Dr Benjamin Hardy Helped Me Build a $10,000,000 Offer (Actual One on One Session Recording!)

Richmond Dinh works with Dr. Benjamin Hardy and Dr. Myron Golden to design a $10 million offer. They target 9 to 10-figure sales companies, use a 90-day timeline, and employ the Tiny Challenge method to prove value before the full pitch.

You're about to see the actual video of the one-on-one coaching session that I had with Dr. Benjamin Hardy, author of Who Not How, 10x Is Easier Than 2x, The Gap and the Gain, The Science of Scaling, and many other staples in the personal development genre. And so in this video here, Dr. Benjamin Hardy helped me create my very first $10 million offer. And I know that sounds conceptually impossible, and you'll see in the video my face is spinning, my world is turning upside down. I didn't even know what was even possible anymore. More, and I wasn't even sure what was going on because the concept of even having a $10 million offer was way beyond what I could even perceive. But more importantly, what's in it? How do I deliver it? Who do I sell it to? How do I even make it work? And so he coaches me through all those questions and all the breakthroughs that I was having in real time. And so you'll see in the video here, my mind is literally in la-la land half the time because I'm just thinking Wow, I, I just could not believe it was possible, but in the end I started to believe how it became possible through his coaching. So this video here, it's in two parts. The first coaching session that was not recorded was he introduced the concept of having a $10 million offer made, because in, in the past I've already sold a million dollar offer, in fact two $1 million offers, and he said you better 10x that. And then you'll see in the video he walks past to go to the bathroom and grab some food, and then he stops by, ends up coaching me a bit about that concept, and that goes for about 4 or 5 minutes. But after 4 or 5 minutes, it transitions to us sitting down together, and in about 13 minutes, he goes through exactly on how to actually do this and where to find the person to sell it to. So make sure you catch, if not the first 4 minutes of the coaching session, you catch the second 13 minutes where we sit down together. He goes through how— Dr. Myron Golden was on the jet as well,, and in this video he gives his two cents too. So this was shot on a private jet from Tampa to Boise, Idaho, and so you'll hear the background sound is a little bit loud, but you can still hear the entire conversation. So just bear with the sound, it's not super crisp because we're literally on a private jet. I know this is quite surreal, something that I never thought would even be possible. It wasn't planned. I didn't even know he was going to be on the flight. But it was a special surprise from Dr. Myron Golden. So enjoy the video and take plenty of notes. And if you're a beginner coach watching this right now, just think to yourself, where am I playing small? How can I 10x my thinking? And how can this apply to where I'm at right now? Because you may be thinking, I've only got a $1,000 offer. Well, apply the concepts that he's teaching and make a $10,000 offer. If you've got a $10,000 offer apply the concepts that he's teaching and create a $100,000 offer. It's the same principle, just a different number. So enjoy this one-on-one coaching session with me and Dr. Benjamin Hardy.
Yeah, if you had to do it 3 months, wow, you had to get one who don't pay you 10x more, would you go to immediately? Okay, so Dr. Benjamin just asked who's the who that would pay me 10x more if I had to do it in 3 months.
Yeah, wow.
It would be, I guess, what would be the highly affluent people that want to, that want to be a coach, I guess. Tiny Challenges, which is like the one-on-one challenge model.
What other businesses could you accept?
Everybody.
Oh, the sales industry.
That's better.
Yeah. Oh yeah. Don't tell the coaches.
Go to the sales industry. Go to the top of the sales industry. At minimum, $10 million. What sales organization would pay you $10 million? You had to do it in 3 months.
Oh my gosh. Other people, if you don't have a system, what's your intent?
Can you go to sales organizations?
Nice. Okay, okay, this one.
Okay, so you gotta do it in 3 months. You gotta make a floor. $10 million. They're gonna pay $10 million a year and you're gonna train their sales teams on how to do, how to sell, how to sell differently.
Laplace, Tiny Challenge.
How to make their sales way more effective. So you have to position it for that.
Ah, yeah.
How to make their sales way more effective.
Of the Tiny Challenge.
Yeah.
Then you could utilize this Tiny Challenge method.
Because we're doing it now for us, but not with, it's the wrong who. This is huge.
So if you set the floor at $10 million, We've eliminated 99% of the options and now we can just go filter those top 1% of options. Who are the sales organizations that would pay you $10 million and what's the value you could give them? They're probably all making over several hundred million.
That's right. Minimum, minimum 9-figure organizations. Minimum.
Yeah.
Because they're going to pay you $10 million and you're going to help them make at least $100 million with that.
Right.
Set that floor.
Okay.
Do it in the next 90 days.
Pathways, what you do is you think about those organizations and then what Myron says, go make them a bunch of offers.
I love how this is making me uncomfortable in a good way.
Go make a bunch of offers. You know, they say go for no.
Yeah.
First off, set the floor, decide the 20 or so organizations that can do that. And then just practice the offers. And then like what he said, be relentless. Go back and say, why'd you say no?
Right.
And get a yes in the next 90 days. Get a $10 million yes in the next 90 days. And then that becomes your new floor forever.
And then I'll give, give you a testimonial.
Just a testimonial?
If you go get the $10 million in 90 days.
Wow.
Okay.
Like a $10 million offer done.
Wow.
Go do it.
Oh my gosh.
That's—
What date, what date is it today? Is this today, 1st of April?
Good, you could do it and it would blow your mind if you—
March 31st.
So go, go, go blow out.
Don't challenge me. That's your tiny challenge. Do it. Oh, tiny challenge.
Set the floor, look for sales organizations that could pay you $10 million and tell them how your process can make them $100 million or, or a billion.
I would eat pasta like totally. Yeah.
You have to first, you have to first search out what are the top sales organizations in Yeah, would it be in the US?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I live in Australia, but I mean, I mean, I mean, my presence is in the US. I just, yeah, so it could be any big sales organization.
He's using a car company.
Yeah. Or any company that has a big sales department, right?
Yeah.
Okay. That's my right. You know what you do?
What do you think if you create a challenge for their salespeople so that you teach their salespeople over 90 days how to double their sales? So you create a challenge within the organization.
Yeah.
And you show them how you can double their sales within 90 days through your challenge or something like that. Yes.
And then they'll pay attention. And then it proves the concept to it.
With those organizations that are that level, you just have to find the right person to talk to.
That's what I wanted to ask. Yeah, they're like, how do you get access to the decision maker? Yeah, you gotta get above this. Gotta get above the noise. It's just, you know, when, you know, when you like, you know, kind of like, when the kids realize that your parents had to do other things to have you, you know, children who come from the birds and the bees, you know, it's kind of like that realization. By now.
Because we decided to 10x his offer from $1 million to $10 million, right? Is that what we did?
Yes.
And he's like, well, who do I go to? Do I keep going to coaches? And I said, no.
You said that very fast.
You can't do that. And— No, because there's how many big organizations out there? He brought up car companies.
Yeah.
You know, sales organizations, right? Which made me—
Insurance companies, real estate, financial services, vacation sales.
Even, I love this idea of how many, how many, you know, how many salesmen are in Ford?
Right.
You know what I mean?
Just pick a motor company.
And they're struggling. Yeah.
Really?
Yeah.
So look at the biggest industries that are struggling with sales. And go to the biggest organizations and be their solution, right? But I told him, what would it take to get one in the next 90 days? If he was operating from 90 days, the impossible timeline, what would it force him not to do? What would, you know?
Now I get it. When you think like that, it forces you. There's no, there's no minimum option.
That's the whole point.
It creates such crystal clear focus.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The whole point of— he just said it. Broad is the way to destruction. Narrow is the way. So the whole point of using the extreme goal and the extreme timeline is to narrow the options. Most options won't work for $10 million in 90 days. So let's only just go relentless on the ones that might.
Right.
And fast feedback loops.
Yes.
And what happened— and it's to his point that you can make a lot more money in a short amount of time. It would be harder if you went for it in a year than if you went for it in 90 days.
Exactly. What feels like makes it harder actually makes it easier.
Yes.
That is the paradox of achievement.
Cuts out all the noise.
This is why my mind's spinning right now, cuz now I feel like I understand it. You know what I mean?
Before you were just doing it cuz it just sound, it sounded logical.
Like it's like, oh yeah, that makes sense.
But now it's like, oh boy, that makes sense.
Yeah.
So here's a hard question. If you were to go for it in 90 days, what would you have to stop saying yes to?
Oh my gosh.
What would be below the 10 million in 90 days?
Wow.
What would you stop saying yes to? Not that you have to eliminate it already because it's already there. You're serving your people, but you stop saying yes to it. Quit coming to America.
I'm thinking, what am I saying yes to now that I need to stop saying yes to?
That would be below that. Probably a lot of things, almost everything, right?
Yeah, almost. Basically, it'll mean like, yeah, you're right, everything. It's anything that's not a $10 million offer, right? Even a billion dollar offer would be below that floor. Yeah. There is no other option, like I cannot— people say no to that. Yeah.
They may come down to the smaller office, right?
Yeah.
You're just giving them an option. Richard have to shut down the whole freaking company.
He's not doing that.
He's not doing that. No, but how does this change how you're defined in the marketplace and who you serve? How would it change how you position your company? When you go and talk to those big organizations? If they said, who are you and what do you do? What would you say?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I cannot, I cannot be saying, like, we help beginner coaches in the world be like, I help, I help, I help your sales organization.
I help 9 and 10 figure sales organizations do X through X. And we're the only ones that do this because of Y. Yeah.
Double the conversions with less leads than they need right now and less time.
And I don't know if you can say this, but if you could, it would really make it powerful. We help them double their profits and their conversions with half as many leads as they're generating currently. Just because the, the, the ultimate offer shows you how to get more from less.
Yep.
Do you think you could do it if you were working with one of those, or if you were working with Ford? Do you think you could double their conversion with half the leads?
I don't know if I can double the conversions, but I know I can improve it with half the leads for sure. Why? Because when you do a 3-day challenge with someone, like for example, they're trying to do one call closing, like one call close, one close. If they did 10 of those, they'd be lucky to get one client, right? But if they did 3 3-day tiny challenges, they'd easily get one client.
But you're comparing 3 with 10. Compare 3 with— compare 10 with 10. What if they did 10 3-day tiny challenges?
If they did 10, okay, if they did 10 3-day tiny challenges, they'd get half of the experience.
Which is more than double.
Yeah. Yeah.
It's not an improvement. It's more than double.
Yeah.
Yeah. For the same amount, for the same lease. And people go through that process, spend more and stay for longer because they've spent more time upfront.
Yeah, they did the gravitropic work before the phototropic work was necessary. They went down into the depth of the truth that you were sharing with them so they could— they were down there in the dark, damp, difficult, dirty earth of the truth long enough to sprout roots so they could sprout a shoot. That's why they convert, because they're deeper into your truth that you shared with them than they would have been if all they saw was like a 30-minute video sales letter.
Yeah.
Immersion creates conversion, increases conversion.
Yeah. 100%. Yeah.
Could you train a company at that level with the same team you have? Would it all still be virtual? I mean, how would you train? How would you? Deliver that? If you, if you got the yes from Ford, they're going to pay you $10 million this year to train their sales organization. How would you, would you need a different team? Could you deliver it in the same way?
Because my, I've got my own AI, Richmond Dinh AI, had it for a year now. And my clients right now put in a transcription of their tiny challenges in there to get feedback.
So, are they loving it?
They're loving it because it's only AI that understands what a tiny challenge is.
So what if you took that AI and also applied that to a clone of Richmond? Actually, they could ask the question and then your clone with your Richmond Dinh AI brain could answer.
Yeah, that's—
I mean, that's just another level or layer of the same thing, but it feels more— it'll make them feel more like they are in your presence so that when you're in their presence—
That's what we got now. Like, it is my voice speaking to them. Yeah.
Yeah. Oh, so it's audio. I thought it was, I thought it was text.
It's both. It's both. Text and audio.
Imagine adding video to that, that would, so how that would.
Yeah.
Because that is, that is a thing. You know, that's a thing.
I didn't know that.
Oh, you didn't know that creating your own AI avatar that looks like you and like you can have it do entire YouTube videos and everything.
That's a coach here, Brian.
Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. It just hit me. Are you ready? This is insane. You create a Richmond Dinh avatar and have it do Tiny Challenges on demand 24 hours a day.
That's— I had to. Like, yeah, no joke. That's what we're moving towards.
You just need to go and market.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Big time. That's—
so does your company do $10 million a year in revenue?
Last year we did, yeah. Yeah.
$10 million?
$10 million. Yeah.
Yeah. So if we were to get you to $100 million by the end of next year, by the end of 2027, would it be V8?
No.
If we were to get you to $100 million revenue by the end of '27, Would it be through what we're talking about? Is there any other way you could see getting to $100 million in 20 months?
No, this will be, this will be, this is the way.
Yeah.
So you could have 10 offers.
You have 10 to 20 offers max.
Yeah.
Then you just go and find those who set that floor.
I'm leaving my people behind.
Yeah. I think that that's the ultimate scarcity mindset, right? That I'm leaving my people behind.
When you upgrade to who?
Yeah. You're not leaving your people behind, you're going and they're deciding not to come with you.
Oh.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Ouch.
You're allowed to go.
Yeah.
Right?
Yeah. That's so true.
I invited more than just y'all on this jet, but everybody ain't here.
Right. Yeah. You're, you're, you're—
how many of these have you done this year? Yeah. As few as I can.
Right.
But you've done what, 8 at least? Maybe 5? I've done 3. You've done 3 and you've done 5? Phyllis, how many, how many Masterminds in the Sky have you done in the last year?
A bunch. Yeah. This is what you're loyal to. Because if you serve these, it's his concept of, plus the concept of, what is it called? Peter's principle?
What's it called?
What's the principle you keep talking about with, um—
Oh, oh, Price's Law.
Price's Law. This may sound weird, but you serving these 10 to 20 people will create 10x the impact than you are right now with your like 100 or 200 clients.
Yeah.
Because these people will use it 10 times more.
That's great.
So you'll, you'll actually have greater influence and impact by serving these lesser clients because they're going to, they're going to take it to an extreme level. That's called the power law as well. The power law is the idea that 99% of results comes from 1% of inputs. So 99% of book sales come from 1% of authors. 99% of the market is driven by 1% of the companies. A lot less than 1% of the companies, right? Yeah, that's the power law. Earthquakes, right? There's 100,000 earthquakes every day. One of them will shake a city. Most of them are unnoticed. And so these 5 or 10 clients will create 10 times the impact as the work you're doing right now. As they can. They can actually leverage the knowledge.
That's nothing.
Yeah, well, they'll use it. Like, he's going to be helping people. The economics are 10 times more for them as well.
Yeah, massive, massive economy too. Like, yeah.
Not everyone's ready.
Yeah.
So, and you, and you can't force readiness.
Like, I already figured out my $100 million offer to, like, get to $100 million before the end of this year. I've already figured it out, what I need to do, who I, who my who is, and y'all are invited to go on this journey with me.
You were— how you did it? How you found it?
Yeah, I just, so I figured out, okay, what—
all right, well, I had to end it there because Myron Golden was about to give out his top secrets on reverse engineering his $100 million offer, and that was gold. So I'm going to keep that in the private locker room for just what he shared there because that's his own personal IP, so I want to respect that. I trust this was useful and valuable to you. Again, one more time, if you're thinking, how does this relate to me? Just expand your thinking. It's who, not how. And the more you expand your thinking that way, the more focused you can be. And so whether you're at the starting point, think about how can I make a $1,000 offer turn into a $10,000 offer, or a $10,000 offer turn into a $100,000 offer. And no matter where you're at, the more you expand your thinking, the less options there are to achieve that result, and the more focused you'll be, which means a higher chance of success. Now, if you enjoyed this video, I also have a video which is like the complete opposite on how to get your first paying coaching client. It's on my channel here. Make sure you check it out. And I also have an 8-hour lead generation course that I uploaded on my channel for free. It's a full course, 8 hours long. Make sure you get that. It's how to get leads. It's my Leads Now lead generation course. Make sure you catch that on my channel too. For now, keep believing and never settle.
