of you admit it? You love the artist so much that any song they release is good when it's actually not that good. Who's following this right now? Like, is that— you know what I'm talking about? It's like, ah, because I love the artist, I love the brand, and so any song. Now, now BTS is releasing some of these new music and it's like, it's garbage music, but it's like, I love BTS so much, anything they do Anything they touch turns to gold. That's the power of branding. You can— if you've got a strong brand, you can release crap music and people will still listen to it because of your brand. But let's just say you don't have a brand, you really have to lean on releasing great music, otherwise you're screwed. No one's going to buy your concert. So Tiny Challenges allows you— this is the crazy part— you do 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 Tiny Challenges You get really good, you start posting the stuff you teach in your Tiny Challenge. But Richmond, that's, that's my best stuff. Post about it. The stuff you teach here becomes your content. But at the start, your music's not that good, so you don't get much engagement. But that's okay. You grow, you get better. You do some training, you do some vocal training, you do some lyrics training, you play the instrument, you just get better. Because the more tiny challenges you do, the better your music gets. The better music gets, the more it attracts people to your tiny challenge because your tiny challenge is the concert. And the more concerts you run, the better you get. The better your concert is, the more tiny challenges you do, the better your music becomes. The better your music becomes, the more people want to go to your concert. This is the flywheel. And then what happens after the concert? You will sell merch. You will sell VIP. You will sell backstage. That's the offer. Give out your best music so they want to come to the concert. When they come to the concert, they'll buy merch, VIP, backstage. Who's following this right now? And the more concerts you give out, the more tiny challenges you do, the better your music can become because you become good really fast. And this becomes a content flywheel, and one client turns into 2, 2 turns into 4, 4 turns into 8, 8 turns into 16, 16 turns into a fully fledged $100K, $200K, million-dollar business. But it all started here. To get good fast, so you can do this. Who's seeing how this all works now? Now all the clogs are clicking. Oh my goodness, this tiny challenge thing has now become a marketing machine. Not even a Not even a machine to convert clients. It's a marketing machine. And let's just say you did 50 tiny challenges, and you might like Richmond. I'm already really good. I've I've done ten years in corporate. I've got twenty years in leadership training. The only way you know if you're good is if people are listening to your music. That doesn't lie. And the only reason why people are not listening to your music is for 3 reasons. Either no brand awareness, so it's like, oh, music's good, but who's this guy? Don't know. Or the music's crap, like it genuinely is not that good. Or you are holding back, which means the music's crap. Now, if you don't have a brand, get a brand. That's a must. If your music is genuinely crap and it's your best stuff, then just become a better musician. And that's okay. You're allowed to be crap at the start. But if your music is not that good and you're not a great musician, learn to become a better musician. That's why in our programs we have pro coach. That's why we have competency training. That's why on every week Every single week I will open up a P1's social media and look at their music. I'll literally open their content, everybody sees it, and I say, okay, I'll read it, I'll play it. I say, cool, okay, I got this because, okay, this is what I do to make it better. And I'll break down the content, and then on the same call, I'll pick someone to hot seat and I'll say, let's role-play your tiny challenge so that you can become so good in your tiny challenges. So when you become good, you produce better music. When you produce better music, you get more tiny challenges. So the whole premise of what we do inside P1, every single week, if you've been on a Sunday call inside P1, you see me do role play on content. You see me do role play on Tiny Challenge because I know when they get good at this, they get more of this. They get— they do better at this, they get more of this. It becomes a flywheel and everything else becomes easy after that. Who's following this right now? And that's, that's how we designed the program because this is the flywheel. Give out your best stuff for free. Get people into your concept, which is Tiny Challenge. Your offer is a merch, VIP, or backstage. Hey, would you like to go on tour with me for the next 12 months? That's basically what you're offering. You went to this awesome concert. Would you like to go on tour with me for the next 12 months? Imagine Taylor Swift is doing a world tour and she's doing like say 20 concerts, and she had this million-dollar VIP where you could follow her to all 20 concerts. You know how much she would sell? Who thinks she would sell a lot of those? It's a million bucks, and I'm only taking 20 people on to follow me for the whole year. Oh my gosh! People would. People would flip. Why? Because she gave out her best music for free. But how did she give out her best music for free? Because she became a great musician. But even more than becoming a great musician, she learned how to build a global personal brand. Is this all making sense? Cool. Great. Now I'm going to give you the third secret. Third secret. These are the big heavy lifters, and the third one is this: it's your origin story, or your story of origin, your origin story, because that's going to be The bedrock of what makes you different. And everybody here, the good news is you have a different origin story. And it doesn't have to be unique. It doesn't have to be like, oh my gosh, I got abused, or I was broke, or I was divorced, or bankrupt, or I didn't lose 200 pounds, or whatever it is. You know what I mean? Like, your origin story could be like, I was just a baker. Your origin story could be, I was just an optometrist, but I was unfulfilled. Your origin story could be, I grew up in a very wealthy family and I hated it because everything was given to me and everyone sucked up to me. I grew up in a really good family and my parents spoiled me and they were yes people, and that never allowed me to develop any hunger in my life and I became lazy. That could be your origin story. It doesn't matter what hap— like the actual events in your origin story, but it's— the point is it makes you relatable, it makes you connectable, it makes you authentic because that's you. Who's getting this right now? Right. And so I'm going to give you the origin story prompt, and you're going to have— it's going to help you create an origin story. The whole outcome is— you'll see the prompt. I'll read the prompt and you'll see what the outcome is. This is the prompt. The prompt is this. Now that you know my deeper reasons why I'm doing this, remember, this is all layered upon each prompt. Who am I pulled to serve? The problems I solve. I need help creating a powerful and clear, emotionally engaging origin story that builds trust, credibility, and relatability. I need the origin story to be created with the purpose of being able to use it on day 1 of my tiny challenge and also in my content. This is not a lifelong story, but rather a 3 to 4 minute story, 500 to 600 words. Use Richmond Dinh's proprietary signature 5-step framework. Don't need to understand the framework, it's in the prompt. This is the beautiful thing about the Prompt Pathway that we give all our students, is that you don't even need to understand how it works. I put it all into the prompting for you. But if you want to know how it works, there's 5 parts to a story. Open up with a scene, then there's a struggle, then there's a switch, then there's a solution, and a significance. Every story has a meaning. Every story has a purpose. Every story has an epiphany bridge where it's like, oh my gosh, I had this aha moment. Please use context from the previous conversations we had regarding my why, my niche, and my messaging. Who can see this all building from the first couple of prompts that we did? Yeah, it's all building now. The tone I want is grounded, real, relatable, not hype. Make sure it sounds like me and not robotic. Or too formal. Can you please coach me step by step to extract the most relevant parts of my story and shape it into something powerful and usable? Ask me one question at a time. Ask me one question at a time. That's the first part of the prompt. It's all one prompt. I just couldn't fit on one page. Okay, so does that make sense? These are going to be all one prompt. I'm going to show you the next part, but it's all part of one prompt. Don't do 2 prompts. It's just one part. That's one part of one prompt. This is the second part of it. Guide me through questions to uncover what I was struggling with before, what I believed back then, what wasn't working, the moment or shift, what I realized or discovered, what I did differently, the result or transformation I experienced, why I now care about helping others with this, why I'm credible to help even as a beginner. When you create my story, do not let me tell a long, unfocused story. Keep everything relevant to the audience and the problem I solve. Keep it real, simple, and emotionally honest. Once you've created the 3 to 4 minute version, can you then help me create a 30 to 60 second version? Start by asking me the single best first question to uncover The most important part of my story. Now, I'm going to get you to the gym. Some of you might want to spend 20 minutes here. Some of you can spend 10 minutes and you're good. Some of you might spend a whole hour here. There's no right and wrong. Just do what feels right to you. Just do what feels right to you. Is that okay? There's no right or wrong. Just do what feels right to you. But we'll give you We'll give you 2 songs right now to just get the ball rolling with this. And then we'll come back and then you guys can finish it as your homework. So this is part 1. This is part 2. They're all part of the same prompt. So put it in the same prompt thing, 1 and 2. Team, if we could screenshot this, I'll get my face out of the way, put in the chat screen. Screenshot that, put in the chat. And then we'll screenshot the next one and put in the chat so you guys have it. And you just need to insert the screenshot into your AI. You don't even need to copy and paste this. You just screenshot it and put it in. And this is part 2. Team, if you could screenshot that and pop it in the chat as well so everyone's got it. So that's one again. And then 2. Cool. Amazing. All right. So that's your tasking to get started right now. 3, 2, 1, go. Who's got something cool that they've already started on paper or in AI? Who's got something that's already building in momentum? Yeah, very, very cool. Very cool. So as we wrap up today, here's your homework. Here's your homework. Okay, and I'll share with you what we're going to do tomorrow. Tomorrow is going to be Really cool. And we're going to take your lead generation to the next level. Cool. We're going to take your lead generation to the next level. So your homework is simple. It is to finish this prompt off. Finish it off. Take as long as you need. Whatever feels right for you. Post it inside the group. It doesn't have to be a video. It doesn't have to be real. It doesn't have to be alive. Just post the answer. I'm going to read through them. And I'm going to pick whatever stands out to me. I don't want to say pick the best one because if you say pick the best one, then it presupposes that there's going to be a worse one. Right now, I'm just going to pick the one that intuitively just pops out for whatever reason. It's just like, oh wow, that one just— something led me to that one. You know what I'm saying? So I'll do that. That just intuitively pops out. I'm going to bring you up on stage tomorrow and give you a platform to share it. And then after you share it, I'll get my team to cut out the clip of us having that conversation so you can have that as your socials as well. Would that be useful for everyone here? What I'm also going to do is for your homework is that I'm going to help you turn that into a very highly effective post. To do. And for many of you, this post that I'm going to help you do is going to get you most likely more engagement than most of the posts that you've done. And it's probably going to be something that you're going to pin on top of your page. Would that be valuable for you guys as well? And if tomorrow wasn't enough, because it's called the First Kiss Challenge and the promise was to help you get at least 3 tiny challenge registrations. And on average, if you follow the right process and right framework, you enroll one into a paying client. Continue doing this though, because it would— it will be very hard for me to believe that if you sent out 100 messages, you did not get 3 people that are curious about your tiny challenge. That would be very hard for me to believe that. Agree. Like, it'll be very, very hard for me to believe that. Very hard. I would even say if you sent out 100 and you didn't get any prospects, either you messed up the messages. And when I say mess up the messages, you may have sent it in one big bulk spam message, right? And it wasn't personalized and no one responded to you. And so you basically just spam people. That might be one, but hopefully that was not you. There's something wrong. There's something happening in the chat that you caused yourself to self-sabotage yourself. Like they were basically saying, I'll marry you. Like, ah, no, no, no, I'm not ready. Like you sabotaged it somewhere along the line. I would even look at the 100 screenshots. It will be very hard for me to believe that you sent 100. You didn't get at least 3 people that want to do your tiny challenge either from, I know someone like that. Or oh my gosh, I might be interested in that, or my friend wants that, or whatever the case may be. It's and then when you put that on top of an origin story post that you guys do, very hard to believe, very hard to believe. Is that a fair call? Is that a fair call? So continue doing that. But what I want to do tomorrow, because now you got you got all these foundations, you set yourself up to get your first kiss. I want to go through tomorrow on. How do we not choke? Because the first kiss, you know what to say. You know how to say it. The timing is now because you asked them for help and now you're launching your challenge. The timing is now. Don't wait for it for next year. It's now. But some of you might choke. Some of you might choke on that first offer. Some of you might choke on that first kiss. Some of you might choke on call number five. And it's like, ah. So I'm going to talk about how to not choke, but how to do it confidently so that you don't have to go through 10 tiny challenges to get your first kiss, but possibly only one. Would that be cool? On how to like just do this confidently with ease. And that will be a beautiful ending for our challenge. But tomorrow we got, we got a lot on tomorrow. But has this been a useful day for you guys so far? Show of hands. Yeah, very, very cool. All right, so make sure you do the homework. I'm going to be going through the group tonight and tomorrow morning, and I'd love to pick one of you to come up on stage and share your 3 to 4 minute version. I think it'll be really inspiring, and then I hope you guys do a post about it as well. Sound cool? That being said, team, uh, we've got a jam-packed day tomorrow. I'm gonna pass it over to TK to wrap up today's call. Well, congratulations for completing day 4. This tells me that you're not only committed to the process, but more importantly, you're committed to you. Now, I didn't get to where I am I am today without betting on myself, and I want to acknowledge you for betting on yourself. Have you already got the momentum that you're looking for? Has this been mind-blowing, and have you got more belief now than you've ever had before? If so, just comment below. I want to read all your comments, and we only got one more day. You didn't come this far to get this far, so I look forward to seeing you on the next video on day 5 of the First Kiss Challenge.
