How To Get Your First Coaching Client Without Posting Content (Day 5/5 of The First Kiss Challenge)

Richmond Dinh shows how to land your first coaching client without building an audience first. He walks through a belief-building exercise, shares Jamie Lynch's origin story as an example of authentic selling, and explains why mindset matters more than scripts when you're starting out.

There's 1,000 videos online on how to get your first paying coaching client, but this is the one you need to watch because I laid out the entire process from A to Z in my 5-Day First Kiss Challenge that I ran for my paying students, and I'm giving it all to you for free on this channel here. And this is day 5 of the First Kiss Challenge, how to get your first paying client without any content, without any following, and you can get started all right now. And so if you missed day 1, 2, 3, and 4 and just land on this for whatever reason, then go back and check out day 1 all the way day 4. I'll drop it in the description below. Yes, there's going to be some hours of investment of your time, but I promise it'll be worth it because every other video on there online is showing you how to get your first client and they only have a 20-minute video. Well, realistically, come on, really, is that going to happen? In this 5-day challenge, I walk you through every step on how to get that very first client, from what to say What to send out, the prompts, everything. And so this is day 5. If you watch this far and you consume the first 4 days, congratulations, we're probably kind of best friends now. Send me a DM, drop in the comments below what have you found most valuable, and you know the drill, get a pen and paper out, take plenty of notes. Welcome to day number 5.
For day 5 of the First Kiss Challenge, he is your coach and mentor, ladies and gentlemen, This is Richmond Dinh.
So Richmond, you've helped thousands of people.
Richmond, over $20 million online. I wanted to share a good friend of mine. His name's Richmond. Our guest today is Richmond Dinh.
We've got none other than Richmond Dinh.
Today I have Richmond Dinh.
Richmond Dinh, thank you for being on The Department.
I've got Richmond Dinh.
What's up?
Today we're joined by Richmond Dinh.
We are here with Richmond Dinh.
All the way from Australia. Let's go down under.
We got Richmond here today.
One of my friends.
And one of the greats, Richmond Dinh, is in the building today.
The legend, the one and only, Mr. Richmond Dinh.
Ready? Good morning, everybody. Welcome to day 5. Is that a cat, Julie Marie? I don't know what you're holding up there. Is it? It is? What is it, a cat? A puppet or something. I don't know. I don't know. I see you there. But congratulations on making it all the way to day 5. This tells us a lot about your character, who you are, and your commitment to your word, because it doesn't really change anything for us if you show up on day 5 or not, because we're still going to be here. But it makes a big difference to you because that internal shift of confidence comes from those micro, those micro decisions of following through on what you said you would do. That's how confidence is built. It's not through just, um, it's not through like meditation and incantations and all these affirmations or anything. It comes through just keeping those little promises that you made to yourself. Who's following this right now? So how many are you going to stay all the way to the end of today? Who's going to stay all the way to the end of the day? I've got a special treat. Now at this point, if you don't have enough blind faith in me, then you shouldn't really be here because we've been going for 4 days. And more importantly, most of you, it's not the first experience you've had of me. We only marketed this event to those who have my book, which means you sat in a webinar, you sat in a training, you saw a podcast. Like, you've already pre-consumed so much of your stuff, like my stuff, here to be in this room right now. So I believe there's a very high level of trust. I've got a very, very special gift for all of you at the end. I'm a little bit scared to share it because I haven't shared it in any fashion like this before. And you know, it's one of those gifts where you're like, I hope they like it. I hope they like it. I hope they like it.
You know what I mean?
Like, and it's like, it's one of those. So I'm a little bit scared to share it. And I really hope you like it. And if you don't like it, I really hope you see the intention behind it. Is that okay for everyone here? Like, it's coming from a really good intent, but I just really, I really hope you like it. If not, please Please understand the intent behind it, but it's going to be a very, very special gift. And I thought like if we were going to end these 5 days, because I haven't done a 5-day challenge like this for such a long time, and we've run over 80 challenges, but I've done the shadow seat but not like this. And I know that at the end of every challenge, it's kind of like a bittersweet. It's like, oh, can there be day 6? Can there be day 7? Can we keep on going? Obviously, if you apply for point 1, we're going to see each other every week for the next year, which is— I don't know if you like that or not, but I think that's going to be a pretty cool thing. We're going to see each other probably in person as well. And we do so many people events. And so we're going to get to know each other really, really intimately, but it's always a bit of a weird feeling. So I wanted to make sure that we end this in a really beautiful way for all of you. So I have a very special gift today. We're also going to cover on how to post your origin story because that's going to be one of the things that builds know, like, and trust. But the biggest by far is personal branding and giving your best music for free. Like, if these 2 things are not intact, then this doesn't really matter. Does that make sense? Like you're not gonna get to $1 million by just keep on posting your origin story if you don't have these 2 things intact. Like that's just the facts. And so we're gonna go through that. I'm gonna pick someone to share their origin story. And then I'm gonna share with you on how to not choke when you're on that call number 5 of your Tiny Challenge and you can deliver it confidently. So you don't, like what Tony said yesterday, almost kiss Isla's nose on that very first kiss and it's all slobbery and everything's messing up and all that kind of stuff there too. So how do we, Not choke, but how do we just confidently go in and just crush it that first time every time? So does that sound like an amazing day for you guys today? Show of hands. Yeah, you know what, give it up for you guys.
Ready?
All right, so Before we do a recap of yesterday, we had a few of you who said, okay, Richmond, what is Point One? 'Cause I didn't go through the whole stack or anything, and I'm not gonna do it today either. So I'm just gonna give you like a 1-minute description of what is Point One. It's a 12-month journey with us. Your whole purpose in life, in my opinion, in my belief, is this. Figure out what you wanna do. You guys already figured out what you wanna do. Coaching is your next season. Coaching's the next chapter. For many of you, it feels like your life purpose, and this is gonna be the thing that you wanna do For a very long time. I don't believe anyone here is venturing into coaching as a hobby or something they think they want to do for the next 2 years until they move on to something else. I would imagine every single person here, you see this as a long-term thing for your next chapter, your next season. Is that true? Like, I didn't get— I didn't leave optometry to do coaching for 3 or 4 years. I left optometry to do coaching forever. I know forever is such a big word, but I don't see myself doing anything else It's very hard for me to see myself doing anything else. So you already figure out what you do, but the purpose of life is figure out what you want to do. And then the second thing is figure out who you want to do it with. And once you have clarity on those 2 things, you just rinse and repeat for the rest of your life. And that's what I've called a very fulfilled life. When you're doing what you want to do with who you want to do it with, the end. And that's what point one is. It allows you to do what you want with the people you want, with the family you want, the people that understand your dreams. So you can escape the rat race, escape the blue world, and replace your income to become a full-time coach. It is the fastest path to success because the environment is set up for you to win. The standards we got here are the standards that we live by every single day inside Point One. And so it's only for those who want to move fast, who value speed, but more importantly, value a community. Of people who are never going to let them settle for the old version of themselves. You know, Tony shared a story about letting go of the bakery identity. When I had to let go of optometry, I learned for, for about 5 months when people ask, Richmond, what do you do? Oh, I'm an optometrist that's wanting to be a coach. That's what I would say for 5 months. And then after that, I'm like, oh, that sounds a bit weird now. Then I'd slowly transition and say, I'm a coach. That is still part-time optometry because I transitioned part-time optometry. And then eventually I just had to make the decision and say, you know, I'm just a coach. I used to be an optometrist, but I'm just a coach. And now I have to remind myself that I used to be an optometrist. But you know what I learned? I learned that in order for you to step into the person you want to be, you have to make room for that person. And the universe does not like vacuums. And the moment you let go of an old identity, it'll create a vacuum for the new you to step in. Space always gets filled up. Always. Ever notice no matter how big your house is, you always fill it up? No matter how big your fridge is, you always fill it up. Who's getting this right now? You got a small fridge, you'll fit a small fridge. You get a big— we just got a brand new fridge and it is big. And I tell you what, after a week it got full, but the old fridge was fine because the world does not like vacuums. So today, make a commitment to yourself to free up some space for you to step into your future self. Who's up for doing that? I'm up for doing that. Yeah, very, very cool. All right, so let's recap the last week that we've had. First things first, we talked about how many of you are one step closer to your first kiss. Who's one step closer to your first kiss? Yeah, very cool. Now some of you were right at the beginning of the graph there where it's like, I have no idea who I'm gonna serve. I'm not sure, no clarity on the niche. But then you figure out, okay, now, now I know who I want to kiss. Yeah, it might be— you may have narrowed down from 5 people you want to kiss to now 2 people. At least you've narrowed it down. And now you're like, what's to say, how to say, you understand the timing is always going to be around a tiny challenge. And now we're going to talk about how to not choke. And so you're moving up the ladder there, but tiny challenges is the way. It's a way moving forward, not just for the beginner, but also for experienced coaches like Russell Brunson who made $200K, Myron Golden made $700K. And then all our beginner students inside PY, no brand, no name, no list. Tyrone Bray, personal trainer, $40K in 6 months working part-time. Then we got corporate banking Tracy Clark from $0 to $113K inside Point One in about 7 months. We got corporate finance couple Nicholas Lu and Cynthia Chen who went full-time coaching whilst still working in corporate when they transitioned, and they are life coach for parents. Then we had a B2B leadership coach for founders and CEOs, Gilad Wagner. And we had Jian Shaw, which is a life strategist for high achievers, went from $2K to $136K in 7 months. Then we had the amazing Andrea, who is a mum of 4 and a grandma to 3, the second student inside our community to hit $1 million. In fact, I'm going to share with you the story today of the very first student who hit $1 million just from Tiny Challenges. It was wild. We never created Tiny Challenges for you to hit $1 million, but he did it. And so I'm going to share with you that video there. Take plenty of notes because if $1 million is your goal, which secretly I believe it should be because $100,000, how many agree that doesn't really change your life? And please understand the context of how I'm saying this. Does that make sense? Many of you are like, well, Richmond, $100,000 will change my life. It actually won't if you live in a capital city in the Western world. True. That's just the reality. Life is expensive now, but $1 million will. And so I really believe that your goal If you really want a lifestyle change and you want more freedom and more impact and escape the blue world, then $1 million needs to be your goal. Does it have to be in the next 12 months? No, but if you hit that in 2 or 3 years, it will be a great outcome for you. That's when things really, really change. And so Andrea was the second person, but I'll share with you a story of the first person. Then we had woo-woo coaches, midlife women. We had Ray and Patsy who also hit 6 figures. And you're thinking my niche is too saturated. Well, There's always room for one more superhero. But my niche doesn't have the money. Well, that's a lie because it's not about money, it's about willingness, and there is money everywhere.
Everywhere.
You cannot unsee it. And for proof, Sarah Ann made $3 million in about 2.5 years with us. She is awesome and she was broke. And if you're still not convinced after all of this that this can work for you, after seeing all these case studies, after seeing Tony's story, after seeing my story, well, I don't know, maybe you just really like waiting in line. I don't like waiting in line, but I don't blame you because I waited in this line for 2 whole years until I decided no more. I'm not gonna tick that box ever again. I had to draw a line in the sand for me, for my wife, for my kids, and for my future self. And when I did that, things changed. And how I grew so fast was I understood the power of associated branding. Personal branding is the way. Everything's downstream from here by borrowing authority. When you are next to someone with a brand, you take their brand because it's through association. It is just how it works. You cannot unbrand yourself once you start branding yourself with people with higher level brand than you. That's why Nike and Michael Jordan, that's why Pepsi and Michael Jackson, that's why Weight Watchers and Oprah. Oprah says surround yourself with only people who are going to take you higher. Tony Robbins says spend time with the right people. Proximity is power. Who you spend time with is who you become because that is just how life works. If your net worth isn't changing, change your network. And that's how we blew up. That's how we got to $10 million a year last year. And that's why inside P1, I run the branding interviews because I know that if they get associated with me and they get a shout out from me, It gives them a massive head start, especially if they got 20, 30, 40 other life coaches in their space trying to run tiny challenges. Why should someone pick them? Because the creator of tiny challenge endorsed them. This is what it looks like. I'm here with the one and only Mike Duccio. I'm here with the one and only Alfonso Petty. I'm here with the one and only Nermine Zachary. So I'm here with the amazing Linda White. I'm here with the one and only Laura Andrews. But I'm here with the one and only Chris Hedford. I'm here with the one and only Kat Paez Deuce. Here with the one and only Jason Cummings. I'm here with the one and only Julie Vigor. I'm here with the one and only Jeanette Ko. And that's the branding interview. And we had one question yesterday, but Richmond, my, my niche is in the health space and you're not known in health space. So how does this interview work for that? from a branding perspective? Very legitimate question. I've done podcasts in non-coaching related niches, but I've done podcasts with very famous people in the relationship space, in like this other, in like this other healthcare space, and it's not related to coaching at all, but it gives you the leverage point to get on other podcasts. So if there, there are always podcasters in industry and say, hey, I've been interviewed by this person named Richmond Dinh, he's one of the high-level people in the coaching space, not the health space, but check out that interview. I think this would be great for your platform as well and opens the door for you. How my door was open with every podcaster in different industries was because I had the door open for me when I got on Russell Brunson's one. Does that make sense? So it doesn't even have to be the same industry, but the fact that you got interviewed by someone that's a somebody in another industry opens the door for you in this other neighboring industry. And so if I was to even change niches, which I don't see myself doing, but if I want to change to health coaching or coaching health practitioners or accountants or lawyers, I would go in the lawyer space and say, hey, look, I've been interviewed by some of these big name podcasts in the coaching industry, or this famous marketer here, or this person here. I know they're not in the lawyer firm industry, but would it be valuable for you for me to add value to your audience here? Because now they've got Now you've got some street cred. Does that make sense? Whereas if you don't have that, then you can't say I've been interviewed because then they can't see it and they can't watch it. They can't vet you that. And if they really wanted to vet you, they'll watch it and say, wow, you actually— that was pretty good. Would you like to come on mine? That's how you get the podcast tour going from that door being open. So great question. Whoever asked that question is very legitimate. Now, personal branding is the number one to get engagement because when you're a recognizable face, people will stop the scroll. The second way is to be able to give out your best music for free, because when you do that, you sell out your concerts. By giving out your best music for free, you sell out your concerts. And that's the key. Through tiny challenges is the concept. Your music is the content. The more tiny challenges you run The better you get, the better you get, the better music you produce, the better music you produce, the more Tiny Challenge you sell out, the more Tiny Challenge you get, the better your music gets. And this becomes an evergreen flywheel. And it comes to the point where you become booked out because your music is so good. Every Tiny Challenge is booked out every single month. And at the end of Tiny Challenge, you'll sell merch, you'll sell VIP, you'll sell backstage, you'll sell the 12-month tour with you. Does that make sense? Like, that's the whole model right there. And if you're thinking, but my music's not that good, well, just get better. Just get better. If your content does not have any engagement, just get better. Just don't be like this guy who swears that his music's good, but it's not that good. Who remembers William Hung from American Idol like years ago? Now, if you don't know William Hung, just look him up. He's so funny. He is a really funny guy. You know, she bangs, she bangs. You know that guy that sang that? His music was terrible. His music was terrible. He thought he was so good, but it was terrible. So that being said, and that's why inside P1 we do live roleplay every single week where I break down your content and I go to your page and I look at it and everybody else sees me and says— and I show you how do you produce better music, how do you package it better, how do you market better, how do you write better, how do you sing better. And more than that, then I go into your tiny challenge and we role play every single week on how do we make your tiny challenge better? How do we deliver it better? How do we say things better? How do we teach it better? Because when this is better and this is better, you enter this flywheel that means you sell more of this. That's ultra important. That's the biggest point of difference that we have that no other coaching program has is this feedback loop on top of the prompt pathway and then Richmond AI and then access to us and the community as well. But that is One of the biggest keys. So that being said, that being said, I want to share with you the importance of origin story. So congratulations for those who completed their homework. I'm going to get someone up on stage that really stood out to me. Thank you for doing it, even though messy is sexy. And it's like, oh my gosh, you know what, I'm not really sure if it's about right or whatever. It doesn't matter. You got it done. So well done to the following people. These are some that stood out. We had Jamie Lynch, we had Kenneth, we had Kaylene.
What a photo.
I don't know if that's a real photo of you, but wow, that's pretty cool. I didn't have many photos as a child because my parents broke up very young and I had a very broken childhood. And so I've only got a couple of photos of me as a kid, which is kind of sad, but it's just the way it is, right? And so Well done to Darryl, Sonia, Julie. Some great stories here, by the way. Daphne, Linda, Kerry, Carol Ann, Billy Joe.
Wow.
Like, dude, you are, you're very vulnerable in that video. So good. Suzanne, super, super cool. So first of all, give it up for you guys for posting your origin story. Well done.
Ready?
All right, I'm gonna give you the easiest post for you to do about your origin story, and all of you can do it in under 5 minutes. And I'll even give you the prompt just to make it super easy for you. So it's basically unexcusable as to why you could not do it, right? It's unexcusable. But this is so simple that all of you can do it even if you don't know anything about tech. And if you don't know how to do this because you think tech is overwhelming, then you can hire someone for $5 to do it for you. Or you can just give it to one of your little nieces or little nephews who's 6 years old, who already knows how to jump on YouTube and produce a video, which is kind of funny how they already know that. But that's just the world we live in right now. It's this one here. This is a reel. This is on my Facebook and my Instagram, but it just looks like this.
Oh, Rich, you're definitely on mute, mate. Sorry.
Oh, and that's it. And that's it. It's just my timeline. This is my timeline. 5 seconds. That's it. Very quick origin story. That one there got over 10,000 views and about 50 people followed me from that. Which could be— not all 50 will lead to a tiny challenge for you, but it might lead to 10 tiny challenges. Type in the chat screen if that's easy for you to do. If that's easy, easy, and you can figure it out. I mean, how much easier can that be, right?
Yep.
Yep. Ali's got in here, easy. Yeah, I can do this.
Catherine says, yep.
Hero says, so easy.
And If right now you don't think it's easy, I definitely know it's figureoutable.
All right, easy, easy, easy.
Nigel says easy. Yeah, I got you. Cool. Well, there's some parts to it that make it work. So who would like the prompt? Would you guys like the prompt? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Look at you guys. Look at you guys. Well, you know, anyone got personal training before? Anyone went to the gym before? You know, and you know when you go to the gym and you're with your personal trainer and I don't really look at the clock, but I think this must be the last set.
This must be the last set.
And you're like, oh, Oh my gosh.
Okay, thank goodness. And you give it all you have. And the last set, he's like, no, no, we've got 2 more sets. Like, what? And then on the— finally, you think it's the last set. And it's like, come on, 3 more, 3 more reps, 3 more reps. And you get to 3, you're like, yeah. And it's like, it does a superset. He drops the weights. And he's like, nah, you got 10 more. And you're like, what the hell? I thought the last set was like 2 sets ago. It's kind of like when you're running. I know Tony can relate to this. When you're running for a marathon, you're like, oh my gosh, I've only got 2 kilometers to go and realize you miscounted and actually got 4 kilometers to go. So the, the rewards go to the finishers. I'm going to give it out right at the end just to tease you guys, but really more, more importantly, just as a reward for you guys for finishing. So I'll give that prompt out to you guys at the end. But I do want to give something that's even better than the prompt because you can, you can figure out without the prompt anyway. The prompt just makes sure that, you know, you get a few pieces right, but you guys can figure out anyway. I want to give you something even better than that. I My best performing origin story post still to this day was one that I did 7 years ago when I had no brand, no authority. 7 years ago, you'll see the dates of it. Okay, that one generated over $100,000, and back then that was a lot of money for us, and it's still a lot of money for us, but obviously when you're making millions, it's relatively not as much. But for back then, we weren't making millions. So $100,000 was a lot from one origin story post when I didn't have all the branding that we have right now. And I'm gonna show you that post. I'm gonna give you a direct link to that post. So everybody pull out their phone, DM me 100K origin story. I'll send you that post. You need to take the time to read it. Just take the time to absorb it and read it. And see the date when I posted it. It was 7 years ago, and it's a very powerful post of my journey back then. And when I found that yesterday and I was looking for it, I was like, oh, should I explain to you guys? And I was gonna let you guys absorb it in the background. So DM me 100K Origin, whether on Instagram or Facebook, I'll send that directly to you. It generated over $100,000 for us. But once you understand how that works It's going to be very powerful for you because your story matters. Your story matters. And even if you're not proud to share your story, I wasn't when I started because this is my story when I started. I was an optometrist, no experience, never coached before, never spoke on stage before. Never been on camera before, didn't even have social media, and I was working in my laundry in my father-in-law's tiny 2-bedroom unit home. I was so ashamed of myself, but I said to myself every single day that one day this will be my story. One day this will be my story. One day this will be my story. One day this will be my story. Whatever you're going through right now, know that one day that will be your story. And one day, hopefully, you look back and see it as a gift. How many of you intrinsically believe that all your problems are gifts? Who gets that on a— well, you may not understand that from a visceral level, but that makes sense, right?
Yeah.
I tell you what, back then I didn't see it. How is working in your laundry a gift, Richmond? How is that a gift? How is being broke a gift? How is being inexperienced a gift? How is hating your life a gift? How's that a gift? That's not a gift. But I just kept on telling myself, one day this will be my story. One day this will be my story. One day this will be my story. I want to share with you the very first person that got to 7 figures through Tiny Challenges, but I want to share with you his story because there's a very clear before and after. And in this video here, he did his acceptance speech at our last bootcamp, but I shared the very first time we interacted at the bootcamp 2 and a half years ago. So you're going to see his origin story from the very beginning. Which will really bring home the power of this for you. This is Kenny Lee, from zero to a million dollars, or over a million dollars now, $3 million. As he started as a life coach for queer Asians, then he became a life and business coach. And before he joined P1, he actually dropped $25,000 in another program, was in there for a year And didn't get any results. And so he could have been very discouraged and skeptical, but something about P1 felt right for him. And so I shared the before and after video. And take a lot of notes, but also draw a lot of inspiration from Kenny Lee as well. He's such an incredible person. You're going to fall in love with him very, very quickly. Let's go, Kenny! 3 mil, is that right, Kenny Lee? 3 million?
Hi, Richmond. Hi, everyone. Yes, three USD three million.
All right, three million. Well, let's take a photo first. This is amazing. Super cool. Three million, and you were the first person to do seven figures in a tiny challenge. Before before I give you the stage though. Super grateful for our relationship. And I, and I said to you last night, I got something special for you that I got. So you ready? Ready?
Yes, always.
Kenny Lee has been in P1 for 2 and a half years, approximately 2 and a half years. So he was at like a boot camp 2 and a half years ago, whatever that boot camp was. And at that bootcamp, he was the first person to make an application to P1, the first. And I got him up on stage and said, what made you say yes and stuff? Look at Kenny Lee 2 and a half years ago, 2 and a half years ago. So this is Kenny Lee 2 and a half years ago. I don't know if you've seen this before or not. Okay. So everyone watch this. It's so cool. To where he is right now. Kenny, congratulations for making the application. Um, you know, I, I— we're going to bring Angela up next. I thought Angela was the first, but then you're actually the first. Uh, well done. What made you apply?
So, um, the process to the decision wasn't easy, even though you might see me, you know, having high energy and everything, right? The truth is I struggle. And the reason why I struggle is because a year ago, I signed up for a $25K program as well. It was a 12-month program. Because of the program, I had the opportunity to go to Mexico, to Cancun. And on stage, I saw you presenting. At the end of the event, there was this one night, right? You were so tired. You were speaking to 1,000 people out there because everybody's like wanting your energy and your— I went there so awkward because I don't know what to tell you.
And I was like, Richmond, can I have a photo with you?
You were so kind and you say, of course I can. And I went there, right? Wasn't prepared. I was blabbering and everything, right? And I hope you don't remember me.
I remember you.
Kenny, I remember you clearly. And now I was like, oh my gosh, yes.
And the reason why— I think, thank you so much for remembering me. But you know what, that Kenny, it's gone. Because the reason why I decided now, decided that I want to be in P1, is because of every single one of you that showed up today. Richmond, you of course, TK, Katherine, Shane, Coach Cassie, who is in my team as well, right? Being that authentic version of you, because you said trust is competence and character. And every single day since the 5-day challenge to now, right, I see that consistently happening. And I want that. I want to be that. But I know after this call, after this boot camp, right, my pretender will come back. my procrastinator will come back, my perfectionist will come back, and my pride will come in the way. And I asked myself, right, when I signed for that $25K program a year ago, I didn't have any much big significant results, and I was blaming. I was like, oh my God, this is a bad investment and everything, everything. But today, through these 2 days of mastery, right, It's not their fault. It's because of me. The glue in that mask, it's so— it's like so tightly held to my face, right? That I just don't want to let go. But you gave me the possibility in these 2 days to try.
Mm-hmm.
To see how does that look like. And have I seen this Kenny before? Yes, when I was a child. But over many years, I put on those masks. Nobody put on those masks on me. It was me. So when I made a decision a year ago to sign up for the other program, The question in my mind is, I have to celebrate, I have to do this. And that was the reason why I didn't see results, because it was have to. But now today is I choose to, I want to do this. And when I say I have to, right, I was doing it for myself. It wasn't a heart of service. But today when I choose to, because of all your inspiration, I'm doing this because I want to be the even better version of me so that I can help the people that come into my presence even more effective, get even faster results, get them the access that they need, they deserve. And I want to be that leader, that pioneer to go first, because you will give me your fear, you will give me your limits, and I will show you the results. I'll give you lasting change. And I know P1 can give me that, and I'm ready to show up and do the extra work and everything, and I will do it consistently. And I want to be coach. Call me out when I'm not— I'm pretending again. Call me out. Call me out. And I cannot wait. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Wow.
Thank you, Richmond. Thank you so much, my brother. Thank you so much for this gift. And thank you. Thank you for bringing back me on this time capsule to where I was 2 and a half years ago. And to see that version of Kenny, I'm very grateful.
Yeah.
Richmond, if it's not because of you, not because of Tony, not because of the whole P1 family, our community, every single one of you, every single one of coaches who have been helping me, my peers as well, asking me quality questions a lot. The way, cheering me along, allowing me to be part of your journey too, I wouldn't be here where I am today. And for that, very, very grateful. And I'm so grateful and so proud of myself being the first one.
I was the first one. I was so resourceful, right?
I was like, ah, I want this.
Give me the link.
And it was the best decision ever, 2 and a half years ago. And when I was preparing for today, Looking back, um, I'm very grateful. I've always been celebrating, um, everybody else. I haven't truly taken the effort to celebrate myself. And Richmond today gifting me this, um, flashback allowed me to truly do that. And, um, I must, uh, yesterday I was thinking about this, right? I'm actually in the midst of my travel right now together with my partner Kim. I actually asked Kim one thing, um, you know, just not before, um, the, the break. You were asking about fear, telling us about the oh shit moment, right? I do have mine too today. So being— having done the 6 figures, haven't done the 7 figures, right? Do I have fear?
Yes, it's still there.
It doesn't magically go away. I just want to let you all know this rationally. And the one thing I've discovered about fear is that I'm so glad 2 and a half years ago when I decided to join P1, I involuntarily signed up Fear for P1 as well. I didn't really ask my fear, are you on board to join P1? I said, I'm going in, you join me or not, I don't care, you're coming in as well, right? And, um, the feeling that I had on day 3 during the Masquerade Bootcamp 2 and a half years ago was the exact same feeling that all of you perhaps will be feeling exactly right now. And I'm so glad that I I heard all the awards speeches then. I heard all the other coaches then, right, who made their first 6 figures, who shared their story of becoming. Because fear really allowed me to review the level I was in and allow me to choose who do I want to go on to the next level with. And I'm so grateful I decided to go all in, paid in full as well. Yeah, because when I pay in full, I will fully show up. And the magical thing about paying in full and being all in is you would think that you would get a transformation a year later, or when you reach your 6 figures, right? My biggest discovery is when we decide to sign in and to sign up and to go all in, right, half the transformation is done. The day whereby I had the interview with you, Richmond, half the transformation is done because I already decided that I'm going all in. I've already decided that in 3 months' time, I'm going to make back all the money that I did in my previous mastermind that I didn't— I was so fearful to launch the funnel, to make the offer. I'm going to make back that and this P1 tuition together. And I did it in 3 months. And thank you. Yeah, thank you. And thank you so much for my fear for going all in too. And I'm so grateful these few days you have heard about the different award winners and you have heard about Her Locker as well. I was crazy enough to do her locker twice. Like, like, who would sign up for her locker twice? And because of that, right, it really allowed me in this community— thank you so much, my brothers, my brothers and sisters— to train my muscle of comfort that I would never be able to do it when I'm alone. If I'm alone, right, I'll never be able to push and sit through that pain and to go through that level of transformation, ask myself the real honest question, the rawsome question. Thank you. Thank you. And because of that, did 101,000 in the first 30 days. And second time, when I'm crazy enough to come back, right, did 200,000 using Tiny Challenge. And it is possible. It is possible. And why is it possible, right? It's not because of my belief. Because I saw someone out there, Richmond, you, you did that. Kaylee did that. All my Plat family, my brothers and sisters, my brothers and sisters did that. So I said, I want it. Yeah, and Richmond, when you, when you and Kaylee did your million-dollar offer, I'm like, you mean that's possible? I want that as well. So every single time again, right, I'm so grateful for you, my dear, for showing me the next, next level.
Yeah.
You allow me to really, really sit in, ask myself an even better question. Why do I need to wait for $250K offer or $350K offer to make my $1 million? I can do my $1 million offer right now. And because of you, you allow me to ask a different question. And I want to share something really, really vulnerable, vulnerable with all of you today. And, um, as I'm going through this whole journey of this 2 and a half, 2 and a half years of coming back home, allowing myself to step up to my identity, right? I thought I'm okay. I thought, you know, this is the right pathway. I don't really, I don't really think I fear that much right now. I'm pretty fearless at the moment right now. On 30th of March this year, I got a personal message from a very close friend saying that, by the way, my ex-boyfriend before Kim, he has passed away on 30th of March this year. And when I received that message that day, right, it's like a few days before 1st of April. So I was like, oh my God, is this going to be an April Fool's joke, right? It's not funny. And I realized that it's true. So on the 30th of March, he decided that life is too much. The battle towards anxiety and depression is too much. So he took his life. And I was like, why would somebody want to take their life? So that very, very day, I decided that no, I'm going to go down. to the funeral wake with some of my close friends as well. We went there. Everything was very surreal. I was like, is this true? Is this still a joke? And the reality dawned upon me when I was in front of his coffin, and I had to really, really buck up the courage to walk near and seeing his body there. A lot of memories came back. And there was so much regrets, like, why do you take your life? Like, is it that tough? Is it that difficult? And after paying my respects, when we went back to the table, the very close friend who messaged me, right, about the funeral told me this, asked me this one question. Uh, wasn't he your client? Wasn't he having coaching with you? And at a point in time, I said no, he didn't. Um, after we broke up, uh, we became friends, but it wasn't very close because he went on having his own relationship and I was together with Kim. But, uh, from time and time again, um, I know that, um, he's going through his own level of anxiety and depression. And but I didn't really reach out. Yeah, even though I was a coach, even though I am a life coach, even though I know the ways, um, to be able to, you know, manage our mind properly, to create a new story for us to break through. But I didn't, I didn't reach out. And the thing that kept on repeating in my mind is that, what happens if I did? Why didn't I? I could have sent a message. I could have been more insistent to say I want to meet you. I could have invited you to one of my my, my tiny challenge or my masterclass, but I didn't. And I went through my spiral that day. Immediately the fear came in, the anxiety came in, the what-ifs came in, the regret came in. And it's like, oh, it's almost like I'm having my own Judgment Day that day. But in that very moment, right, these 2 and a half years of preparation and this family over here All the trainings that I had, all the pro coach with Tony K, all the colleague question with Chris, all the Sunday coachings with all of you doing the role plays, right? I told myself that, you know what, I will create a new story. I don't want to spiral anymore. And yes, I lost him. I lost the opportunity to offer To my ex-boyfriend, the opportunity of breakthrough, the opportunity of transformation. But I still get to— I still get to love the people who are still around. And that day, I decided that I'm not going to hold back on offering. Yes, I might have offered you an offer before and you said no, but I'm going to come back. I'm going to ask, understand you even more. I'm going to reoffer. I'm going to go out there to relook at all the conversations that I had in the last 2 and a half years. Who didn't— whose life haven't I touched? Who haven't I understand even more? Who haven't I spent a little bit more time celebrating or understanding your fears even more? And I get to do that today. So Richmond, Tony, all my P1 family, thank you so much. Every single time I get to be in a room with you in boot camp, I get to be in a room with you, um, for a training, for an event, I get to ask myself an even better question. And to my fear who came in along with me on this ride, we became fearless at the beginning when I decided. Then when I did my hierarchy offer, a billion-dollar offer, the Hurt Locker, we began to fear less. I began to have more courage. From fearless, I began to fear less. And I'm so grateful for my ex-boyfriend who had given me this new awakening. Because beyond fearing less, I get to love more. Because there's not much fear right now, right? There's a cavity when the fear is not there. I get to fill it up with love and gratitude and awesomeness. So with deep gratitude in my heart to every single one of you, the 286 amazing souls who are here right now, you get to choose today. You get to choose to bring along your version of your fear, that your fear will be your best friend, the fear will be your best coach, The fear that you have will be your best guiding light. Because I want to go on into the future with fear, but I'm not going to let it control me. It's going to be my biggest best friend. And together with that, I'm going to fear less, I'm going to love more. And I'm so grateful to start today here again, back over here in this room 2 and a half years later, right, to make the decision again. Um, to never settle and to always keep believing in myself and to keep believing in my offers and to keep believing in the transformation that we all deserve. Yeah, because we do. So thank you so much, Richmond, once again for allowing me to be here, and I'm super grateful for you. Thank you.
Wow, thank you, Kenny.
Give it up.
Give it up for Kenny Lee one more time.
Ready?
If you're open and ready to make space For your future self. It's p1interview.com. Give you guys a couple of minutes. All right, all right, all right. Welcome back. Go ahead, tell me in the chat screen, what did you love most about Kenny? What did you love most about Kenny Lee? And as you do that, I see Nigel Fuller on my screen, so let's get Nigel up as well. It looks like it's super late for you too, so— but what did you love most about Kenny Lee? Here we go, we'll get Nige up for you.
And in the chat, we've got his vulnerability, complete transparency, yeah, determination, so authentic, so open, real heart, love. Yeah, absolutely.
All right, Nigel, good to see you. Let's get you unmuted as well.
How you doing?
Very good, yourself?
How's it going, guys? Doing well, thank you. I'm currently at work, so, you know, I'm really, uh, honored to be a part of this. I've actually been doing this the entire week. Like, I don't know if anyone can see the background. I'm in New York right now and You might not be able to see it through the window, but this is like the Hudson Yards compound, and right across we got New Jersey over there. So, you know.
Wow, wow. What do you do?
Uh, right now I'm a trash man. Hopefully I'll be a cash man soon, like Myron Golden.
Ah, I was gonna say, trash man to cash man, let's go. Wow, is that how you found me, through Myron?
Yes, yes, actually it was. Uh, believe it or not, I started with you guys last year in the summer, but due to my inability to make decisions and commit to them, I basically dropped off the face of the earth and was indecisive. And it— right now it's like I have to be able to commit. And honestly, I found a way to do that.
Wow.
It's been very amazing. It's been a great feeling. Um, you know, I'm loving the support that I get from everyone— Shane, you, Tony. Uh, Kate, honestly, I couldn't even be— I couldn't begin to like express how grateful I am to be here. Wow.
Wow. Well, what's different now compared to last year?
Last year, I would say I wanted money, right? And everyone wants money, but I wanted money. I didn't want to create value. I wouldn't— I didn't want to I was looking at it from the wrong angle, and I didn't understand that in order for me to truly even generate something like that, I have to give authentic value to the marketplace. I have to actually come up with a solution that was worth something and not just a cash grab. And now I found something that works very well. It's funny, it was a byproduct of me listening to you guys speak constantly. I hear Myron always say, be, do, have. And I also saw Tony Robbins says like, in order for you to create change in a person, you have to change their state. And he said, you work on the body first. And I basically have 10+ years of experience with health and wellness. And so I said, you know what, let me try something. I put something together and I now call that the Heat Dome Circuit. And it targets the lymphatic and cardiovascular system. It is so great for burning weight. Excess weight, unnecessary weight really fast. But that's not the, the purpose, right? It's just to change your state. Your state is short for state of being. And I want to be able to share that with the world. You know, that's just one part of a 12-week or 3-phase program that I have put together. And I think that it's amazing. It's not just one of those crazy inventions that I think everyone's going to be so excited to have. Like, it's worked on me. You know, Myron, I always hear him say like all work works. And he said it's going to work on you until it works for you. And it's been doing both for me. Like even in my everyday interactions, I have such a great time. Like in the office, normally people don't— like the tenants won't speak to the custodians, but everyone talks to me and they have a really good time. And I could see it in their faces. They light up and they actually enjoy our interaction. So I just want to be able to make a change. Right now is that time.
Wow. Wow. What made you apply for Point One? That's, that's the main reason why I got you up too. But I love, I love where you're at. I mean, I would have liked to see who you were beforehand, but wow, what a transformation.
I was a lazy bum. But what made me apply, um, first I think I spoke to Shane, and I hope he's not mad at me for this. I set up another one because I didn't realize what was going on. And I said, you know what, I'm going to commit to it. I'm going to commit to it because I have something that I know for a fact works because it's been working on me. Right. And it's better when it works on you because now, you know, if it works for you, it can work for other people. And I feel like I would be doing a great disservice to the purpose that's been embedded in me. To not actually share this with the world, to not actually provide that value, that structure, that stability, and potentially something that could revolutionize the health world even, right? It's a very— like, one thing that I took from Tony, he said it has to be like an intense movement. And I found through the routine that I created, it's a low-intensity, high-impact exercise routine. It's so simple. It's like 2 different things, and it will literally give you The boosted energy. I figured out how it works with the lymphatic system as well as the cardiovascular system. I can't not share this with the world. I can't not share this with the world.
So cool, Nigel. How many of you love Nigel? So cool. I mean, what a story too. What a story. Nigel, yeah. Oh, you're amazing too. Uh, thank you for allowing us to bring you up on stage and sharing a part of your story too. Ladies and gents, give it up for Nigel.
Ready?
Well done, well done. Well, I'm gonna pick up, um, pick a person from the stage that, uh, that the origin story— they were all beautiful, by the way. And so this was like, oh my gosh, what do I pick? But this one, I'm just going to go from my heart. Like my gut said, wow, I just felt something in that post and it just pulled me to that post. So I hope this person's here because I'm going to be asking about for you to share your 3-minute story. The one that the prompt helped you with on stage. And I'm going to get my team to cut out this part where I brought you up on stage and you have that for your socials. And that could be your post. That could be your post, you sharing who you are. When you guys see that post that you guys DM me about, and the reason why I wanted you to DM me is because I want you to sit down and read that properly and really feel it, because that was me at my most vulnerable. And me at my most vulnerable became my most successful origin story post. I can track The amount of revenue I made from that one post when I didn't have a brand. That's how powerful it is when you open yourself up and allow space for your future self to walk into. That's when magic happens, and that was that post. So this person here, uh, well, well done for all of you doing the post, by the way. Is Jamie Lynch. Jamie Lynch, are you in the house? Jamie Lynch. Oh, oh, oh no.
Getting kids to bed. Be back soon.
Oh wow, that is cool. That's very cool. That's very cool. I must have picked the right person. How cool is that? That is so cool. You know what, that's gonna be like, that's gonna be a story where she said, you know what, there is no excuse as to why you can't become a successful coach. I did it whilst in a 5-day challenge, looking after my kids. And I followed, and I followed the rules. I kept the standard high, I kept my camera on. And when I couldn't be on, I left a note saying I'm just putting the kids to bed. Like, what a story. What a story! The reason why you can't is exactly the same reason why you can. The reason why you shouldn't is the same reason why you should. What a story! And she could have made up a hundred excuses this week. She could have. Who would agree? Like she could have sat in that line and lined up in that line that everyone else is lined up with. Oh, I'm not good enough. I got kids. I got this going on. Da da da da da. But she chose the other line. So wow! Well, I think Jamie might be able to hear us too. She might be like, oh my gosh, she's with the kids and stuff like that. She can hear us in the background. So we'll see if we've got another opportunity for Jamie later. But that is, that is very, very cool. So that being said, I'm going to go through on helping you guys get to that kiss so that you don't choke. And it's easier than you think. I don't like using sales scripts. You'll never hear me teach one. You'll never hear me teach some sort of voodoo magic. If they say this, you say that. You know what I mean? Like, just, I don't like it. And basically, I have not come across a sales guru online that all their content is about when they say this, you rebut with this, or you say this, or you know what I mean? Like, they give you all these scripts and I don't like it because it's not what you say, In a conversation, it's how you say it that's more important. Obviously, the words do matter, but the energy matters even more. Who's following this right now? Right? The energy matters even more. And when you have the right energy, the words flow. But when you're trying to think of the words, then you're trying to match energy to the words. It doesn't really work that way. Words match energy, never the other way around. And so when you're presenting an offer or when you're leaning in for that kiss, it's going to be the energy that determines whether you will— whether or not you'll be successful or not. You know, when I was an optometrist, I'll show you this really interesting, right? I'm going to use some optometry jargon. I'll break it down so you can understand, right? So that's a retina. Most people understand what a retina is. It's the image inside a person's eye. Inside the retina, you can see the macula, the fovea, which is a central dot there. That's where all your color receptors are. That's how you see color, and that's also how you see detail. Now outside that, you've got your cones, which allows you to see night vision and sees peripheral and motion. And then you've got your optic nerve, which is the yellow spot there, and you've got all your blood vessels which feed into the optic nerve, which sends all the visual messages into the brain. It's very fascinating how the eye works and how it perceives the outside world into an image in your brain, and you perceive and attach meaning to it. It is exceptionally fascinating, the eye. Who would agree? It is just a marvel of a creation. And That when we do an eye check, before retinal imaging came out, we as optometrists had to go into the eye with this little device called an ophthalmoscope, which is basically a fancy magnifier, and we go and shine a light inside their pupil. And when you shine a light inside someone's pupil to look at their retina, it becomes very difficult because not only are you this close to their face and you're interfering with their personal space, they can probably smell your breath. And if they got bad breath, it's even worse. And it's like, ah, you are that close. But when you shot a light into the eye, the pupil constricts, and now it's very hard to see. If they're old, their pupils are so tiny, and you're trying to look, and you look around, and you see— and you only can see a very small aspect of the retina. You can see just the nerve, and then you have to zoom around, and you see the macula, and you see all the vessels, and you're hoping that you don't pick up anything, or you're hoping that you don't miss anything, rather. Because if you miss anything, you'll You could really— you're responsible for their vision. And then 2 months later, they have some sort of episode and they come back to your records, and you should have found something that you didn't. Until a retinal camera came out and it could take images like this. And when the technology got better, it could take images with a small pupil. So for image like this, the best practice is to put drops in to dilate the pupil so you can get a really great image. Now in Australia, it is cultural trend that healthcare should be free. It's like an expectation. It's very entitled. You go to an optometrist, free eye test. Go to a doctor, they bulk bill, it's free. Now there are doctors that don't bulk bill and you can pay all that kind of stuff. But generally speaking, like most health services in Australia, it's an expectation that it's free. And it's also the optometrist's fault too, because they bulk bill because the patient's expected to be free. And so if you go to an optometrist and there's a fee, it's like, whoa, you know, they may get a bit antsy about it. And most optoms feel unethical charging because that's what they've been culturally conditioned with. I want you to imagine what my mindset was when I learned that I had to sell in coaching after 10 years of being culturally conditioned that selling is bad. Really think about that for a second here. I had to learn how to do this. I had to learn how to present offers. I had to learn how to ask for money. I had to learn to open myself up for receiving. All those things I had to learn because I was an optometrist. And so when a retinal photo became available, that machine was $40,000 for a practice. And so it wasn't part of the code of ethics or the standard Eye care that Medicare pays for. And so you didn't have to do it, which means you're not going to get sued if you didn't do it, right? It's not part of what the government pays you for. So it was an optional fee to pay $30, 3-0, to have a retinal photo done. And we recommend you do it every 2 years. And if you're elderly, over 50, you should do it every year. If you've got medical conditions, you probably should do it every 6 months. You just Don't know. But it meant that the optometrist, me, would have to sit down with them and explain to them why they have to pay $30 for a retinal photo. So I had to sell. And that was about 5 or 6 years into me being an optometrist where they're like, Richmond, like, we got this retinal camera, it's $40,000 and we're charging $30 for it and we want you to, you know, I think it's the best health standard. And I agreed. I understand it's better for them, but geez, can't you just do it for free? I had so many limitations. But then I had to convince myself that, well, it's worth more than $30. Who would agree? Like, and it's only done once every 2 years, please. So I had to convince myself that in order for me to quote $30 for it, that this was the best for them. It was the highest standard of care for them. And if I didn't offer it to them, then I'm doing them a disservice. And I was if I didn't offer it to them. First of all, who would agree? If I did not offer that to them, and I'm not giving the best care, and who am I to judge whether or not they want to pay $30 for it? That's for them to decide. Remember, 99% of your nos comes from you saying no on other people's behalf. And I wrestled with that until I finally got over myself and said, you know, I'm just going to offer it anyway. And I started doing it. And here's the thing I didn't ask for. I was the really, I was the only one doing it in a company because I was working for NIB Eye Care, which they had around about 60 optometrists for their company at the time. And I was one of the few that do it. And then they really wanted that. They invested $40,000 per practice and it was like a big investment.
They wanted to recoup their cost from From a business perspective.
So I totally get that. But also, it's the best standard of care. And every other optometrist was so reluctant. And so they said, you know what, they made this blanket rule. They said, if you do it, we're going to give you half. So $15. And I thought, wow, that's pretty cool. Because I was already doing it anyway. But that made me even more incentivized. Like, wow, this is pretty cool. So not that it was for the money, because I was still doing it anyway. But it just, I mean, the incentive was there. $15, and I was doing the maths. I thought, wow, if I do, if I do 10 of these a week, I'm gonna make an extra $150. And that was a lot of money for me. Like, I was only earning about $110, $120. It wasn't huge amounts, but an extra $150 for just something I'm already doing, no-brainer. I became the top person in the company for doing retinal photos. I was doing about 30 a week. We were seeing 50 patients a week, and so 30 out of 50 took it on. Why? Not for the money, because I truly believe that this was the best for them. I had to, and it was the truth. How could it not be the highest level of care? In fact, I would even argue if I didn't offer it and they found out that that was a thing, they would have been pissed off because they said, I would have paid for it. True? Who would agree? It's like, well, how come you didn't offer it? And there'll be people out there who will seek people who actually do this because they're like, I want that standard of care and I want to pay because someone else had an idea that said, no, I don't want to charge for it, I don't want to offer it because I'm saying no on their behalf. And so in order for you to not choke, in order for you to sell more of your stuff, whether it is a Whether it's a $30 photo or a $1,000 program or whatever the case may be, you must truly believe in your heart and soul that what you are offering is the best for them. You must. Otherwise, you will choke every single time. Otherwise, you'll stutter every time, every single time. Otherwise, you'll lean in. Ah! You must believe what you have is the best for them and it comes from the best intention. And that energy, when you carry it into core number 5 of your Tiny Challenge, that what I have is so good for them, it's going to make their life better in every single way. And I know my intention is pure, and this is high standard of care. And no, it's not going to be free, but wow, it's going to change their life. And let them decide whether they say yes or no, but I'm not going to be the one that's going to be held back because of an assumption that says that they don't want to pay, or they don't have the money, or whatever that story is. Who's following this right now? And so I want to give you guys an exercise and really take, say, 6 or 7 minutes with this to write down 20 reasons why you believe— and if you want to stand up for this, I'd highly suggest you do this standing up, don't do it sitting down— but why you believe with absolute certainty that what you have is the best for your clients. You've solved that problem, you're one chapter ahead, you've got the lessons, you've got the scars, you've got the experience, you've got the learnings. You got all those why you have 20 reasons. And if you can't think of 20 reasons, you know what? It doesn't matter. Write that one reason 20 times. I truly believe that Point One is the best for every single coach out there because who you spend time with is who you become. And we've created an environment where it's impossible to— for every single person to fail. I know with every heart and soul of my being that who you spend time with is who you become. And that's why we created 8th Wonder. And I can say that reason 20 times. I can say it 200 times. I can say it 2,000 times. Because I believe it in my heart and soul. And when you believe that this is the best for them, everything in your business changes. Not just the conversions to your offer, but when you have that energy, you become better, your content becomes better, you sing with more enthusiasm. How many of you have seen someone perform and you feel like they just don't want to be there? Who's ever had that before? It's like, man, they feel like that. I don't know. They're just like, oh my gosh, my 10th performance. Well, I think I've presented the Point One offer. I don't know how many times, but a lot, and I never get bored of it because I really believe it's the best, and I can sing that song a million times and never get bored of it because I really believe what it has is the best for our students. And so every time I sing that song, it's my best performance. My best performance attracts more people to the concert. The concert allows me to get better so I can produce better music because of that energy. Who's feeling this right now? So go ahead, we'll give you guys 6-7 minutes. Write 20 reasons. If you can't think of 20, write the same reason 20 times. What will it mean to them? How will it change their life, their health, their relationships, everything? 3, 2, 1, go. Ready? Right. Well, let's get a share. Let's get a share. You know what, Jamie? I see Jamie Lynch back. So let's get a share from Jamie Lynch. Let's get a share from Jamie Lynch. And everyone else type in the chat screen. What is going through your mind right now? How are you feeling? What's pulsing through your veins? What are your thoughts? And also for you, Jamie, how has this week been? What's going through your mind right now? Are the kids okay? Are they asleep?
They're mostly asleep, so I guess I can't be too loud because, yeah, I got 6 beautiful babies. So, yeah, they're in bed and ready to go.
When you say 6 babies, like, how old are your kids?
Okay, they're not all babies.
I have— Oh, right, right. I was like, 6 tuplets. Oh my gosh.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, just 6 kids, ages 1, um, all the way up to 18.
Oh, cool. Okay. Oh, wow.
Wow.
All right.
Well, uh, what have you loved most about this week?
Um, definitely yesterday's homework for sure. That was, um, like I said in my post, it was just something like I felt big in my heart that like I needed to do. There was just some work there that I needed to help figure out and probably some things that were holding me back. And so that was like a huge moment because having Having followed you for a while and read your book and done all the activities in the book, and some of those things, you know, had already built that foundation. But that was just a big moment of just trying to see the whole picture and how that applied to me and how that's, I feel like, going to change everything, right? Because I feel like that changes who I am and really my messaging and what I can get across. And if I could figure out how to make that origin story come across, like Like, that's going to be a huge game changer for my business and who I am and maybe creating, like, my own blue ocean, right? Because I'm coming through into my space with a very unique perspective. And so if we can tap into this powerful origin story, like I said, this beautiful activity, my favorite for sure, then that can give us such momentum into moving forward and hopefully helping us have confidence to move forward or giving us, like, for me, like, maybe a little healing session of me understanding, like, why I was holding myself back and afraid to be a more authentic version of myself. And then hopefully with more tools that you can give us on how to just bring that in and just keep propelling us to move forward and to have success.
Wow.
Wow.
Wow. Wow. Well, I'm excited to hear your story if you're willing to share it and open to share it with our audience here.
My origin story?
Yeah. Yeah. If you like to, it's up to you. Like whatever that 3-minute version that came out with for you.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, sure. Um, yeah, that would be fun. So is that what happened while I was gone? Put the kids to bed?
Yeah, it did.
That's right.
Yes, you got caught up. You got hotseated. I love the sign, by the way. That sign you put up there, that's so cool.
Awesome.
Awesome. Yeah, I just wanted you to know I was gone for a good reason.
Yeah, no, we got you. We got you.
Okay, so my origin story, um, is called Ready to Fight. And it's about my relationship with fitness and how it started, like, actually from a really young age when I was about like 5, 7 years old. My mom was constantly worried that I would actually become overweight and obese. And I wasn't fat at the time. Like, maybe like I had a little bouts of like maybe some slightly chubbiness. But if I ate too much, like as a snack, then sometimes I'd get a lecture. so bad that it would end up in tears. Like, I would be in tears over this lecture. And sometimes she'd send me to the backyard and just run laps back and forth, back and forth. And I know now that she was trying to protect me and that she didn't want me to struggle with obesity like she, my aunts, and my grandma had. Like, it was definitely a family problem. But I had learned something very young. I had learned that if I worked hard and watched what I eat, then I could control my body. So around then, like 6th or 7th grade, a boy took my jacket trying to flirt with me and ran away with it. And so I chased after him and I couldn't keep up. He eventually came back and threw the jacket at my face and called me a hippo. And that was it. That was the moment I decided I was going to train myself. So I started running every day, and at first I could only run for 7 minutes, only 7 minutes. Wow. But then I'd add a little more and a little more. And then I added ab work, and then I added kickboxing, and I started doing sports, and I eventually became very fit. And then it was my goal to graduate high school as a fitness trainer. And so I did that, and I went on to become a master trainer. And I spent the next couple of decades believing that I understood the rules: work hard, watch what you eat, get results. Then when I turned 34, the rules stopped working for me. I was training a longtime client when my heart suddenly felt wrong. It hurt, it felt heavy. And then later that night, I had one of the worst migraines I had ever had. And it started happening repeatedly and consistently. So I did what a professional, a fitness professional who understands data would do. I started tracking everything. I started tracking my blood pressure and my heart rate and During exercise, I found out that my blood pressure would actually drop dramatically during exercise and then skyrocket afterwards. So I went to doctors, I had tests. Months passed, and during those 3 months, I gained 45 pounds. Now, I'd gained weight before, but that was with babies. Like, I had something to show for it. But here in 3 months, I was 45 pounds heavier. And the thing that I'd used to control my life, exercise, was suddenly something I couldn't safely do. And I remember thinking, if I can't work for my results anymore, like, what, what can I do? I had built my career and my identity, like, around fitness. Who was I if I was the fitness girl who couldn't fix her own body? So one day I was on the phone with my mom and I was just crying about everything that was happening to me. She tried to comfort me and said something along the lines of, Well, maybe this is just our lot in life. And that shook me because I realized I was acting like I was going to surrender and I was not ready to surrender. So the next morning I put on my Wonder Woman t-shirt and I grabbed my Wonder Woman mug and I took a picture of myself with a big smile and I sent it to my mom with the caption that said, ready to fight. I already had certifications. I already had a degree. I knew fitness. But I realized there was something that I didn't know, so I went looking for it. And that's how my work evolved. I started studying metabolism and nutrition, and I went through more pregnancies and discovered more gaps in our healthcare society. From when a woman gives birth to then 6 weeks later, she's cleared to just jump in and do exercise without teaching her about how to rehab her body and the foundational movements underneath that need to be corrected before we jump into exercise. And so I had all these things where I just kept researching and I kept experimenting and I kept asking one question over and over. And that was why. Like, why isn't things working? Why does this woman have a belly like this? And why does someone feel pressure here? Or sometimes things make it worse. And after finding success with myself, I eventually started testing things on my clients. And one woman came to me with a similar situation, telling her friend that she felt completely hopeless. And after working with her for only 1 week, she started seeing results. And what mattered most to me was not the number on the scale. It was that she had hope again and she didn't have to live in a dark place. And so her husband actually started calling me the secret sauce. And that's when I had a realization that I could help women who felt unhelpable because I had also been one of them. And that's why I do what I do now. I don't believe that women are broken after pregnancies or with aging or menopause. I don't believe that we're doomed to stay in a body we don't recognize or feel comfortable in. But I also don't believe that the answer is always work harder. Sometimes the manual that you're using for your body is really just out of date and nobody gives you the new version. So my job is to help women understand what's actually happening, rebuild their foundation, and find a way to move forward. Because Because this current body that we have is not just all that we are. We are definitely more. And when your body is healthy and strong, the fatigue, the pain, the self-consciousness don't get to be the loudest voices in your life anymore. The real you gets to shine through. Wow.
Wow.
Give it up for Jamie.
Ready?
Wow.
Let's keep Jamie up on stage for just a second. Now, how many of you— there's— hey, I'm a, I'm a health and fitness coach for women. That's— and there's thousands of them. But now you heard Jamie's story. It's not just a health and fitness coach woman, is it? You can see the power of the story.
Yeah.
Wow. Hey Jamie, curious, are you in any of our programs, whether it's Tiny Academy, Performance One, or anything like that?
No, I'm not.
Okay.
Are you open to receiving right now?
Definitely, yeah.
Cool. I'd like to give you a scholarship to our Tiny Academy. It is this stepping stone to 0.1. I believe you're going to crush it. I love your story, and I wasn't expecting to do anything like this. I wouldn't— I didn't know what the story was going to be about. Like, I mean, I read your story, but I didn't know you're going to deliver like that, and it's just going to fast-track you on your journey. If you're willing to accept that.
Absolutely, 100%. I'll be a hard worker. Thank you so much, Richmond. Thank you so much. You're incredible. Your generosity. Thank you.
Give it up for Jamie. Uh, Eunice crew, if we could number one extract that whole clip for Jamie and send it to her from the moment I brought up on stage and asked her a few questions, give her the whole clip so she can use it for her socials. And Jamie, if you— you can just cut whatever part you want out, or you can just post the whole thing. I mean, it's probably a really good thing for you to say, I just got— I just got to be able to present my story in front of Richmond Dinh stage, and that's a really good authority for you. And then also our team will reach out to you within the next couple of days to onboard you in our Tiny Academy scholarship for you as well. So you can crush it too. So thank you. Thank you for sharing. That was really beautiful. That was really beautiful. All right. Well, has this been an incredible day 5 so far? We still got a little bit more to go. I got that special gift that I'm a little bit nervous to give you guys, but I hope you guys like it. And I got the final prompt for you as well for that timeline sequence origin story, so I'll give that for you as well. But this, this final gift, I'm a bit nervous, so please understand my intention here. I hope you like it. I hope you like it. So, um, a couple of boot camps ago, you know, when Andrea— you guys saw Andrea on day 3, right, presented. She picked up her award, $500K. And at the end of her speech, she's like, oh, Richmond, like, um, can I ask something? And I said, sure. She's a faith-based coach, right? And, and she, she said, like, every, every call I do with my students, I, I pray. I pray for them. And, um, and every event I do, I pray. for our students, and I know it's probably not part of your itinerary and your run sheet and all that, but would it be okay if I prayed for everybody in the room right now? And I thought, wow, sure. And it was such a beautiful moment. And, and if it's okay with you guys, I'd like to share that part where for a couple of minutes, she prayed for the room, and it was just a beautiful way to just give a special gift to the room that was unexpected. And I didn't expect that as well. So is that okay with everyone here if I share that from Andrea? Yeah, it is from Andrea. So I hope you guys like it, but, um, it's just a beautiful moment that I want to share with you guys. This is from Andrea.
Let's, let's pray, everybody. Um, so when, so when we pray, and, um, I, I just invite you to open your hands And, um, and this is just opening our energy. This is opening our hearts. And what, what I want to invite you to do is just pray, um, pray that, you know, whatever is for you, let it, let it come to you. Um, and if there are things that you're holding on to, the opposite of open hands is closed hands. And a lot of us are going through life like this, and we're just trying to hold on with everything we've got and try to be resistant. And so just open your hands and let go of the things that are not for you. And as we pray. And so we pray, Father, thank you for this beautiful community. Thank you for the leaders. Thank you for the speakers. Thank you for the award winners. And God, we thank you for the person who's in the room today who is questioning themselves. I thank you for the person in the room today who has just been through the hardest year of their life, and they are questioning if there is anything good on the other side. And I thank you that they are in this room And God, I pray that you would give us clarity, that you would give us connections, that you would give us confidence, that we would hear your voice, that we would listen to the intuition and the spirit that is within us, and, and that we would take action when we have prompting. God, give us the ears to hear your voice and the eyes to see you at work. And the boldness to take action when you call us. God, there are people here who have big decisions that they're making in their life, and I just pray for wisdom. I pray for understanding. I pray for peace. And I pray. That you would make us uncomfortable enough to change. God, we know that you have bigger dreams for our lives than we could possibly dream for ourselves. And so when we write down our goals and we write down our dreams for the future, you smile and say, bless your heart, I have bigger things for you if you will just step into it. And so, God, we know you're waiting for us to take action. And so, God, we pray that you would guide us in your will and your truth and your ways, and let the desires of our hearts align with yours. In Jesus' name, amen. Amen.
Thank you, Andrea.
Thank you.
Ladies and gents, give it up for Andrea. Was that okay?
Yeah.
Thank you. Thank you for allowing me to share that. I thought it was such a beautiful moment and I wanted to share that with you. And for some of you in the room right now, you might need to make a decision. I totally get point 1 is a big step. It is. It is like my inner circle. It's a big step both financially. It's a big step both from a commitment level. It's a big step from an identity shift. There's a big step because maybe for some of you, you haven't even earned that much in your lifetime before, or even to even consider becoming a full-time coach, like it's a big step. And sometimes a big step is too overwhelming. So I want to give you the opportunity, for those of you that are not working with us in any capacity, kind of like Jamie Lynch, the opportunity for you to book in a one-on-one call, a tiny roadmap call. This is not a Point One application. We do have other opportunities for you in our Tiny Academy or Performance One, and it is a stepping stone to Point One. It really is. And I really believe that once you see this opportunity, it'll be the pathway for you moving forward, because I'd hate this to be the end of our relationship here on this 5-day challenge. And in my heart and soul, I know that the best chance for you to succeed is to be alongside us. on this journey together. So we do have other opportunities, other options, and we can build out a custom roadmap for you no matter where you're at. And so again, this is not 4.1. This is just the smallest stepping stone if you feel in your heart that you're called and pulled to serve more. So give you some time to book in a one-on-one conversation with our head coach and build out a custom roadmap. for you and your future. tinyroadmapcall.com. You can scan the QR code. We'll come back in a couple of minutes. Thank you. All right, all right, all right, all right. So I gotta go. I'll give you guys the prompt, but wow, look at you guys staying all the way to the end. This is really, really cool. I got one thing that I want to do. And I'm actually going to shoot a reel right now in front of you guys, if you guys are cool with that. So I have my videographer, Jamie. Everybody give it up for Jamie. Say hello to Jamie.
Hello.
Ready? Jamie's been filming in the background. We've got some B-roll and stuff. I shot 7 reels this morning before this class here. And I'm just literally— I like to shoot content whilst I'm doing things. So after this, I'm actually having lunch with some friends. We're going to go to the city. He's going to come to the city with me. We're going to shoot some B-roll. I'm going to shoot some content in the Uber on the way there and then shoot some content in the city and that kind of stuff. So this is how I fit things into my life. If you're wondering, how does Richmond do all these things? I kind of just make it work around my schedule. And so I'll shoot while I'm getting ready. I'll shoot, you know, in the middle of this kind of stuff. So, um, ready?
Ready.
All right, we are here live on my 5-Day First Kiss Challenge where we're helping 80 students get their very first paying client. So ladies and gentlemen, Type in the chat screen, how has the last five days been for you? Go ahead, type in chat screen. And TK, if you could read out the comments too. So if you're stuck on how to get your first paying client because either you don't know what to offer, you don't know who to serve, or maybe you don't know how to market, or maybe just even quoting a thousand dollars is scary to you, I created this challenge for the person to get their first kiss, or if you're changing niches, how to get that first client in a new niche. And so. Not all of them were going to get their first kiss this week, but we promised that they'll move closer to getting that. And so, what do we have in the chat screen, TK?
Mate, we got amazing, we got awesome, we got eye-opening, fabulous, incredible, spectacular.
Spectacular. Now, what would you say to someone who is a— everyone type in the chat screen— who's like, um, who's starting out their coaching business, or maybe they're relaunching, about this challenge? Should they do this challenge? Was it worthwhile? Would you recommend? Any words of wisdom for anyone's like, oh my gosh, that sounds like something for me, but no, should I do it?
Mate, it is flying through the chat screen. Darryl says it's a must attend. We've got definitely yes, 1,000%. Make the time is in the chat. Priceless. And we've got here sign up ASAP, do it.
Very cool. Now, uh, just briefly as well, where were you guys before and then where were you after? Where were you before and where were you after?
This one's gonna take a little bit to type out. Here we go, coming through the chat. Ali's gonna get us started, says overwhelmed to clarity, lost before found after, stuck, uh, unsure to now confident.
Oh, I like that one. Very cool, very cool. And here's the most important question. What would you guys be charging for that first kiss? Put in that number in the chat screen.
Linda says $3,000. Jamie says $1,200. We've got here $3,000, $6,500. We've got $500, $1,500, $2,000, $1,997, $4,000, $12,000— oh, pardon me, $1,200 there. And I'll finish it up with Sylvia, who— or Siobhan, who says $4,000.
All right, well, there you go. So if you're ready to make your first $4,000, first $3,000, first $2,000, even first $1,000, starting out with no name, no brand, no experience, and without having to post any content— yes, I show them the way to do it without any content— then join the First Kiss Challenge right now. Woohoo! Give it up!
All right.
Okay, well, your homework for day 5 is highly suggest if you're not working with us on any capacity right now, make a call, book in a tiny roadmap call. We do have opportunities to help you get there faster, starting from very, very affordable commitments. And it'll be crazy for you to not at least see what opportunities there are for you, or at least walk out with a roadmap on what your next step is. What your next step is. So here's the origin story timeline prompt as promised. Just copy and paste it, and you don't need to put it in today, but not now. We're not going to give you time to do it now. But just copy and paste it and it just helps you build a timeline. Add that to the origin story that you built yesterday and it will already know half the answers anyway, but it will just may ask a few questions. Where were you when you were 18 or something like that? You know what I'm saying? And more importantly, the most important part of this prompt is the power lesson. The power lesson is what makes this prompt. It's the power lesson that makes the post work. And so I've seen people try to copy me doing this and they didn't put a power lesson and it flops. Reema, one of our 6-figure students inside P1, did this post and she got a million views. 1 million views. It is wild. And she's in a woo-woo niche as well. So really, really, really cool. That being said, Tony, over to you to wrap up the amazing 5 days.
All right.
Well, you You did it! Not many people get this far, and you would have— and you would have noticed the views on this video here, my bet is, is way lower than the views on day 1. But you did it, and now you can be proud that you're a finisher, that you followed through on what you said you would do, which most people don't. People say they want their first client, but they don't want to do any work. People say they want to make money, but they want to be lazy. People say they want to replace their income, but they want to buy into their beliefs. And so I want to really congratulate you for making this far. And also, I appreciate you for gracing me with your time. I know it's something you can never ever get back, but I trust that every minute that I've delivered to you has been super valuable to you. And if you made an application to P1, congratulations too for taking that next step. Even though we probably haven't met in person, but I do feel like after you consume this much, you probably feel like we have a genuine connection, and that's what it's all about. And so congratulations for being here. I appreciate you. And if you haven't yet subscribed, subscribe to the channel because I'm going to drop some game on how you can replace your income on this channel here. Keep believing and never settle.
