Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Facebook Live, wherever you are in the world. Thank you for joining. If you're about to jump on in a second, it's Richmond Din here. Today I'm launching my Ask the Coach series as my big Christmas giveaway where I'll allow you guys to just ask any questions, any questions related to success, to mindset, to personal growth, or to having any challenges that you're having in your life right now. It's just a special gift that I've realized that over the last couple of years. Over the last four years, I've been heavily involved in the coaching industry, particularly the personal development space, and I realized I've got all this ton of knowledge. I learned from my mentors, the likes of Arnold Schwarzinger, Sylvester stallone, Tai Lopez, Demartini, Scott Harris, Tony Robbins. I've been to over 30, 40, 50 seminars. Kind of lost count. Now, I've invested well over $100,000 into my own self education. I've read over 100 books and I thought, well, what's the point in having all this knowledge if I don't get to share? So in the spirit of Christmas, I'll be doing a live coaching session where you guys will get to ask some questions. And if you're about to jump on, then you know what you need to do. Just shoot away with the questions. If this is the first time you're jumping on and hearing about this, then you're welcome to watch. And if you've got any questions, just ask during the chat as well. It's kind of like a bit of a discussion that I want to have with you guys. Now, I do have a question that was given to me by Catherine. So while you guys are getting ready with your questions, Catherine sent in a question because she couldn't make it to the live. So, Katherine, if you're watching this in the recorded format, welcome, welcome, and thank you for asking your brilliant question. Your question was this. What are some of the traits of very successful people and how do you. Or what are some suggestions you have to further develop these traits? First of all, Kathryn, that's an amazing question. What I do for a living is exactly that. I'm a success coach. I help people build the traits and the habits of highly successful people. And what does that mean? That means that when you develop traits such as clarity, confidence, or resourcefulness, you end up making more money. You just do. It's just the way it works. Now, there's a lot of traits that successful people possess. In fact, through my teachings from my Lessons I've learned that there's about nine traits and that's the traits that I'll be releasing my book in January. And it's a big question, you're right, a big question that requires a long answer. And so if I had to make it really short, all the traits are important to develop. But if you were to start with a trait that's going to be most important to develop first is this trait called clarity. Knowing exactly, specifically what you want. Every book, every DVD program, dieting books, personal development books, property books, Think and grow Rich, wealth creation books, even home study programs, they all start with the first chapter being what do you want? What's your outcome? What's your goal? What's your vision? What's your dream? What's your result? What exactly do you want? Because if you don't start with a clear outcome and you don't have clarity around what exactly you want, then it's going to be very, very hard for you to achieve success. And what I've learned from my mentors is that they have an abundance of clarity on exactly what they want and that's why they're successful. Now, clarity comes in a few way. You need to be clear on what you want, what you don't want, and most importantly, which actually they don't really teach you in books these days, is you need to be clear on who you are. Because if you know what you want.
And you don't know who you are, success is an uphill battle. But once you know what you want and you know exactly who you are and those things gel, then success becomes an easy, easy path. So know what you want. Now, I'm not sure what's going on. I don't have any comments coming up. But you know what, that's okay. I'll just move on. I've got another question. I've got another question from Paul. From Paul. So Paul asked me a really, really cool question. How you going, Paul? Thank you for asking again. Paul asked me a cool question. How do I break free from an unfulfilling job? I'm 56 now, he says, have my home paid off and money still in the bank. How do you do that? Cool question, Paul. Well, first of all, I'm kind of interested in your questioning how you mentioned that you're 56. So is that sort of presuming that if you are 26, maybe you probably do something different? I'm kind of curious. I questioned about that too. So if you're 26, what would you do and why Wouldn't you do it now just because you're 56? So I'm really, really curious as to why the 56 was probably put in there. My advice or my coaching for you is this. If you're 26, you don't have the 30 years of wisdom that you have on your side that you do now. So if you got all the lessons in the last 30 years from all the mistakes. Mistakes, When I say that, I mean there's no really such thing as mistakes. There's only lessons, then I'm sure that you can build some confidence in moving forward. Hi, Jo. How you going? Moving forward, because you should get there faster and quicker and better because you got wisdom on your side. And you know what? If you're healthy, I hope that you are. Who knows? You might live to your 100. Did you know that statistically speaking, if you get to the age of 50 right now and you're not any medications, they say that you're going to live to around about 98, considering the medication, the science that we have right now. So looks like, Paul, you're only halfway there if you're healthy. Provided you're healthy, probably only halfway there. So I don't know if age is going to be something that you should look into at the moment, but I'm just curious, that's all. I'm just curious. So that's a question I'd like to explore further, but that's the best answer I can give you, Paul. Thank you for asking. Now we've got Joe on. Joe, how you going, Joe? Any questions, Joe?
And got James on as well. Yes, we've got a few people jumping on right now. Really cool. Hit the like button, guys. Hit the like button. If you think this was useful to you, just send me some love. Hit the like button. That'll be pretty cool.
All right, so while you guys are waiting to shoot in your questions, I just got a few things that I want to say. Got my DVDs that are out that I posted a couple of days ago, and I'm gonna give away five DVDs to the first five people that type yes. Just type in yes. You're gonna pay for postage. It might be like five, six dollars or something like that, but I'm gonna give it away. And you'll get it right before Christmas. It's the perfect gift to launch 2018. So five people. The first five people that type. Yes. I'll send that away. Questions, guys? Questions? Anyone else? Anyone else?
All right, we'll just punch on then while I wait for some questions. I got a question from Dave. From Dave. How do you get relentlessly focused how do you get relentlessly focused and get results in a short amount of time? Big question. Big question. I guess the best answer I can give you in that context is the one thing, the one thing that all successful people have in common that makes them focus is this thing called hunger. Hunger, you got to get hungry. And how do you get hungry? You make things a necessity. When you make things a necessity, then the hunger builds. Then you become really, really focused. I mean, think about it. Think about a time. I mean, if you've had a, you know, if you've had a partner before you've been in a relationship, the time where before you started going out and you were just hungry to get them, whether you date them, can you remember that time where you just did everything you could because you just wanted to get that person into your life and you became hungry? You made it a must. When you make things a must and you make it a necessity, then it's very easy to be focused. But if it's not a must for you and you don't make it a necessity, then it's going to be very hard to focus. So hunger is a magic word. The hungrier you are, the more focused you'll be. That's the best answer I can give for you, David. Thank you for asking that. If you're just on later on. Dave, welcome. And thank you. And thank you for that question. Great question. All right, guys, look, I'm going to leave it at that. I think three questions have been really, really valuable to you. If you thought this was valuable, please hit the like button, hit the love button, share it with your friends, whatever you need to do. But for now, I'll just announce my next date called the Ask the Coach series is on Wednesday the 13th, Sydney time, 9.30pm, same time as tonight, Wednesday the 13th, 9.30pm Sydney time. And if you've got any questions beforehand, just shoot it in. Type in the comments box below. If you can't make it, or if you've got any questions leading up to it, you can pass it on to me or PM me, whatever that may be, and I'll answer it on the live chat as well.
