Getting a Newbie Coach To $100K/Month in 120 Days (In an Totally WOO WOO Niche)

Richmond Dinh and Tony help Rima, a former OB-GYN turned coach, scale from $50K to a $100K/month certification business in 120 days. They rebrand her as Dr. Rima, design a tiered program ($8K to $25K), and use tiny challenges to funnel leads into the certification while blending human-design concepts with concrete frameworks.

If I just bought a startup business that's only on $50K in revenue, this is exactly what I do to grow to $1 million per year in the next 90 days. Now, this person here is in intangible niche, and in this video you'll see an actual recording of me coaching my student live on what we do to grow her business to $1 million if we took over as a CEO. Now, you'll see her explain the context of a business first, and then you'll see me, my business partner Tony, give our unfiltered advice on exactly what we do.
Hi, I'm Rima, and I've been coaching seriously for the last 6 months. Before that, I was, uh, I had my own skincare brand, a natural handcrafted skincare brand that I ran for 10 years. And before that, I was an obstetrician-gynecologist. Currently, I have one member in my team and And in the last 6 months, I have made $50,000.
Oh, thank you.
So my niche is I coach women to— I'm an identity rebirth and boldness coach. And I help women really step into their unapologetic boldness. Right now, I'm in a bit of a flux. I'm in a bit of a change because I'm changing my coaching program from a plain coaching program to a certification program. Which Richmond knows about a little bit. I feel it is the responsibility of people like us who have a certain sense of knowing inside of us and to really help people, you know, then take that knowing from us and build their own knowing, because everybody has a very deep inner knowing of how they operate. And that's where my rebirth, my identity rebirth coaching comes in. We are in a very interesting energetic change in the frequency of the planet. And I feel it is my responsibility to take really, to really take people forward on this journey. And so my coaching has now evolved from plain coaching to certification. So the whole idea is to bring logic, the logical side of our brains, and the spirituality, put it together to make this one quantum, one fully whole human being that can operate at the best of their ability. So that is the, that is the whole idea of the coaching and the certification. My intention is to really come out with clear steps because I don't know where I'm headed with this at this point in time. This is very new. And so hopefully, yeah, I'll come up, come out with very clear steps to move forward with the whole certification, not just the coaching. So that's me. Thank you.
First step is, uh, Similar to Julie, this is house that we'll need to renovate a few foundations first before we get it ready for sale. But you're not far off. I like the human design. I like that. I like that. It's kind of like going into the kitchen. It's like, I want to renovate this kitchen. Which part do I renovate?
For me personally, there's a mismatch on messaging.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So the human design aspect is good, but then it's, Yeah, modern kitchen, old house. Yeah.
Yeah.
It's like, mm.
Yeah. We're looking at like, how do we, 'cause the avatar is like empowering women through human design and that disempowering woman is not thinking human design. And so I would just be looking at the messaging component first to make sure that I've got a good, and then I know you want to do a certification as well. And so then that adds another little piece of like strange sort of ingredient for me because it's like disempowered woman, wanting to learn about human design. Holy crap, that's complex. And the other certification there, so I might certifying them in human design. I might even look at not having a certification piece if it's women's empowerment that I want to go with. And if it's not women's empowerment that I want to go with, then that's okay. How do I double down on the human design aspect?
That would be— so if you had like, you're going to sell your house, and let's just say the house is a bit old, it's 30 years old, it's not too modern in today's world, and you wanted to sell it, and you had like, you had $500 grand cash to renovate the house in any which way you could renovate it to get it ready for sale? Like, what would you do to your business right now to renovate it for sale?
Demolish it.
And build a brand new one. Okay, what would the brand new one look like?
Just do a rebuild.
Yeah, yeah. Sometimes it's just, you know, sometimes renovations cost more than a rebuild. Like, they're idiots. Like, yeah, it's— Demolition is cheap. It is cheap.
I want to build that certification.
Okay, good. Good, okay, now we're onto something. Now, okay, good, good. Let's do that. Okay, let's just demolish the house. Let's, okay, so, okay. 'Cause what you were talking about, like, with even Dane, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, so that's why I thought, let's maybe if there's something, some distinctions you had since yesterday after talking to Dane, okay? So let's go that angle. Let's start with that. What's that? Pitch us the that part. Yeah. Okay.
So my certification, it is a healing framework. So the healing framework, so this is how I look at it.
Like if I use the garden analogy, right?
You go in and you want to revamp your garden, let's say, and then you go in, the first step you do is you look at your garden. You see where the sunlight, what the water flow is like, but you do nothing to the garden. You just observe. That is step 1 in the healing framework.
Yeah, yeah. So let's not go through the process, but at the end of it, what's the outcome?
Yeah, I get certified because blank.
Oh, they can use my framework to then, it's a full finished framework. They can just go and apply and use it.
Apply it to us. So when you get an NLP certification, you can start coaching people so you can transform their trauma, right? And so when I get your certifications, oh, I can now—
Become an intuitive coach.
Okay, intuitive coach.
Yeah.
And then help people heal.
Yeah, so what I'm thinking is, number one, okay, where does this fit in the marketplace? And then, and then the next thing is I want to work about how, like, how we make this different. Like, what's the position of this certification? So, so, like, you know, the coaching industry, no one cares about certifications really, not much anymore. Hey, like, not, not like what it used to be.
Yeah, okay, this is— okay, this is how I look at my framework. It's comprehensive, right? So it's not about— and that's where I was going with the garden analogy— is like you have to be able to build a whole garden. Yeah, not just look at it and not just pull the weeds, but also plant the flowers and help the garden grow and also replenish the soil. So that's the whole process. And what I have seen is that you can go and get a certification or, uh, you know, become an intuitive coach, but here you get other certifications.
Because it sounds like there's a lot out there.
Okay, cool.
So, um, all right, so you're in the business of certifying, and there's, say, 100 other people who certify, maybe more. And, you know, we all know that it's, um, what is— so, okay, how do we position your certification as the certification? Or like, that's, that's, that's how I— that's how I'm thinking of it. How do we position yours as the certification?
So I think we just look at like modalities first. Like what modality frame does it fit in? Like NLP fits inside communication, like somatic work fits inside blank or breathwork fits inside blank or whatever it is. It's like, where does it fit? And then how do I just be, hey, like, and Reema, I think you've got such a wonderful personality. I really think that you could get away with like the Reema experience or something like that. I think you could use, I think your personal brand could be you. And I think you could use the word experience and the certification then sort of becomes secondary to that. The linchpin for me is just what column, like, well, I want the certification because, yeah, I'm really interested in healing and it's kind of like blank because there's a lot of, There's a lot of healing frameworks out there, so why yours? You know, like, I would choose yours because of the experience with you, but why?
I would even lean on that, like, you know, like Dr. Myron Golden, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, that would be like, let's not joke around, Myron Golden knows that when he calls himself doctor deliberately, even like, you know, no one asked what doctorate he's in. And even Dr. Sonia, you know, like, um, so I would number one change your name to Dr. Rima. Yeah, that is powerful, and that's a great positioning. Yeah, and it's legit too, like I don't think, I don't think the other doctors out there did surgery. I'm just saying, I'm just saying, like, you know what I'm saying? Like, yeah, yeah, you're one of the real doctors. And the reason why I don't call— like, oftentimes at the end of my degree when I did this final therapeutic course, we could have called ourselves doctors, and some oftentimes did. I never chose to because I just didn't feel like I'm not going to call myself a doctor, you know, this feels weird. And now Optoms are like, they're pushing for being able to prescribe, um, systemic medications alongside topical and stuff like that. And that's legit doctor now. So, but even then, so I could never bring myself to do it because I didn't think I was a legit doctor. But you are. So, okay, so Dr. Rima, first thing, that's, that's, that's the first thing I'd change is Dr. Rima. If Dr. Rima came to me with a business proposal, I'm like, I'm listening, because she's Dr. Rima. Um, okay, so now Dr. Rima has this certification. All other certifications are crap because they're taught by, you know, okay. Um, and I maybe even from a branding and perspective, you could even lean on Like in like the levels of, yeah, certification or what's it in uni they call it like degree, diploma, like that kind of stuff.
Yeah, like different. Yeah, right, like double down on the, like that's uni. Yeah, yeah, I understand what you mean.
But even doctor would be great, like Yeah, so this is what I'm thinking, sort of with the modalities like TK was saying. Let's say Human Design, right? Human Design is a really vast system, and it is— it can be a very mystical system. Not, not something— first thing, it's not something that you can just sort of read as a concept and just use it as a concept. It's not a concept, it's a lived experience. But the difficulty with a lived experience is that you don't know how to live it.
Yeah, yeah.
And that's, and that's the hard part, because how do you make something that's so mystical into something that's logical?
Yeah, reality-based.
So what I'm doing is I'm taking the system and I'm taking the most— the things that people like— let's say, like, the foundations of Human Design are foundations. You can't, you can't touch the foundations. That's fine. But within the foundations, there are certain things you can take and you can make them so reality-based that you can literally live it day in, day out. And that will actually— and, and which, which I think, uh, sort of most teachers in Human Design are missing.
Yeah. Okay, so, um, first step is, if I bought your business, here's what I do to blow up your marketing straight away, uh, that you'll crush every other person out there, is if you put in almost every video or, um, post some sort of sign-off like, hey, Dr. Rima here, and today I want to talk about ABC, or you sign off with Dr. Rima whatever you say after Dr. Rima, people are going to listen. Yeah, and it's almost as if you can talk as— you almost gave yourself permission to go as woo as you want to go from your name. Then you can just crush all the other 100 certifications, other intuitive coaches and healers and all that, because they're like— you have a strategic advantage because you are, um, remember what Scott used to say, like The world does not need another fat broke divorced life coach. Yeah, yeah.
I chose to go ahead and do it.
You never became a life coach though. You never became a life coach. Yeah, but like you're high end, like you're already, you know, you're educated, you got all those, you're smart, um, Yeah, like you crush all of them. Yeah, that's the only thing I do. I just double down on that and have that as a core frame for your content. Because I, I look at, you know, sometimes you look at videos on YouTube on certain things and it's like, hey, it's Dr. Someone here, and you're like, you listen straight away. It's like, oh, okay, well, everything they say after that I'm going to listen to. It's just such a powerful.
What would your entry be to certification? Like how do they get, like how do they, what's the, do the positioning work, but then I'm just thinking.
Yeah, okay, so what's the—
Reach from content to—
Maybe a step before that is what is the core origin story? You know, I spent 20 years healing people with surgery or this and this and this and this and then, and what I found is people also need healing from the inside. Or something like that. And okay, so yeah, you're right, what's it— what's the business model for certification, right?
Okay, yeah, I think from the branding perspective, like, okay, let's, let's rock it then.
Yep, tiny challenge to sell a certification. Is that what— have— okay, so tiny, like, content tiny challenge to sell a $3,000 certification?
8K.
Okay. Cool. And then after— okay, good. So TC to 8K, uh, what's the certification? Is it 3 days, 4 days? What?
Oh no, 3 months.
Oh, 3 months. Okay, 3 months. And it's one-on-one?
Yeah, at this stage it's one-on-one.
Wow, what? Oh, that's a very different—
and then—
and but it also has group, uh, it has, yeah, the, the group component too.
Okay, so I think, yeah, I would use the word curriculum or I'd use the word like syllabus. I'll use the word, I'll put like a, I try and put like a doctorate word in there.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So it doesn't seem like it's—
It's like a uni degree.
But it's, yeah, it's a degree. So it's like, hey, it's a 12-month program that typically our students take. Like they just need the pathway to that. I try to resist telling somebody it's 3 months 'cause 3 months is a shitload. That's a big commitment.
Yeah, I'm thinking even like, Most certifications are 3 days, like 3 or 4 days, that kind of stuff.
Just how many hurdles, how frictionless can we make it? That's the question. What are the hurdles in order to become certified? I've got to achieve blank, blank, blank, and when I do that, then I get graduation.
I was just thinking how to then take them through the process because they experience the process with—
Well, who created the rules of your certification? Raymond Deed.
Ah, that's great.
What?
Who passes it when they do the exam? And who's holding you accountable to the pass mark?
Me? No one?
Uh-oh.
What did I miss?
No, we're just, you know, just challenging some spiral here.
Oh, okay.
That's resolved, mate.
Resolved.
Yeah, she's right.
Good?
No!
Tell me what do you mean?! What was all that?
What did I miss?
Which means yeah—
sometimes they don't understand stuff.
No, uh, I was complimenting her.
You got a sexual metaphor for her or something like she probably needs like...
She has a sexual metaphor but no, I don't. Kids here, kids are here. Don't make it relevant. Yeah, very good.
Good. No, you have, you just need to implement. That would be it to me. I would just create the guidelines for what it looks like. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What are the guidelines? How does a client know that they're certified? How do they know that they're passed? Or how do they know what is it they need to do? And then your support and accountability will be built around that. And because it all lands with you, that's where the, yeah, it's kind of where it's like, Yeah, it all ends with you. So whether they're certified or not certified, that's a you thing.
Yeah.
Yeah. You can have it.
Yeah.
Got it. GCA goes to the board.
We already spoke about it.
Yeah.
Yeah. She's like, can I treat GCA? I was like, yeah, we can make that happen. Yeah, for sure.
Yeah, just give her a $50 note and you do exam under the paper.
Yeah. Great.
Indians are good at that.
Now it's more than that.
The final thing with your business model is I'd have a $25K Master's certification. Yeah, so $8K, $25K, and be flexible with the $8K. It could at some point you might drop it down to $6K or $7K, but, and then also be open that that strict 3 months one-on-one that could be a 3-day that you run, that you run say once a month, and that's all, like, that's kind of all you do for delivery is a 3-day. So you do a TC into a 3-day that you run once a month. And so if they can't attend this month, they can attend the next one and the next one and the next one. Or you can run it 8 times a year, that's every 6 weeks, right? So, so that's kind of— because people, when they mean the program proper, the certification, yeah, the AKs, because they— because they— people don't— when people are buying certifications, they don't want to really buy one-on-one time, they just want to buy the certification, right? Yeah. Mm, yeah, cool, cool. Dr. Rima.
