A short motivational monologue by Richmond Dinh urging listeners to persist by focusing on small, consistent actions. Drawing on Ed Mylett’s book The Power of One More and a gym-reps example, Dinh advises doing "one more" (post, conversation, day, etc.) to overcome overwhelm and build success through execution of small tasks.

You don't get big by doing big things. You get big by doing the small things consistently and doing them well. You know, one of my mentors, Ed Mylett, has this great book called the Power of One More. And I couldn't agree more. Whether you're at the gym and you maybe had a personal trainer and said, just one more, just one more, just one more, and you think you can't do anything more, and then you end up doing five more reps. It's like that in your business. If you feel like you're struggling and you're frustrated and it's not working, just say to yourself, one more post, one more story, one more reel, one more content, one more day, one more chat, one more conversation, just one more more, just one more, just one more. Just keep on pushing off to do that one more and become the master of doing the little things. Because the little things are the things that create huge success. And the enemy of execution is when you overwhelm yourself with so much to do and not focusing on what you need to do now. So focus on just doing one more.
